Testing Power -Open- [ORPGDM]

Toshiro was itching to test his skill and power in combat, his power had grown to an immense rate, his chakra levels over the charts, he was eager to test his power in combat. He stood at the top of a tree branch, in a deep forest outside of his home village, the village hidden under the moon, the thickest woods in the entire continent, home to hundreds of creatures that help the village's security. The moon was set at the middle of the sky, for it was the mid of night, clouds slightly covering the sky, perfect for this type of battle. His sister was on top of the village's gate, watching Toshiro from a distance. Toshiro was awaiting a foe in which to test his power, and his skill in combat.

"That could be a nasty fall from up there..."

Masahiro's voice cut through the night like a knife. Leaning against the tree, his face and shoulders were hidden in it's shadow, his figure just being made out by the moonlight. Even after he closed his mouth, his hollow voice echoed around the trees.

"There's some mean people in this forest too, someone could... push you."

Vanishing, he reappeared sitting on the same branch as Toshiro, looking down towards the ground. Now he was in plain sight, white hair nearly glistening.

"I mean, you're a prime target for someone like, say, a missing nin?"

Toshiro let up a small smirk, "Your the one who's underestimating me...." he began to say in his dark, unrelenting voice, appearing on the ground below, almost invisible to the darkness around them. His arms were flowing with massive amounts of chakra, looking to the male up in the tree, "I was once one of the worst missing ninja in the world, the best akatsuki besides for Itachi." he continued.

A small breeze swept past the area, making his hair flow gently with the passing wind, his eyes focused onto the male, a deadly glare in them, his right eye remaining hidden under his headband. He began to flow the chakra into the ground as the leaves around him raised with the wind, making them float upwards, showing the direct flow of chakra he was channeling.

"A single feather can shift the balance of battle to oblivion or peace" he said, moving his left palm downwards to the ground, his gaze setting upon the tree, than the sky.

Masahiro smiled.

"Akatsuki, ah yes, that group of cowardly ninja that took down jinchuuriki. I heard it sometimes took two of you to capture one kid."

He laughed at his own joke, pulling out a piece of tweed and chewing on it. His eyes shifted sideways, lazily looking at the nin.

"That's a nice trick with the leaves. And true, a feather can make a difference. But they can be hard to cut tidal waves with." Masahiro laughed a little more.

"So, you can use chakra, you gonna show me how?"

"You really want to see my chakra in action..." he began to say in his dark, unrelenting voice, moving his right palm forward, his left palm secretly forming various single-handed hand seals. The flow of the wind began to shift to a rougher state, moving he leaves at a faster pace.

His voice got a bit darker as he began to recite the words, "Ranmyaku..." his voice began, the flow of chakra ceased on the ground, flowing all around the area, including the tree that the Missing nin was standing on. A large spark of lightning surged from his right arm, moving his right palm downwards, giving a small warning to the nin.

miyuki was behind a tree. making sure her own hair was not in the light. her eyes were closed sending an atomic birds eye veiw of the entire forest and everything in it in her brain. 'white hair.' she thought.[ 'maybe he is apart of my clan.....?'

As the electricity sparked, Masahiro moved, his trail hidden by the flash of light. As the intial flash vanished, Masahiro was standing on the ground, roughly ten feet from the tree. His feet oddly sinking into it slightly. The leaves and soil were soaked. During the entire conversation, Masahiro had gathered water from a nearby underground river. After seeing the lightning however, he instinctively moved the liquid away from his feet, instantly drying a small radius around him.

No sense getting electrocuted.

But the lightning did intrigue him, this could get interesting.

"You do realize, that as much as your chakra may have a shocking effect. It's nothing that can't be harnessed by me."

Picking up a rock, Masahiro cut his thumb, wiping as much blood onto the ore as he could. He then tossed it high into the air. in moments, rain clouds formed.

"Now, not only will that rain be acidic to you. Should you so much as get wet while trying to charge that electrical chakra, well, I'll let you figure out the rest."

Toshiro noticed the rain, letting up a larger smirk, moving his left palm forward to his right palm, forming various hand seals in moments, he knew what he was doing, also, the Missing ninja know the extent of the Jutsu, nor did he know the abilities his clan have mastered. A large portion of the chakra moved upwards, showing lightly in the rain pouring down on the ground, he knew what to do next.

"Your a fool to build up this rain, it's a perfect conductor for the ultimate attack" He began to say, moving his arms down, since he was under a tree, there was little rain pouring down on him.

A spark of a larger bolt of lightning shattered through the trees around him, "Because with my attack, i can strike from anywhere..." a swift chill went through the air with that notion saying, "I am the master of Lightning elemental attacks, nothing less"

"Now to let you see my technique...." he began to say, moving a bit to the left, and backwards, moving his right palm forward once more, "Ranmyaku Shitsunen!!" he shouted, massive waves of lightning shot through the trees around the area, shattering from the ground under everyone's feet, aiming themselves towards the missing ninja, ultimately charged by the rain around it.

Masahiro watched as the few droplets of rain that did land on the opposing nin's skin started to eat their way through. Additionally, the leaves of the tree were being eaten up quickly, allowing more water to get through. Listening to the man's speech, Masahiro grinned.

"Predictable."

Forming another hand seal, the Fujiwara water god heard a quick crackle, before water exploded from his feet. Brushing against his skin, it quickly whipped away the water on his body, then forced outwards in a tornado, drying him and anything within the nearest five feet. The lightning then struck the water wall, and was soon channeled into it, the current being completely cut off from Masahiro.

"My turn!"

Hidden from view, Masahiro's hands moved possibly just as quick as the lightning hand, forming hand seal after hand seal. After a solid 54, he paused for a moment in thought, then connected another three to the string.

"Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique: Dragon Cove!!!"

Instantly, his shield broke apart into four large water dragons, each with it's own electrical charge thanks to Toshiro. They then struck down towards the tree. Aiming to completely crush it beneath their weight.

Jutsu Name: Mizu No Tatsumaki - Tornado of Water
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu, B rank, 0-5 meters.
Description / Effects: A technique where water is made into a large spiraling vortex that spins around the ninja. This technique can be used both offensively and defensively. Offensively to attack the opponent, and defensively to deflect attacks. This is the sister technique of the Great Exploding Current in which the water drains downwards, instead of exploding upwards.
Chakra Consumption: Dependant on the water source, moderate.

Jutsu Name: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu: Doragon Irie - Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique: Dragon Cove
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu, A rank, all ranges.
Description / Effects: Creates multiple water dragons, that continue to attack without collapsing.
Chakra Consumption: Large amounts, depends on number of Dragons.

"Predictable on your part..." he began to say, a bit unamused, since he also knew water elemental Ninjutsu, this was an easy target for him to master and overcome. Utilizing the falling rain, he smashed his palms together as he shouted, "Raikou Ba-suto!" his voice said.

A large blast of Lightning surged out towards the four water dragon, smashing against the ground around the area with the immense blast of chakra, deflecting the dragons, turning them back to water with the strength of the technique. The lightning surrounding the area quickly charged itself out in the second blast from him.

"It's not that difficult to deflect a water elemental attack with a Lightning elemental technique" his voice began to say, moving his left palm forward. Even though he used a large amount of chakra in that blast he continued to move his right palm secretly in hand seals.

The water around him ceased in mid-air around him, his left palm aimed towards the male, "It's time to face power you've never imagined..." his dark, unrelenting voice became deeper and more frightening, a large surge of chakra blasting around his arm, ready to preform a jutsu with added strength.

He moved his right palm upwards with his left palm, a large sphere of water began to form in the rain around him, beginning to swirl faster and faster with each passing second, small courses of water began to leak out in a whip-like formation, "Suiryuuben!" he shouted, the whips of water aiming in several directions towards the missing ninja.

Name: Lightning Burst -Raikou Ba-suto 雷が破壊されます-

The
form of the The Lightning Element; Lightning Burst, is based on a current of Chakra flowing through the Chakra network, and pushing itself out of the network, on a push of chakra, mostly pushing away attacks, taijutsu, or Ninjutsu. The chakra of the user is instantly released from the Chakra network, pushing back foreign objects from the user's clothing or skin, pushing back metals, attacks, pretty much anything. Because this uses a large amount of chakra, this should only be used in a big case of danger.

Suiryuuben - Water Dragon Whip

Suiton • Suiryuuben is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The user will first generate a whirling sphere of water to utilize this technique. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out
and impale the target.

This was something unexpected. He didn't think the other nin would even bother to use water techniques against him.

"You understand I have a double water affinity. Meaning as great as your chakra may be, no one, can ever use water against me!"

Focusing on the water whips, Masahiro charged his elemental chakra into them, to the point where he could feel resistance from the other man's chakra. Then he pushed past it. the water whips combined, forming yet another dragon. Once again, the dragon turned, charging towards the water bubble.

The rain kept up, and it was starting to take a toll on Masahiro. If he continued it much longer, it may actually affect his chakra levels, his other water techniques having affected him little. His hope was that he could break that barrier around the other nin, the rain having nearly fully dissolved the tree and anything else nearby. If he could get through it quickly, the acids would eat through the opposing nin before Masahiro would even come close to needing to call it quits.

Jutsu Name: Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu - Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu, A rank, all ranges.
Description / Effects: Creates a giant dragon of water, which proceeds to crash down on the enemy.
Chakra Consumption: Mediocre.

He let down a small sigh, sliding under a large tree that was clear of the rain, shaking off a bit of the rain as he dropped his cloak, lighting his load by over a hundred pounds. Toshiro began to shift his shoulders and neck about, making them pop lightly, feeling much better from that cloak.

"I didn't think it would come to this, but if it must, it shall"

He smashed his left palm upon the water dragon as it approached, his chakra burning through to that punch, making it alot stronger than a normal punch, smashing it back to a watery substance.

'This is taking too much time, i don't have enough chakra for that technique, but i have to beat this guy...'

He was thinking to himself as he let down a couple breaths of air, a bit drained by that punch, he wasn't that great at Taijutsu, just had immense strength, but only learned a couple techniques by it. He took in a deep breath and began to form hand seals once more, a blast of chakra arousing him in seconds, shouting in his dark voice, more fierce than before.

"Ranmyaku Shitsunen!!!"

He slammed his left palm forward, blasting a massive bolt of lightning directly from his palm, hundreds more follow it around the area, continually shattering the ground with the massive amounts of power each bolt of lightning was beheld, smashing through trees, creating large craters in the ground with the power rising and lowering onto the ground, the power was unbearable. Toshiro began to breath a bit heavily with that massive chakra usage.

Name: Chaos Oblivion! -Ranmyaku Shitsunen 混乱忘却-

Description:
Ranmyaku Shitsunen is utilized by the lightning element. Forming the needed hand seals, the user can use his/her chakra control along with this Technique. Once active, tens of bolts of lightning would course through the ground and/or the users' palms itself, or the sky above, maybe even around the area within moments, and the movements of the lightning cannot be controlled at his/her will. The Chakra usage is a big strain on his/her chakra network, so it's hard to maintain for long portions of time. The lightning can still be dodged to it's strain on the users' chakra usage, but only with high speed equal to their own.

Using the tornado of water technique, Masahiro once again absorbed the blast, but instantly buckled to his knees, straining to keep the defense up.

"That's... quite a bit more then last time."

The rain instantly stopped as Masahiro's chakra was diverted. He raised another wall, dropping the first as it had become overloaded with chakra. I need to get out of here, and generate a stronger defense. This is going to be devastating on my chakra though. Concentrating on the wall, masahiro leapt backwards, forming another hand seal. In seconds, a massive amount of water was shot from his mouth, creating a small ocean beneath the two nin. Without the surface of this ocean (it was probably charged with electricity by now) Masahiro skipped off the remains of a tree, just as his orginal water wall broke, and he nearly dodged a large bolt of electricity. Creating a water clone, he then threw it towards the water's surface. Luckily, blood from his cut hand wiped off onto the water clone as it headed downwards. Then, just as it reached the water, it touched it with it's palm, and a beam of chakra was sent down into the depths, just before it dissolved from the electricity.

But now Masahiro was falling. With a swing of his arm, water cleared from the field, allowing him to atleast avoid that electrically charged endeavor. however, he was now falling directly into the path of the lightning bolts. In seconds, he would be friend, he closed his eyes as he neared the ground.

His feet touched, he slowly opened his eyes, and then began to laugh. The defense had worked. In front of him, deflecting the lightning, was Genbu. A god of the sea, his water clone had used it's chakra supply to summon it using the remnants of Masahiro's blood. It now stood sideways to the assault it was taking, in the form of a twenty story tall snapping turtle, the lightning bouncing off a chakra shield it was generating with a shell and into the air. Although Masahiro was now out of chakra, Genbu was not. Toshiro had a new opponent.

Jutsu Name: Baku Suishouha - Water Collision Waves
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu, A rank, supplementary.
Description / Effects: This is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, water is expelled from the gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water capable of covering a large area, providing water for water release users.
Chakra Consumption: Large amounts, draining a rough half of the users chakra.

Jutsu Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu -Water Clone Technique
Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu, C rank, 0-20 meters.
Description / Effects: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.
Chakra Consumption: Roughly one twentieth of the user’s chakra per clone, increasing with sustained clones for longer periods of time.

Jutsu Name: Kuchiyose: Genbu - Summoning: Genbu (God of the Sea)
Jutsu Type: Blood contract, summoning.
Description / Effects: By forming hand seals, and then placing a seal upon the ocean surface, a beam of chakra is sent deep under the water, where a cave is summoned. Genbu, lord of the sea, revered as a god lives within it, and is the rival of the three tailed turtle. huge in nature, Genbu has many forms, often appearing as a large squid or giant shark.
Chakra Consumption: Depends how far from the original cave Masahiro is. If he's already there it takes no chakra.

Toshiro was continually breathing heavily, then taking in a gulp, letting down a small sigh to let down his chakra loss, building up extreme amounts of what chakra he has left, since he had much more at the start, he was going to make sure he didn't lose this fight.

"It's time to unleash my full potential...."

The back of his shirt instantly ripped open, two angelic wings showed from the moonlight above them all, glittering with the utmost grace. A large symbol began to enlarge itself on the ground below his feet, his left palm forward, and his right palm towards the heavens, it was time to unleash his devastating clan jutsu that only him, his sister, and his brother knew, since they were the last of their clan. A large mass of multi-colored chakra began to burst from his body. The seal began to glow brighter and brighter, shining through the dark of the night, showing his body, shining.

"Ryoku!!" He shouted, a blast of his chakra slashing through the ground around him, the Ryoku state has been reached.

His power was unimaginable now, he was at his fullest potential, the light around him made him seem like an angel, the sound of bells being heard around the area. Toshiro knew it was time to unleash his power to the fullest extent, utilizing great power and destructive oblivion.

Moving his left index and middle finger forward towards the male and the summoned water god, a large formation of chakra began to condense itself on those two fingers, the chakra from all around, which he placed in the ground, began to raise from all directions in the sphere, beginning to condense as the chakra moved into it. Chakra flowed from grass, the trees, and the dirt below him, condensing it into a sphere large, but powerful, an emotionless expression on his gaze. A wave of power ripped itself from the sphere, creating a crater under himself.

"Kage Raikou!!" He shouted with his dark voice, the sphere of condensed chakra blasting with extreme amounts of energy.

The sphere of chakra blasted itself towards the Water god summon, shattering the ground under it's movement as hundreds of waves of power struck through the ground, this technique was a higher ranking version of itself and more deadly and powerful, not even the highest summon could stop this technique, not even if it had a shield around it, no matter what.

Description:
Kage Raikou is utilized by the Lightning Elemental. Moving a large portion of chakra within the users' left or right index and middle finger, he/she can form it into a condensed blast of chakra, in the form of lightning. Utilizing the lightning element, it can be almost matched with Ranmyaku Shitsunen. The Kage Raikou takes a large amount of users' chakra, making it only necessary to use in a battle.

Ryoku is utilized by four members of the Kazura clan, Saruno, Toshiro, Kairi, and Kuroyami Kazura. On another aspect of the power increase, the muscular system begins to enlarge on size and durability, strengthening the muscles to a mass that can break stone on a flick of a finger. The chakra levels in the body begin to overwhelm itself with massive amounts of chakra, making Ninjutsu and Genjutsu more effective. The muscular and chakra systems begin to break down and become more complicated to the use of this technique, making the muscular system 30% weaker before the activation, and the chakra control 50% less than before the activation of the technique.

"Uh oh."

Masahiro's only hope would be that this technique used all of his opponents chakra. If they were both out, it would come down to a one on one tai fight after this. He looked towards Genbu, their eyes locking.

You don't need to stop it, just give me time to get out of the way.

The giant turtle nodded, then turned it's head towards the enemy, opening it's massive jaws. Something seemed to spark briefly in it's mouth, then a torrent of elemental chakra was released. Briefly, it connected with the ball, but was being quickly pushed back, the energy from the sphere seeming to lose little to no power at all. And while Genbu kept this blast up, he shrunk in size, as it took most of the creature's chakra simply to maintain it's form. Now that it was using this chakra to attack, it was rapidly getting smaller.

Then the water blast broke, and Genbu tucked into his shell, the chakra shield coming back up. Now however, he was perhaps only a quarter of the size he was, and there'd be no way he could defend against the technique. As it hit him, the shell spun, and then was pushed backwards and out of sight, a large puff of smoke rising in the distance to show he had been dismissed.

However, this had allowed Masahiro plenty of time to get out of the way. And in a burst of water, he appeared beside Toshiro, throwing a punch towards him. He still had no idea though, whether Toshiro's transformed stage would be kept up for how long. He was now taking chances.

The sphere of condensed chakra, or what was left of it instantly burst into a massive explosion, shattering through the ground around it as it landed on the soft grass, giant clouds of dust rose from that explosion, showing off it's high-density power it beheld. Toshiro was unamused at the sight of the Missing ninja attempting to hit him in Hand to hand combat, which was futile to anyone who witnessed his Ryoku state.

"You can't hit something...if you can't catch it..."

Toshiro instantly vanished as he appeared on the other end of the area, his right palm moved upwards towards his face, burning with great amounts of chakra, he was ready. The chakra around his right palm would let his punch be more effective and greatly more powerful with that much power he was bestowed upon. With the power of the Ryoku, and the power of the chakra flowing around his palm, this should be deadly.

"It's time to see why i am the best of the Kazura"

He slammed his right palm to the ground as it began to crack and shatter, bursting in an explosion large enough to send up another dust cloud. Trees slid into the crater that just became larger and larger, aiming towards the missing ninja as he shouted in his dark voice, "Ranmyaku Shitsunen!!", sparks of lightning aroused the crackling earth, shattering it more and more as it came from all directions, his chakra being drained a bit too much for him to handle in his normal state, but kept it going since this was the last chance he would be able to use his chakra for now.

Masahiro smiled lightly, the idea was not to try and hit Toshiro, but to try and get him to use more ninjutsu. Masahiro knew that in his current state, even a punch from the Ryoku form would tear through him. Masahiro was simply moving, so that he could still put to use his ultimate defense. Milliseconds before the lightning struck him, a large clam closed over him, seeming to have appeared from nowhere.

Genbu had not been struck down, and though it had taken alot of his power to simply deflect the blow, he was still strong. The puff of smoke had simply been a transformation, as Genbu switched from the turtle to a large clam. As the electricity hit the clam, it transferred through it, and into a large trail of water Genbu had left behind himself when it moved behind Masahiro, ever so silently. When the lightning ceased, the clam opened.

"You may have plenty of chakra, but even an attack of such strength could never strike down Genbu. You have to understand, he is not some simple summon. He is, the true god of water, rival to Sanbi, and his chakra is nearly impossible to match."

Masahiro whistled, a long low tone.

"But I do commend you, you showed great strength. Probably far more then any other nin I've faced. On a normal day, you would have beaten me, well, on any day. So I will call you the victor. But at times the victor must die, and Genbu will be your reaper."

Toshiro was breathing hard at the chakra usage he did, looking towards the Missing ninja before him, a slight smile showing, he was pleased with the battle he had fought, and began to stand up straight, moving his palms upwards in a flat formation, then down, his chakra flowing back into his body, or what was left of it, his wings folding upon his back once more.

"It was a battle i won't forget, i can tell you that, and there is one little detail about me you might not know"

Toshiro was an abnormal person when he was a simple child, he had power beyond belief, but only when he was in extreme danger, which is when he had fled from his clan when it was attacked, but he had to keep that to a low-profile since it was too terrible for him to speak of it.

"I have defeated a bijuu or two in his time, with great drawbacks on my power when i was in the Akatsuki and such, it was a pain to keep going, but it was worth it"

Toshiro fell to his right knee, already feeling the drawbacks of his technique, breathing heavily with the lack of chakra he had earlier, he was at his lower state, but not at his lowest, if the opponent attacked, he would unleash a counter and flee.

Masahiro smiled weakly.

"It is for that very reason you will die here today. Hmph, Akatsuki, defeating and sealing the very gods of our countries. You make me sick. Mark my words, one day, the Bijuu will come for you."

Stepping out of the shell, Masahiro took one step to the right, revealing Genbu's pearl as it glimmered with chakra. Then, not after a moment, the pearl launched itself with the speed of a bullet, straight for TOshiro's chest.

"You underestimate me..." he began to say, moving slightly to the left, narrowly missing Toshiro's chest, watching it rip through his left arm, blood flying onto the ground.

"I can still move, no one should underestimate me..."

He coughed lightly, standing up as he held his arm in his right palm, his chakra was low, but only had enough for one final attack, he was beginning to charge up a small amount of chakra, his arms at his sides.

"There is one attack left to me to use..."

A wave of chakra began to swirl around him, moving his palms into a formation of a dragon hand seal.

"Darkness of the light, Chaos of Oblivion, I call upon thee..."

He was beginning to regain small amounts of chakra, the injury on his left arm burning with the power he was wielding.
