Gathering another Attack (open)

Kitaro sat at his desk. He was fairly tired but even that couldnt blind him from what he had to do. He was ready to begin his new war against the Willows another genocide attempt although this time it would not fail. He recalled the memories of the last war and now since they had no chikage and many many less guards and wilows in general and the shinobi had lost so little during the war. He would have to remount the assault now or lose all of the ground he had gained. He invited every ninja from every village to a meeting in and around his office.

Kitsuke received the message and the first one to arrive. He quickly went to the office of the Raikage away,when Kitsuke opened the door Kitaro was in the desk. To show respect Kitsuke bowed down,"hello Raikage-sama I came here as soon as possible when I learned that your planning another attack at the willows but sad to say one of your generals is the Chikage right now and he is freely to talk a peace treaty with you...regarding the willows..." Kitsuke didn't waste anytime going straight to the point.

Kitaro nodded he figured something like this would come up but and because of the mans standing in his army he would have to talk to that person. "all right Kitsuke who is the new chikae where are they and on what terms do they wish to discuss peace with me" Kitaro let his annoyance at the situation show. He was not happy that one of his men was the chikage.

"I am ....." its hard for Kitsuke to say no his willow friends but it is also hard to tell it to his master. "And I am ready to discuss peace with you....please stop this mission for the sake of me..."
