The Markings on her face only appear on her if needed, they are similar to the markings the Deva paths use except these were invented by Mizore herself to access the full power of her Rinnegan. The marks will appear and disappear at Mizore's will. Sometimes it will look as if her Rinnegan is always out, the center of her eye will be orange but the black circles will still be noticeable in the background. The only time Rinnegan is deactivated, but it still slightly shows, is when she had just deactivated it after using it. It will stay that way for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, then vanish completely. She can also activate the markings, as well as change the appearance, and position of her markings to make easy disguises, as well as match her fake clan.

Mizore has one stud above the nose, studs on either side of the neck, a row of studs vertically down each cheek, a stud below each stud on the neck, two spiked studs under her bottom lip, which spike down.

Clothing: Mizore is often seen wearing black baggy cargo pants, with multiple chains around them, and any type of large black shirt. Whenever she goes into battle, or is doing serious business, she wears a black robe, similar to an Akatsukis robe, but without her hands in the sleeves, and no clouds on it. The inside of the robe is red, with a single red line that goes down the front right side, where it opens. The outside of the robe, besides the red line is all black.

Personality: Mizore is a fun loving, and bright, yet clumsy girl whenever she is relaxing, or simply having fun somewhere. Due to her being the only being left that possesses the Rinnegan, she tries as much as possible to keep it secret from others, even sometimes in battle. Her past greatly effects how she is today, though she tries as best as she can to forget those horrible days, and move on from them, though she knows she should always keep those memories in mind, so that she wont let the past repeat itself in the future. Mizore, when simply hanging around, will changer her looks so she is not completely recognized as "that girl", that someone may have just fought, or seen fighting.

Mizore can sometimes get shy around guys, and is sometimes teased by them because of her height, or treated like a small innocent girl. Mizore tries her best not to hate those she fights, for she knows that they are only doing what they believe is right, and so does she.As kind as she may be, she is never one to apologize for something she continues to believe is right, and often keeps what she believes to herself. When ti comes to battle, or serious business of any kind, she can be straight forward, and completely serious. She believes that panicking, or showing any signs of weakness can be the easiest way to die, or be defeated by your enemy. Due to that, she often looks for weaknesses, and pays close attention to how the enemy reacts to her abilities, as well as her regular attacks, to spot any sign's of freight, panic, or weakness, to use to her advantage. Mizore is the kind that can easily get jealous, by those who have a unique ability of their own, that she can not learn due to her being limited to the Rinnegan. Though she has mastery of all the elements, she only has masteres a few, and still seeks trainers for others.

Being "scared" is something Mizore is not familiar with, and hasn't been since a few important events in her past, which near permanently changed the way she is about that now. Ever since the awakening of her Rinnegan, she has never been afraid of anything. Unlike her "mother", as well as Master Revy, who always had been afraid of death, Mizore was never afraid of it, but does her best not to let herself die, for she knows that dieing is just a show of weakness. When it comes down to being Honest, Mizore is always very honest, and hates lying to people. The only lie she is known to tell, is that she doesn't have a Kekkei Genkai, or that her Kekkei Genkai is the ability to master one extra element, so people don't think it;s a little strange that she is using more then the most common amount of elements. Though one thing she never does, is reveal her Gravity techniques.

Mizore is a responsible girl, following through with what she needs to do, from point A, to point Z, or farther if needed. She hates leaving things undone, and works as hard as she can to make things perfect to please those around her. Her compatibility around others, is at most, decent, due to the fact she always works with 2-3 of her Path's most of the time, when she is using them, and works well. But due to them and her sharing one mind, when she works with others, it can become difficult to understand what they are thinking. Whenever Mizore joins a village, or accepts a master to learn new things, or goes into the rankings under someone in a high position, she shows complete Loyalty to them. Disrespecting her own master is something she hopes she never has to do, unless they are trying to use her, or send her on a death trip. Enthusiasm is something Mizore can easily show when working with others around her, except her path's due to them practically being under her control. Whenever being told to work with someone in a team, she looks forward to it.

Self control is something Mizore may lack a bit in. She can sometimes do things she will regret, or clumsy things, or can get mad really easily. Though when she is doing serious business in battle, she is quiet, and straight forward, making nearly no mistakes. Mizore is very industrious, not sleeping much at night time, and often just hanging around in the dark anywhere she pleases. To her, darkness is nothing but the absence of color, and is simply a time of a full day when things get dark, and most people quiet down for bed. Though due to where she had lived for so long, the night has no meaning to her. She goes to bed whenever she pleases. Being patient is one thing Mizore is good at, due to her being patient where she lived for so long, awaiting her masters return, up until the point where her master never returned. Due to her unique appearance,m which sticks out from most other Shinobi, and regular people, she is often recognized by who she is, with hr orange hair, eyes, and her wardrobe.

Clan Name: The Rinnegan (輪廻眼; Literally meaning "Samsara Eye")

Kekei Genkai: Rinnegan is the blood inheritance limit of Rikudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) and his descendants. Rikudou Sennin was viewed as the original shinobi and his Doujutsu was regarded as the most venerable of the three great Doujutsu. As the original shinobi it was said he created modern Ninjutsu. The Rinnegan was regarded as a god of creation when the world was racked with chaos and as a weapon of destruction which could return everything to nothingness. Usage of the Rinnegan was said to give the user mastery over all six forms of chakra nature manipulation.

The true extent of the Rinnegan abilities are currently unknown. Rain orphan Nagato was an inheritor of the Doujutsu, and used it unconsciously when he was angry and afraid. He entered into a berserk state which allowed him to defeat a much stronger foe. It may be this same ability which allowed him to never lose a battle as "Pain," the leader of the Rain Village rebel faction and Akatsuki. Nagato in the guise of "Pain" also has the ability to control six different bodies, each of which acts as a "Realm". Nagato's ability to utilize these bodies probably gives rise to the "Transmigration" name. This is a cycle of reincarnation and rebirth seen in Hinduism and Buddhism. There are six states of rebirth in the cosmology, representing all the good and bad possibilities of life. Each of Rikudou Pain bodies acts as one of these states.

The Realms are former corpses controlled by chakra receiving piercings placed into their bodies. Upon being taken over by Nagato and joining the Pain persona, the corpse will regain "life" and bear the Rinnegan. Each Realm has one area of mastery and utilizes that as their primary jutsu. It is unknown if this is a limitation of their original body, or a side effect of the method of control. It is also unclear if this body ability is unique to the Rinnegan or simply Nagato alone.

Tendou, the Deva Realm is the body Pain uses the most. It once belonged to Nagato's friend Yahiko. This body has the ability to utilize Shinra Tensei, a jutsu capable of gravity manipulation. Nagato is able to donate some of his own life force to utilize a large scale version of this technique, which is capable of causing massive destruction. Chikushoudou, or the Animal Realm, is able to summon creatures and other individuals. After Nagato's original Animal body was killed by Jiraiya, Nagato reanimated a female corpse to become the new Animal Realm. Next is Ningendou, the Human Realm, a body which focuses more on Taijutsu. This Realm can also read the minds and remove the soul of enemies is grips. Jigokudou, the Hell Realm, is capable of utilizing a spectral hell figure capable of judging whether one if telling the truth or not. This figure can also remove the soul of the one it judges. Shuradou, or the Asura Realm, utilizes a ninja who heavily modified his body with technology. Asura is capable of unleashing missiles and laser-like blasts. Finally is Gakidou, the Hungry Ghost Realm, who uses sealing techniques to neutralize most any incoming attack, both natural and elemental.

To use these various Realms, Nagato himself will transmit his chakra from a distance away. From this controller position, he can utilize the sensory information of each body, as each Rinnegan host will share the same vision. Meaning what one Realm views, all his other bodies also view, even if their vision is damaged. By increasing the number of Rinnegan host bodies on the battlefield, Nagato will thus increase the number of viewing angles and eliminate any potential blind spots. The Rinnegan also has the ability to see invisible barriers, allowing Pain to avoid walking into traps or tripping alarms.

Clan Symbol: The Rinnegan is characterized by a ripple-like pattern around the pupil, with a grayish-orangish iris and sclera. There is no definate color, or symbol. The symbol depends on the users origonal eye color.

Ability Summary: Gravity jutsu/manipulation. Mastery of the 5 main elements. See invisible barriers/traps. 6 path's of pain (Though only 2 path's can be used at once). Very large amount of chakra.(Enough to hold 2 path's up for a full day, unless a very powerful Jutsu such as Shunra Tensai's ultimate form is used). Due to her being able to master all 5 main elements, there is no room for sub elements, so it is impossible for her to combine any elements for a sub element.

History/Background Story:

Birth/Growing Up Ark:

Mizore was born not knowing she had Rinnegan. She had lived with her parents in the Land of the Waves, in a small village that was not payed much attention to, and had very few ninja, with no academies. While she was just a baby, she was named Mizore shortly after a sleet storm that passed by the village during her birth. Mizore, meaning sleet. Mizore and her family were all regular humans, and had nearly no experience as ninja. And rarely saw ninja. Mizore was very active as a baby, never one to simply lay still on the ground. Somewhat of a little explorer, which her parents called her.When she was born, she had a brother that was 3, and a sister that was only a year older then her, at the age of 1. They got along well and played together all the time. By the age of 3, Mizore began to walk, and even run at great speeds, and very stable. Due to her personality for striving for perfection, she picked things up very fast, and learned at a fast pace. So fast, that her parents began thinking something was mentally wrong with her. Though what they didn't know, was that all it was, was the the Rinnegans abilities slowly leaking out, allowing her to pick things up quick, and have incredibly good balance, as if Gravity had no meaning to her. At the age of 4, she began working for a nearby farm, that was located a short walk down a long wooden fenced dirt road to the east of the village. At the farm, her job was to work the fields, and pick crops, as well as water them once to twice a day, depending on the temperature. The old man who ran the farm went by the name of Jeebs. He was an old, retired American man who had moved to japan in his younger days, and since then, lived a peaceful life on his farm. His wife who was a Kunoichi passed away long ago, and he had only one son that was 2 years older then Mizore. Mizore went there every day, and when she finished her work, she would play with Jeebs' son, who was named Daisuke. After her work, she got payed 150 yen a day, which was just enough for Daisuke and her to run to the local supermarket down in the village, and buy two rice balls, and even have a small amount of Yen left over. Every night when Mizore would return home, she would give the Yen to her mother, which she held in a small bank hidden in her room somewhere, so Mizore can save up for more expensive things she liked, and so that she wouldn't blow all the money she had quickly.

War Ark:

At the age of 11, Mizore continued her job at the farm. Around the time of 13:12, Mizore was heading to the farm slightly late, due to her going to the store to pick up groceries for her mother. As she walked down the path, and came to a point where she was on a part of the land that was higher then the land the farm was on, she saw smoke, and quickly began running towards the farm. Though before she could get completely over the hill, she was suddenly knocked to the side, and broke through the wooden fence landing on her back. She opened her eyes, only to see a large group of ninja, and warriors on horseback quickly running through the path screaming as if they were giving off a loud battle cry. Picking herself up, though her back still hurt, she ran as fast as her back, and legs would let her towards the farm, not paying attention to where the group of men were headed. As Mizore approached the farm, she noticed that the farm house was burned down, the animals were dead, and Jeebs was lieing on the floor, with Daisuke sitting next to him crying. She quickly ran up to them and asked what was going on, and if Jeebs was alright. Jeebs awoke, and looked towards the destroyed farm, then at Daisuke, and finally, at Mizore. Jeebs spoke: "Mizore, are you alright? by the looks of it, you took a hit from something..did those men touch you?". Mizore shook her head no, and asked what was going on. Jeebs spoke: " Those men are Gato's men..he must have finally decided to take over this land for himself.." He spoke. Mizore looked towards the farm, then back at Jeebs and her eyes quickly filled with tears. Jeebs stood up quickly, as he just noticed that the path they were on lead directly to the village. He picked up Mizore in one arm, and Daisuke in the other, and quickly began running at a fast speed towards the village. His speed was that of a slightly skilled ninja. by the time they had arrived, the majority of the village was already destroyed, and there were dead bodies of those Mizore knew on the ground. As they walked further in, she noticed a group of men around, who were the ninja and warriors surrounding one area as if there was a fight going on in the center. Jeebs, still holding Daisuke, ran pastthe men, and into Mizore's house. Entering her house was a huge mistake. There, on the wall right across of the door, sat Mizores mother covered in blood, with her eyes wide open, lifless and motionless, dead. Mizores sister, which was laying on the ground on the other side of the room in a pool of blood, and the majority of the house destroyed, save for a few walls, and the stairs leading upstairs.

Awaken Ark:

Seeing the death of Mizores mother and sister, Jeebs dropped to his knees in shock, and looked down to Mizore who was just staring at them, not knowing which one to look at longer, with tears rolling down her face. Daisuke, which was crying into jeebs side, tried not to look for it was to gruesome. After a moment of sitting there, the air in the area began getting think, and everything seemed to be getting lighter. Mizore rose from the ground, and began walking slowly towards the group of men. Jeebs attempted to stop her, but there was a great force of wind, or something that was keeping his hand from going near her. As Mizore approached the group of men, the felt a strong force coming and turned around, only to see a little girl walking towards them, with an emotionless look on her eyes. As she got near them, the men were suddenly dragged across the ground to the side, though still on their feet by what seemed to be nothing. The men looked in confusion at the girl who was walking towards the center of the crowed. Once she reached the center, her eyes motioned over towards the side of the circle, and on the ground laid Mizore's brother dead, and in the center was the store clerk she bought the rice balls from fighting with another warrior. The battle had stopped though when the little girl stopped, and they all stared at her wondering what was going on. Mizore walked to her dead brother, and knelled down to him,taking a necklace he wore off of him, and putting it in her pocket. By the time she rose, and turned around, her eyes turned a whitish gray color, with black rings around it, getting bigger and bigger as each one surrounded the other. The store clerk stared in shock, and said under his breath to himself "Rinnegan...it cant be...". At an almost instant, Mizore's head turned towards the warrior the clerk was fighting with, and the warrior shot back with incredible force, knocking anyone behind him out, then broke through a wall to another nearby house. All the warriors and ninja surrounding them began to scream in fear, and tried to run yelling Rinnegan! Before they could even get anywhere, a ring of gravity surrounded the entire circle, though leaving the center unaffected, and pushed all the warriors to the ground. Some flat down, the others bent in any way breaking bones in their body from being forced to bend to far, and gasping from suffocation. With one last thrust, the ring of gravity pushed to the ground, then disappeared, crushing all the men. Jeebs and Daisuke, who was sitting at the doorway to Mizore's house watched what had just happened. Jeebs spoke: "It's...it's the Rinnegan...never before have i seen that ability before...legends are that only the sage of the 6 path's, and Nagato ever had it...she must have been chosen".

Departing Ark:

After the whole situation with the awakening of Rinnegan, as well as the death of the warriors, Mizore passed out. Upon awakening, she was lying on a mat on the ground with a blanket over her. When she sat up, she noticed that the village was cleaned up, except for the homes being rebuilt. All the remaining villagers did the best they could to help out, and to rebuild things. Some worked, and others mourned at the death of their beloved friends and family. After standing up, all the villagers began surrounding Mizore looking at her in confusion. One of the guys who she did not really know screamed out Why couldn't she have used that before! It would have stopped all of this!". The whole croud began yelling towards her, asking why she wasn't there sooner to prevent all this, and began blaming things on her, and saying they were probably there to capture her. Jeebs, and the store clerk attempted to calm down the crowd, and got them to get back to work on repairing the village. Finally, the crowd stopped, and began working on repairing the village once more again. Jeebs walked towards Mizore, and apologized to her for everything that had happened, and about her families death. Jeebs, and the clerk offered her to stay with them, but Mizore denied, and knew she shouldn't remain in the village any longer. With her newly found powers, she would only bring trouble. She decided she would depart, and learn to become a ninja, and learn to use her powers in a good way, to some day return to her village and protect it. The day of her departure, she had everything she wanted in a bag. Though one thing she knew she would need was somewhere in her parents room. Climbing up what was left of the stairs in her house, she finally reached the top, then walked into her parents room. Mizore began searching around, checking all the closets, drawers, anything that could be used to hide something. Entering one large closet, she noticed a small drawer in the wall that blended in with it. When she pulled it out, there she found a bunch of photo albums of her and her family, and under those was a small jar holding a lot of yen, from her mother taking what was left of her yen every day after her work. She put the jar in her bag, and decided to leave the photo books behind, for she knew they would only make this trip a lot harder if she carried them around.

Traveling Ark:

As Mizore traveled, she grew older and older over the years of traveling. She was now 14, and took shelter in a cave for some time.One day when she was traveling out looking for some food, she ran into a strange, powerful looking man that attacked her for an unknown reason. Perhaps he knew about her Rinnegan? Who knows. But she fought as best as she could to defend herself, although her uncontrolled powers were to much for her, which led to the man almost winning the battle, before another female showed up, with long black hair, and slayed the man with ease. She quickly aided Mizore inside the cave, and told her who she was. Her name was Revy Izumi. Strangely, she had the same last name as Mizore, which made Mizore think that she was another Rinnegan user. Revy explained that she was not a Rinnegan user, though she did have experiance with it, and could help her train her Rinnegans power, to unlock it;s full potential, as well as become a very powerful ninja. For 3 years, Revy secretly trained Mizore, who lived in that cave for so long, hardly ever seeing the light of day. She became s very powerful ninja, and was skilled enough with her Rinnegan to activate the ability: 6 Path's of Pain, though she could only use two of the bodies. Revy brought her two bodies to use. One day, when Revy left, things felt a little strange to Mizore. Revy was dressed differently, and acted slightly sad. Before leaving, Revy gave Mizore a cracked, beaten up rugged old looking rain village headband, and told her to keep it safe, and with her at all times. Revy told Mizore that it was actually a Rinnegan user's headband. A rinnegan user known as Pain, given to Revy long, long ago.With that done, Revy kissed Mizore, then left the cave, holding a black cloak over her shoulder, and and a black hat on her head. Ever since she left, Mizore never saw Revy again. She waited for 3 weeks in the cave awaiting her return, but it was no use. She knew Revy must have gotten herself into some trouble, and was most likely killed, by the way she was acting before she left. Mizore knew that it was time for her to head out. Time to see the light of day once again, and become that great ninja Revy, as well as her family, jeebs, and the store clerk wanted her to be.

Roleplay Sample: The girl who was stuck under the large fallen tree, and covered in a slightly moist dirt tried to free herself, but couldn't. Just as she stopped, she felt a high spike in chakra just above her, coming from the tree she was on. The altered rain that was still falling allowed her to feel the chakra pressures still. Paying no attention to the barrage of incoming, but fake Kunai, she turned her head to look back and saw what is most likely a clone of the Akatsuki, right about to stab her in place. Dammit..why cant i move at all now...did he use something to stop me? I cant even move my arms The girl thought to herself watching as her life might just be over. Deep within her mind she heard the noise of a evil, long extended breath that sounded blood thirsty. It's my turn.... Before she knew it, the entity took control of the girls body. A black color started to leek into her eyes, coming from the sides, and as it did that, she quickly did a few fast hand seals, and placed her hands on the ground in front of her. Immediately after, thick pillars of rock shot up from out of the ground in front of the girl, as well as under the tree lifting it up only slightly, and lifted one side of the tree much higher then the other, causing the swords stab to go off to the side, and miss the girl. The one real kunai that had been thrown was blocked by the pillars of rock that had been risen in front of her. The rock pillars bent and twisted around the whole area, though right before all the gaps were closed, the girl quickly pushed herself through a small opening where she was. The clone, as well as the middle section of the tree were now trapped inside of a rocky prison. The girl stood to her feet as if her wounds weren't even effecting her any bit, and had a small grin on her face. The darkness completely flooded her eyes, all but the golden yellow pupil in the center. The being who was now in complete control of the girls body reached down and picked up the two long blades off the ground, and turned around and began walking slowly dragging them on the ground. Black flames appeared along the top of the trees, on tree branches, and began burning away at it. As the being passed the rock prison, the prison crumbled behind him crushing the clone inside, as well as damaging the center of the tree greatly. Right before the being walked out into sight, it did a few hand seals, then disappeared with a speed that even some S ranked ninja would have a hard time following. The hand seals activated a lightning type jutsu that had spread lightning chakra through the ground, and remained stationary until activated.

Since the Akatsuki is paying so much attention to the man with the mask, and is in the middle of performing an attack, it would be hard for him to dodge what is about to come. The being who has taken control of the girls body instantly appeared in the distance, behind the Akatsuki man with a speed that most S rank ninja would find hard to follow, right as he finished swinging his sword which sent the wave of sound towards the masked ninja. The instant it appeared, it began doing hand seals at an incredibly fast rate, which caused the rain 3 FT above the Akatsuki, then dropped and if it hits him, it will hold him in place then connect to the ground making it impossible to move. Right after the net was created and began falling fast, the being did a single hand seal, which caused 3 lightning spikes to instantly jump up very close to the Akatsuki forming a triangle around him, but not quite hitting him. Due to everything being soaked, including the Akatsuki, the lightning became more powerful and shocked not only what it hit, but also about a 1 yard radius around each spike, trapping him in the center only to be hit by all 3 spikes shock range, and then hit by the falling net made of water. Right as the being finished the hand seals, it did one more set which caused the rain to stop for the moment, and will continue raining once again in 3 seconds.

The being who took control of the girls body watched in amusement, and what might be the death of yet another human. "Now...that is how you do it Naoto! I don't see why you don't just let me do this stuff for you!"
The being yelled in excitement, and in a evil voice that echoed behind itself as he spoke.

Chakra Manipulation

-The chakra center of said user allows them to push and pull other chakra forces towards them, and in other directions, this allows what looks like telekinesis, every organic object contains chakra, even the little bit; the less chakra the target contains the easier it is to control so while one could lift a rock, they may only be able to push a human a short distance. This may only be used every two posts on players, but manipulation over objects has no limits. If used on self, they can manipulate themselves as easy as it would be to manipulate a pebble, with no effort at all.

Description: By doing the needed hand seals and extending one of the users hands, a white ball of fire will be shot out of their palm. If the ball of fire comes in contact with another type of fire no matter the size or heat, it will purify it turning the flames white and will do no harm to anyone. It is said that if enough chakra is put into this ability, it can even purify the dark flames of Amaterasu. If this jutsu is used on a Rank S flame, all the users fire jutsu will come out as a white flame and cause no harm for 2 posts after.

S-Rank, plus remove the part about Amaterasu. Amaterasu burns for 7days and 7nights, no jutsu can ever stop it. Plus, if you want to purify an S-rank, you need this to be S-rank just like I first said.

There. I eddited some of what you told mne, but the rest i am not touching. I've had these jutsu on this site for a very long time, on multiple characters that have used the fire element.

Flame Pulse, i am not changing. This is Naruto Kitsuke, get creative. Fire doesn't need to be an ordinary fire at all times. And i never said it was invisible, read it more clearly.

Just because it was created a long time ago, doesnt mean there's no problem. If those jutsus were created a long long time ago, but were not valid or there are problems I will and I mean I will disapprove them.

I get creative, 30ft range? that's too long for a C-rank. Plus you said there, it looks like a sound wave. Ahmmm.. let me recap, I cant see sound waves. What do you think the guy typing would think or expect?

It's 30 ft because it's such a week jutsu that does one simple thing, and that is, it burns things as it travels and expands to a crisp. It is very easy to dodge or avoid.


And what i mean by sound wave, is a clear yet visible circle that quickly travels out from underneath the user, and burns things as it goes, without any visible fire.

I didn't say it was special or anything, my point is the range. No matter how weak the jutsu is, the range and speed will always matter.

You shouldn't have described it as sound waves, because obviously sound waves are invisible.

Lastly, you still havent fixed the other jutsus. Your a staff, you should know the rules yourself.

I agree with Kitsuke on these jutsu, there is no way you can perform those jutsu without Poison or Ice Element. Also, like Kitsuke said, you need to post a valid reason why your not affected. Actually, Kitsuke probably has the right to unapprove your app since he is a staff member. Furthermore, since Ryu, Kyogi, and I are the ones who approved you, it is our job to deal with this. Not you, and your say in this might juat make things worse.

Although, as a staff member, it wasn't respectful of you to lie to Kitsuke that you approved something when you didn't.
