Description: This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal to humans. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. As shown against Killer Bee, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without cutting them.

Name: Chidori Senbon

Element: Lightning
Description: Nobunaga reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.

Description: A variation on a regular Chidori, this jutsu allows the user to generate lightning chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Oda can stun opponents from a distance. Kiero can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Katana sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Name: Chidori Sharp Spear

Element: Lightning
Description: Nobunaga increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict though these additional blades are proportionally weaker than a single focused one. The blade however can be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.

Element: Lightning
Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kiero split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue. He can now use it 6 times a day.

Unapproved, genkou said no off branch jutsu of chidori or rasengan, plus chidori has to be rp learned from tenshin.

From who? Why are so many exceptions starting to be made? I mean isn\'t that gonna cause problems for those who posted those jutsu in previous apps and were denied because of the rule?

Guys guys, settle down. Its fair, why? I find it stupid that you can only learn the jutsu from Tenshin. Crap that, his a missing-ninja and for the sake of all things good his a mad man how can he teach. So I guess

Lord Vizer is the akatsuki leader - well he can teach other missing-nins who deserves.

Kiero Uchiha the Raikage - is the village ninja where you can learn Chidori.

Tenshin Nara - Hmmm, anyone who dares to learn it from him can I think.


So that makes it, you can learn from a good guy, a bad guy and a crazy guy.


I mean if Tenshin was the only holder, how can he teach if most times his character isnt on the right mind?. So now we have a good plot.
