| Damn it, I already asked a lot of mods to check the Souton in this app, but they arent doing it.
So I'll just do it myself.
Souton? I assume its the phase element. DENIED.
Reasons:
It can only be attained by KKG, or somewhat with the abilities of the Mangekyou Sharingan.
