how can i have like rasengan, chidori or sharingan eye?

how can i have it even though it is not in my bloodline??

You cant have sharingan.
Chidori without sharingan = 3/4th damage and 2/3 chance of accurately attacking
Rasengan - Must learn from a chara who knows it. Someone like Naruto or someone who naruto taught it to.

Plus Zetsu has Doton Element.

Only the Uchiha clan can have Sharingan as well.
Chidori- If you want that jutsu, you have to learn it from someone that has that jutsu. Same to the Rasengan.

1. Kakashi isn't of the Uchiha Clan. We are allowed to have only 5 false Uchiha, but you can't make a cannon character an Uchiha.
2. He can't learn Chidori. People with Earth Affinity don't do well at Lightning technique's.
3. Rasengan is the only one he can learn and he has to learn it from a good guy cause none of the bad guys here have that move.

He could potentially learn Chidori, but I'm pretty sure Zetsu has only one chakra affinity... He's not much of a fighter. Keep in mind Kakashi has lightning and earth jutsus, as do I, mind, I'm a special case.

Err. As your RP brother, so am I. But we use majorly magnetism. Unlike Zetsu who only has earth affinity and i was reffering to people with no Lightning Affintiy, as in you can't learn any elemental technique above Rank-D without have an affinity for it, unless you're a Kage.

You can, but there just weaker for the ninja to use. Depends on the affinity. Naruto lacks the ability to use fire jutsu. Of course, he never gave the time to try.......

It seems that just before Itachi die by Sasuke, Itachi gave somes of his powers to Naruto, so Sasuke finnaly kill him because he wasn't capable to fight.

itachi never gave anything to naruto, before itachi died, he implanted some of his doujutsu into sasuke, like the black fire (i have no idea how to spell it) that activated when he saw madara, although i'm not sure if it was a one time thing or if he now fully has that ability

Gave to Naruto, not Sasuke, Kitsuke... Sasuke's eyes tried to use Amaterasu on madara, that's what Itachi gave to Sasuke, nobody knows what Itachi gave to Naruto yet though...

I'm thinking if it was a good thing, a good gift to naruto from itachi or is it bad gift. That's what i'm wondering.
