With the new X and everything...and my intention to switch one of my specialties (approved by talis so long as I rp out the action) I'm posting all my jutsu in an update. All genjutsu have been removed or reduced in strength.

Description: A ninjutsu where Ryu will form,A circular disk of chakra will form across Ryu's openly spread palms, then it will fire condensed chakra in a cage like set up meant to impale the victim.

Description In battle, Ryusaki has demonstrated a power that creates multiple invisible spiritual threads that he can manipulate to bind a person in place. Once caught he can the person around and even lace those threads with fire to increase damage. It can also be used as a defensive method against strong attacks. These thread can only be seen on reflective surfaces such as a building's windows or clear water.

Description: Ryu uses chakra shape and nature manipulation to form a Hawk made of fire. The Hawk has a small stream of fire that is connected to his hands for his control to change the direction of the hawk. If the stream is broken of cut the hawk, will continue in one central direction, until it dissipates though the connection can be re-established with ease. Other than that, the hawk can go nearly anywhere. When the hawk get's close to the target, it will engulf and burn the opponent, then explode.

Description This is a lethal, powerful technique used by Ryusaki Toketsu. He extends on of his two arms and fires a small, very fast, purple bullet-like beam of energy from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through an opponent, or explode on someone that can't pierce. It is able to be fired exceedingly quickly while maintaining precise aim.

Description This is an one-fingered rapid fired version of the Death Beam. First, Ryusaki extends his index finger forward at the target as if he were to fire the Death Beam. Then he fires multiple Death Beams at a very fast rate, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Description: Used to seal the stronger of the tailed beasts. The technique requres four scrolls,people. It also requires good coordination,chakra control, and moderare preparation. The barrier is put over a fully released bijuu (a jin that has gone into final stage or one that has been let lose.) The barrier first identifies the strength of the bijuu. Then it traps it, and begins to suck away a portion of it's chakra, then turn it against the beast. Harming and weakening it, in its final stages the beast using its own modified chakra is split into four and the chakra is sent into the scrolls, which can then have the chakra put in a medium for transport.

Description: A yin yang symbol will appear below the target, if they remain in the area long enough the seal will begin to shock them/draw out chakra weakening them. Meant to seal jinjuuriki before they enter final stage the jutsu will cut them off from the bijuu, then draw out their own natural chakra. Causing them to pass out, it then puts the seal on the person for a limited amount of time, when the seal comes off they will wake up and have full access to the bijuu (unless 5 elements seal was used while they were passed out)

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. The user can then use this confusion to escape or launch a counter-attack. Exploding tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Basically all ninja know this technique.

Description:Body Flicker Technique: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. (Ryu uses fire to mask his movements.)

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Fire jutsu would usually only be strengthened, but Ryu able to control fire can stop that. Also depending on how much, chakra he puts into the jutsu determines its overall defense, though a powerful piercing attack (persistent) could break through. Coming in contact with the shield will cause lacerations.

Description Ryu will perform the hand seals then hold out his hand, air will begin to form in his hand taking the form of a large shuriken which Ryu will then mix with fire. By the time it is done, Ryu will be holding a shuriken, of pure fire shuriken, which he can then point and throw at his enemy, after a while the shuriken will begin to flail fire around wildy, then explode in mid air in a bout of flame and sharp wind, harming anyone within range. This requires chakra control.

It also makes a different sound; rather than the usual swishing , Shinsoku makes a booming or static sound.

When they connect with the person, they will bind with the appendage locking it in place, once all of the appendages have been binded Ryu performs the final hand seal which locks the person in a coffin like seal until they are released.

Description: Ryu will form 3 spears in his hand, with the fire so intense that it is white. He can then throw them, at his opponent, or hold it and use it as a weapon (for a short time). When used it will sear/impale a person then explode. If thrown then Ryu can bend it in the air using fire manipulation, to go after it's target. Though there is a limit to this.

Fuuinjutsu

Description:

By Placing a seal upon the targets body, (Takes one post), The user may activated this jutsu afterwards; by using the seal as a medium of sorts the user will transfer a portion of charka along with a portion of their conscious. This renders the users body in a trance like state as long as the jutsu is active. Once the transfer has taken place, the user will mind themselves in the targets, mind represented their feelings and past experiences. Once in this zone, the user may plant thoughts and doubts, through simple words. With the usage of their will the user may seal away memories and the like, but with out a protective jutsu the user runs the risk of leaving their parts of their memories instead. If the target realizes what’s happening to them, they may resist this through their will, turning it into an “Inner battle” of sorts. Resisting is difficult to impossible, if the user is fighting in the real world or unconscious. Of Course the draw back for the usage of his jutsu is lacking body control for the whole time the jutsu is active, which can be no more than 8 posts; the user will then suffer a 12 post cool of which for three of them they willn suffer charka blockage, preventing any jutsu over E rank to be used, afterwards with each passing post the next jutsu level will be useable again. This may be used in conjunction with other jutsu.

Description:
Through a complex form of chakra coating, the user may protect themselves from mental attacks, and to prevent the memory backlash effects of Toransu Ha Kokoro no jutsu. This juts lasts for 6 straight posts with a cool down of 8.

Shinrabanshou No jutsu-
Rank: S
Description: By using his chakra control Ryu produces "branches" of chakra using the area around him as a medium. They will home in on chakra, scources, to slash,impale etc. and absorb chakra based attacks (to a point). When they stab into something it will absorb chakra from that thing or person, to increase it's strength. It can also be used as a mobile outlet for Ryu's other attacks. This jutsu consumes a huge amount of chakra and none of the absorbed chakra will go back to Ryu. At best taking in chakra to feed itself will take a tiny bit of the strain from Ryu. As a set the jutsu lasts 9-13 posts, Ryu cannot use any other jutsu over C-rank while this jutsu is in effect.

Description: With his bloodline active, and utilizing immense chakra control. Ryu's traits become nearly that of a pheonix. He can form, wings of fire,claws,talons and so on. that can be used to increase his power. Speed and power are also increased while using this state. He can use the wings to defend against attacks, though something powerful could pass through the defense. The wings can be used to fly/glide (for a short amount of time). Ryu can form with himself, a hybrid version of a human/pheonix. This can also be used as an outlet for other attacks, making his fire jutsu's more powerful as well. (Can use posts, He can only use this with his curse seal active first)

Description:

After the activation of Toransu Ha Kokoro no jutsu, the user (only in a willing subject) may exert their will causing them to warp the realm to their willing, Through this method they may accelerate the training process by a large amount (the stronger the subject, the faster it can go.). This process will increase knowledge, chakra strength, jutsu skills, and perception, but physical aspect will not be effected. After the jutsu ends, both people suffer the draw backs of Torsansu Ha Kokoro no jutsu.

Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). A has also combined the Body Flicker Technique with his Lightning Release Armor to dodge even the Amaterasu in a split second.

Fūton: Jūha Reppū Shō-

Description: This jutsu is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Wind Release: Beast Wave Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user’s dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Name: Kage Buyō

The Shadow of the Dancing Leaf is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a swift upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Since this is the opponent's blind spot, it can be used as a set up to a number of jutsu. Rock Lee uses it in preparation for the Front Lotus. Sasuke, after copying it from Lee, uses it for his Lion Combo, but because he lacks Lee's training it puts some strain on his body.

Name:Shishi Rendan

This jutsu is a variant of Rock Lee's Front Lotus, which Sasuke develops after using his Sharingan to copy the first part of the move. Because Lee wasn't given the chance to finish the attack, Sasuke makes his own ending to it. Like Lee, Sasuke gets to the point where he does Shadow of the Dancing Leaf to get behind an airborne opponent. He then delivers a series a of blows that differ between use. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.

Ikkotsu (一骨, "Single Bone"): A combo that generally ends, in Ryu delivering a devastating punch to the targets chest, using fire to increase the damage of the attack.

Sōkotsu (双骨, "Double Bone"): Stronger than Ikkotsu, it is a powerful two-fisted punch, that is often increased in damage by Ryu's speed and fire attacks

Description: Fire Streams: A basic ability, Ryusaki can shoot continuous streams of fire from their fingertips, fists, palms, or legs. These streams can be widened to create flame-thrower like techniques.

Description: Spinning kicks or sweeping arm movements create rings and arcs to slice larger, more widely spaced, or evasive targets. Ryu can use a circular motion with his feet to create an expanding ring and successfully knocks away and burns opponents.

Description: Creating blowtorch-like jets from the fist or fingertips to use as close range sword-like attacks. These lack the ability to actually block physical objects though, it can sear and cut through things with ease thanks to the heat.

Description: The user exhales a large column of fire which takes the form of a giant, powerful dragon, created out of fire. The user then skillfully manipulate that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. This jutsu is a lot similar to Water Dragon Bullet Technique since both jutsu create a dragon of their respective element to attack the opponent, but unlike it's water counterapart this jutsu only needs ten hand seals. However, the chakra cost if far too greater.

Name: Long-Range Multiple Fire Whips:

Description: Ryusaki can produce up to five simultaneous fire-whips (one from each limb, one from the mouth). They have very long ranges, since Ryusaki is able to use the technique from hundreds of feet above the opponent. Each fire-whip is also very wide and they move in a similar fashion to squid or octopus tentacles. they have enough destructive power to demolish large rock formations.

Description: Wall of Flames: One of Ryu's few defensive abilities, either a situated explosion or controlled inferno, this wall concentrated flames acts as a barrier to incoming attacks. It is basically a fire shield. It not only protects against attacks, but when used right, can be used to stealthily escape from foes.

Description: By using circular, evasive movements, Ryu builds up massive inertia; this buildup of energy is released as massive power. It also allows for wind-based counterattacks that knock opponents off-balance, mimicking the sudden directional shifts of air currents. Attacks vary from simple gusts of wind to miniature tornadoes and cyclones, maintaining the circular theme. Even a simple movement can create an air gust, and Ryu can increase the power of their moves by performing larger sweeps and spins, using the momentum of their movement to simulate larger gusts. This is also demonstrated with their use of staffs or fans to increase or create precision within the air currents.
