my famous speck jutsu

turns the user into a tiny speck and can only be seen from 2 inches away to the untrained eye but this jutsu lowers defense and attack defense especially

"Ok" Oshi performs the signs thinking of the smallest things he can. Ants, bacteria...ect. Then with a poof he performs the jutsu becoming the size of a small bug. "Wow this is fun"
