A snake suddenly appeared from underground. It was nearly 5' tall, but extremely skinny. It was most likely for speed. On it's neck was a scroll. Within the scroll was a letter and it read like this:

Greetings Kisuke.
I have recieved your letter, but am afraid that at the current moment I am unable to make it all the way to Konohagakure. I have sent my snake Tsuki with this letter. It is informing you that I would like to join your orginazation, but cannot meet until a later day. I apologize for the inconvenience, you may send a letter on the open space in this scroll with Tsuki and I will try to contact again as soon as possible.

Garaa took a paper from the man. "Writings mean nothing. Any one of you could betray each other at any time. Any one of you could be taken out by this 'evil.' For now I will humor you and complie. I will however not fill out this paper. A simple verbal way of things can suffice. My name is Garaa. Many know be as the former kazekage. Garaa of the sand, or some one who contains a Bijuu within them. My rank is of no concern but being a former kazekage I would say its substantaly high.My clan or family are dead...for the most part. I travel looking for wrong doers and do not belong to a single village. I intend to save lives. I intend to keep some of you from death as well as innocent bystandards. "What is it???" I blurted out, looking at Kitsuke warily, shocked but still half-smiling. Kitsuke looked serious so I straigntened my mouth and looked at him expectantly.

Garaa listened in. Just to hear the basics of the requierments. However he seemed to not be to concerned as if to say what ever test you give me I will pass with ease.

The snake waited patiently to hear the test so he could convey the message to his master.

Garaa took this moment to speak up. "I wish not to show you how powerfull I am but how weak some one may look." He stated in his raspy voice as he too a step forward with his hat tip forward to only see part of his face.

Tsumi's snake suddenly transformed into the spitting image of Tsumi. It was a Hebi Clone.

*looks at gaara warily and places a hand on her sheathed katana just in case* "...."

Garaa notices the small chuunin near by go and place a hand on her katan. It is unsure wheather or not it was for defensive or attacking purposes. Slowly he raised his hand and pointed a finger at the girl. "You have just steped up." Garaa said as sand began to pour out of his gourd. Much of the sand was still within the gord, but a large ammount was now in a circle around him. A stream of sand about the size of a large man's arm shot out heading at the chuunin at a fast pace.

*places a hand on the ground, making a wall of earth come between the two shinobi, also blocking the sand* "that was not an offence gesture...i was merely preparing in case you turned on me....like this,"

The sand slammed into the wall as it began to build up infront of it. With a small movment of Garaa's hand the sand quickly split around the wall. The now 2 sand streams quickly approched the girl. "Turning on you I am not. Simply icking my opponet for this 'test'." Garaa retorted as the sand closed in on the girl.

*sighs* "so be it," *creates an inferno of flame which tackles the sand*

The sand began to raise in front of the wall of fire. Quickly Garaa few more sand to the streams as he pushed it to create as large ball around the girl and her fire. Quickly the fire went out due to no air to feed off of. "Does this pass? Or do I need to harm the young girl? She appears to aling her self on the good side so I rather not." Garaa called out.

*blows the sand away with a gust of exceptionally strong air* "please dont say i need to fight those who are going to be my comrades..."
