Abilities:Kouka infuses his chakra into the blade creating an abnormal reaction with the thorium compounds. The blade is thrown once the thorium glows divinely white. Once the blade makes contact of an area it creates an explosion around it. The blade is not affected by the explosion.

Info: This blade was passed down from and to the other Ha-Bu clan rulers. This blade is apart of a series of Ha-Bu clan blades.

How exactly would the blade heal them after cutting them? And that is OP, considering you can simply cut a already open would, and heal it.
