One Naruto didnt apprve nothing Kitaro did... and two you cant reapprove yourself ... (Dont get made just Saying)

1. Change that one jutsu to have a limit of 5 posts.

2. No dragons. There is a type of dragon that is allowed.

3. Kenkai Genkai is a bit OP.

4. No 400 degrees. limit is 360. Change to atleast 320.

5. Only two S-Rank Jutsu. Your jutsus need an official rank. Or make it E-A.

All right im coming back into this and im gonna have to deny the lightning speed techniques. There a few in there that I saw most of em near the beginning.

Another benefit of this is that the area will be charged with lethal electrons which will be implanted an inch into the ground to make sure that the enemy(s) cant go underground and dodge the technique all together. The lightning has the same lethality as the mirrors, and acts as another form of pure lightning.

Now as for this one I hear there was an argument and Tenshin solved it with approval. From what I hear at least

This jutsu puts 1 Raikiri in each hand and the other enters the body increasing speed and strength in the legs and arms with the power of lightning itself for a while (7 posts) The other 2 Raikiri 3rds can be used as any way they could be used in the jutsu Raikiri double thrust which is required along with Raikiri and Chidori to use this jutsu.This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.

A ninjutsu technique that uses Raikiri for a base attack. This splits the chakra in the hand of raikiri in 2 and puts one in both hands. Each hand then can either use 2 raikiri's at half power or use hands with lightning chakra put into them for several minutes (about 10 posts). This consumes great chakra and requires expertise with the lightning element and a knowledge and mastery of Chidori and Raikiri.This jutsu can only be taught by the creator or someone the creator has taught.

As for these jutsu here I don't know if these are allowed without training or not. TAke it up with Naruto.

I guess your right Kitaro. Though other forms of Rakiri that aren't cannon techniques is a bit forbidden, same with Rasengan(this rule was Oshiroku's or Kitaro's idea, I think). So please fix it.

Sword Description: The sword is completely made of ice. It is completely indestructable though, so it

puncturing them. A shard, found in the guard of the blade, glows along with Hybris' emotions. When it
is blue, she is calm and sirine. When it is red, she is angry and blood-hungry. The blade is as long as
Momochi Zabuza's. Since it is created by an element known as Everice, it is extremely heavy to
everyone but the true owner (Hybris). The sword is capable of releasing deadly toxins Hybris likes to
call, diseases.

Sword Length: As big as Zabuza Momochi's.

Sword Weight: If held by Hybris, its weight is merely a few ounces. If by anyone else, its over 30
pounds.

Sword Ability #1: Mist Style; Kusari of Aisu (Chains of Ice)
Effect: Once "Hidden Mist Jutsu" has been used, the sword released a diseased ice toxin into the air
that effects the area inflicted by Hidden Mist. Once the disease affects the target selected, it will
