Tsumi smiled, stopping his punji. He put his head back and began to sleep, a tear trickling down his eye.

she watched the tear go down. feeling the pain, but her tears had dried up long ago. she was just glad that there was another greenkeeper in her midst and she now knew why ki kept close to them too."

Tsumi was soon sound asleep, his cheeks stained with the few tears he had shed. He always cried at funerals.

(green keeper is a name for people who respect the earth and its bounty. weird, but i thought it fit.)

((Haha, am I now a green keeper? Cuz that has to be the coolest title ever.))

Tsumi awoke with a start. He placed his punji into his back and jumped down. Kneeling to pray again, he grew a black flower and placed it on the tombstone. He then got up, wiping away a tear.
"So, who is my partner? Pick carefully my good man, I don't like many people."

she smiled. she saw that he laid a black flower on the shrine instead of a white one. (black: life white:death)

((And for good reason.))

Tsumi looked around at all who were gathered. It made most sense to be with the willow, for he could create life out of nothing and she could create anything he couldn't. They could have potential in combos. But that was all up to Kitsuke.

she stood still holding her breath. waiting.

Tsumi stood, awaiting the decision. He soon got bored and created a tree underneath Miyuki for the fun of it, trying to catch her off guard.

out of reaction she back flipped away and while making her hand turn black. emitted a flame. burning the tree. "..........."

"Poor tree...." Tsumi said, bowing his head. He jumped back into his tree. "Miyu, wake me when they figure out who my partner is."

she nodded and when he fell asleep she turned her hand red and she waterd it down. "......"

"It's up to you although you like each other...to be partner..."
Kitsuke getting jealous with the words he had said in a moment...
"And quickly turning back to hide his jealousy..."

"Well Miyuki, what do ya say? Partner up with ol' green-thumb?" Tsumi said, jokingly. He jumped from his tree, patting her on the back when he referred to himself as "Ol' Green-Thumb.

Gaara stood now listening to the people ramble on about various things. Granted Gaara had come a long way from his old ways of wanting to kill and his lack of paietence but this was enough. He was tired of the slow process. 'If I wanted I could take on any person you all will face and beat them with ease.This proccess of 'partner selecting' and picking out our goals is taking to long. I demand action be taken and we hurry up so we might be able to leave this place in search of our true main goal." Gaara blurted out in his raspy voice.

miyuki turned and saw that she was faced with her friend. and her greenheart keeper. she never really made a decision like this before. "........................."

"Look. Go on and chill with Kitsuke. I will wait for you in your garden." Tsumi said, wisely seeing the position he had put her in. "Don't worry about it. Have fun, and kick some ass for your greenkeeper."

she nodded quietly. and waited for kitsuke to give the orders.

Tsumi didn't wait for orders. He jumped off into the trees, disappearing from view in a few minutes. Behind him grew an uncharacteristic flower for the area. Snowdrops.

"Whoever you pick Miyuki I will respect...it"


"Gaara you work alone I have special missions just for a man like you..."

Gaara took notice to this 'special' mission. "If you think I dont need backup I will respect that. Please elaborate on this special mission you speak of. " Gaara asked in his raspy voice as he approached Kitsuke

I sat down "looks like im not gonna be doing much" I sighed "I'll just hang around here til another mission comes up".

miyuki took a breath. " ill go with you kitsuke but i must ask that next time if i can go with tsumi. its that okay?"
