Rain's Legend Reunite {P}

In the Rain country, they are famous for there beautiful rain. It is unknown why, but the Rain village is hard to find, and the country isn't so easy either. But there are only a few that is able to find the rain village, if it’s not the case that you live or already lived there before. The rain country is a great area with the strongest ninjas around even though this is a minor nation. A figure is seen moving and its location seems to be just past the gate that clearly say ‘Welcome to the Rain Country’, this figure looked to be about 6’0 a human figure. It was a male, blue eyes shining bright from his body as his attire was a short sleeve black shirt with quite a large collar, but then again it wasn’t a collar at all, along with this unknown type of pants which color was black along with sandals. Who ever he was he had long hair all down his neck. This man was the gifted shinobi named Raigen Kumori-Fuuma. Raigen had been away from his home for a very long time, he could smell and feel the dirt just as he was when he first left. He stopped just a few yards away from the sign taking in a good breath of air with his eyes closed for a moment. ‘It’s been so long….’ Was the thought of the 17 year old boy. His blue eyes shinned through as he looked at the sky seeing it rain, but it was highly light rain like he could barely feel it but he could see particles of it in the air.




He then pulled his head down and began moving forward again, like he is taking his time, like he's enjoying the rain, though he could barely feel it he could feel its sacred power dwelling inside of him. He had been training and searching for someone he had cared about for so long and just couldn’t find them, he wasn’t coming home just visiting. He knew he needed to find a purpose in this world and soon or he would end up grabbing a purpose that wasn’t meant for him to have at all and he will be guided in the wrong direction, as he walked his destination surely was not the rain village, it was actually just to roam and remember where he came from, nothing more nothing less. Raigen had made his way to a cliff, but not just any cliff but a cliff where you could see a rocky area in which you could see craters and dents and all sorts of things, this is where Rain war battle field was, and where many battles and mostly all of the Rain village has fought here at least once. This cliff is about at least 30 meters high, but there is certain rocky area on there in which can help you get up there faster as well as for other purposes. He is standing firmly on the edge just looking down; his eyes are clearly shown has Raigen thinking about the past. Arms to his side, making no movement, thinking of the good bad, and what is there to come as the silent, gentle, and light rain fall on his beloved country.

Far off in the distance, the sound of steel clashing and scraping pierced through the area. A small forest to the side of a large battle field, shadowed by many trees and bushes stood tall shadowing over a section on the war zone, of which was the Rain Village battle field. A place where so many battles and wars were held. Coming out of the forest of trees was a cloaked girl, dressed in a cloak darker the night. The girl had red eyes, and long dark blue hair. The bottom half of her face was covered by a long black scarf, which hung freely behind her. The girl was no other then the Notorious Revy Izumi. After making her way to a more open area of the field, she immediately turned around, scraping her foot across the floor, kicking up a wall of dirt and loose particles in front of her. Almost immediately after, she rose her arms and crossed them in front of her. This wasn't to keep the dirt and dust out of her eyes, but was to blind pursuers that have been trailing her for quite some time now. A barrage of shuriken and kunai shot through the wall, just barely missing Revy, but piercing through her cloak and cutting small slits in her clothing. The wall of dirt wasn't to distract or blind them, but was meant to disrupt their aim.

Out of the forest of trees came a wave of Shinobi wielding swords and weapons, all with rather large grins on their face, if their face was even revealed. As the wave of Ninja quickly approached Revy, they immediately began surrounding her and tried to force her into submission. But she stood there with a rather dull, bored look on her eyes, which annoyed the opposing ninja. After a moment of gathering themselves, one of the ninja charged Revy, lunging their sword at her. The sword pierced through her cloak, and looked as if it stabbed directly through her, at least until the cloak became to weak to hold itself up, and fell off to the floor. Beneath the cloak revealed the sword gripped tightly between the joints of Revy's arms, and her back. Not only did it reveal what actually happened, but revealed the blade of a large black sword on her back that had the appearance of a long black wing. With her dull bored look on her face, Revy applied pressure on the blade, which shattered it between her arms and her back. Reaching back for her sword, the immediate she gripped it, the fight had begun. A lot of yelling was going on, coming from the group of ninjas attacking her, but the majority of them spoke of a large reward they would have gotten if she was brought to their boss dead, or alive. Pulling the sword off her back, and nearly cutting the man in front of her nearly in 2, the rest of the ninja immediately tried to strike one at a time, though their efforts were in vain. avoiding and counterattacking most of the incoming attacks, Revy quickly dispatched on the group of ninja that attacked. Those who didn't attack, immediately ran off.

In the middle of all the fighting, one of them had dropped a rolled up piece of paper. Taking the paper and unrolling it, Revy looked at it for a moment before throwing it off to the side. A crappy drawn image of her, as well as a rather small reward was listed on the paper, though nothing else.

Revy slowly walked to her cut up cloak that lied wet on the floor, and picked it up around her arm. At that moment she had also noticed the many rips and slits that were on her outfit. Two on her sides, one right next to her chest, and 3 that managed to dice up her skirt a little. The only thing left untouched was the long black scarf that covered the lower parts of her face, her neck, and hung down rather long behind her, and lifted with the wind.

Letting out a small sigh, Revy turned around and began walking off with her cloak in one hand, and her sword in the other, which she placed back on her back only moments later.

As Revy began walking, a man appeared in front of him all of a sudden, though Revy didn't take much notice to him at all. Walking right past the man, she unraveled her cloak and held it in the air while she walked, shaking off any water or dirt that was on it. The falling rain had fell long enough for her hair to be soaked, as well as her clothes at this point. Holding her wet cloak under her arm, she continued walking in the direction of the Rain Village, not paying any bit of attention to the man that had appeared in front of her. If he wanted to attack, he would, and if not she thought maybe he would just walk away. The wet piece of paper that the gang had left behind remained on the floor, rather damp by now, and the area was quiet.

The moment the man began speaking, Revy stopped and stood in place. As she let out a small yawn and stretched her arms high in the air, a cloaked man who was much taller then Revy appeared in front of her for a moment. Covered in a long black cloak, though much like Revy, he wore a red scarf around his mouth and neck. The man had white, shaggy spiked hair, and red eyes, and was given the name Roku. Appearing with such swift movement, he stood before Revy and extended his arm out to her. Revy placed her ruined cloak in his hand, and he dropped his arm back beneath his cloak with it. Only shortly after, he noticed that another man was still in the area, but didn't look as if he was doing anything suspicious.

"Revy..is he one of them to..?" Roku spoke quietly to Revy

Revy shrugged. Whatever business the man had with her didn't seem very important, to her at least. Nor did it seem any fun. But whatever the case was, it didn't seem to polite for her to just walk away, although she didn't really care. Roku, who stood next to Revy, nodded his head, and disappeared with a small gust of wind. Letting out one last stretch, Revy turned around a little and walked to the piece of paper that lied damp on the floor. The unrolled paper that the group of men left behind. Picking it up with one hand, she turned to the man and held it up, so that it was plain visible to him.

"Are you with these guys to?" Revy said in a rather curious voice.

The moment the man spoke the word "Rainbringer", Revy's eyes opened a little wide.

"Hmm...Rainbringer....."

Revy took a moment to think, and turned around, with her back to the man. Even with his talk about not being scraped so fast, his presence really didn't bother her at all. If he attacked, he would simply be dealt with. Taking a moment to think, with one arm crossed across her chest and her other hand on her scarf, she closed her eyes and stood there for a moment. The area was quiet, not even the sound of the falling rain was heard, due to how lite the rain was. Just then, it was as if something had hit Revy's mind. Turning around and pulling her scarf down around her neck, revealing the bottom parts of her face. She looked at the man with a small smile on her face.

"Oh that's right, I'm the Rainbringer!" She said with a rather happy look on her face. The title wasn't something she made up, rather a title that began to spread among the commoners of villages. Now actually looking at the mans face and eyes, she noticed this man looked rather familiar. He spoke as if the Rain Country was his home land, which made her curious about who this person was.

Revy dropped the paper back to the floor, and nodded her head. Although she didn't quite know how the man knew her name, she honestly didn't really care either. The only thing she was somewhat interested in was his affiliation with Amegakure, but even then she wondered if it was any but interesting.

"So..are you gonna take a shot at me to?" Revy said with a rather bored look on her face.

After asking Revy if she had remembered him, a feeling of desperation suddenly came from the man, as if he really wanted her to know who he was. Taking a moment to think, Revy walked up to the man and looked straight up at his face. He was much taller then she was, and to actually look at his face from close up, she had to look up. After a moment of thinking, she was able to vaguely remember his face, only a bit younger. She couldn't remember to much about him, due to the Raikage incident, but she was able to remember that he was in her academy class when she was younger. Taking a step back, Revy wondered why he had been searching for her, or why he had even bothered. She was no one important, just a low life who many people may be after to kill.

After hearing what the man had said, Revy's face turned a little red, and she immediately turned around. As she pulled her scarf up back over her face to help hide the blush, she really didn't know what to say at this point. She cant remember much of her past, that far back due to the Raikage incident, but in these situations she really didn't know what to say, and was bad at this kind of talk. Taking 2 steps forward, she didn't exactly know what to say at this point, or even how to react to what he had said. She really didn't want to appear rude, knowing that he went through all this trouble to find her, Revy quickly tried to think of something to say.

"Uh..um........y-yea"

Was all she could think of, with her back turned to the man, a few feet away, hiding her face.

Once again he felt like he had asked 20 girls out to prom and all they did was turn around and hide there face from him like they didn't want to be rude or mean to him or something. As she pulled her scarf up back over her face to help hide the blush, she really didn't know what to say at this point. Though he admitted in his head, that this time he had caught his 'high school crush' blushing from what he said, Raigen raised a eyebrows as it seem to him that she didn't know what to say, but he didn't mind it at all. he watched her move forward once again, he wondered would this be her routine, or even would she react to what he had said. Her words sound very messy as if she didn't know what to say, the doujutsu wielder then folded his arms as she turned away, he cocked his head to the left slightly inside he was still shocked.

"Blushing huh? cutier then before" he said with a smile on his face but then he felt something in his whole soul about this moment and then it came to him and he spoke again "you really don't remember me....do you?"
As he said this you could feel sorrow in his voice as the air current shifted to the left and his hair and probably hers went in the same direction and his face completely changed. "I...Ugh..." more sorrow as he turned around and had his head down with his eyes down.

With her back turned to the man, Revy remained rather quiet, due to not knowing what to say in these situations. "you really don't remember me....do you?" the man said to her.

"I...u-um..."

Revy really didn't want to seem rude, knowing that he went through all of that to find her, but she can only vaguely remember who he is. It was a rather embarrassing moment for her. Roku and Zero were back in the rain village, on a mission for Revy. They knew that she could handle herself, so acting as bodyguards really wasn't needed.

"I-..I do remember you...but the memory of my past is so fuzzy.."

Revy said, trying to pull herself together. This situation was rather tough on her, as no one had ever asked about her past, and no one from her past had actually had any interest in her. A small wind began blowing by, and it sent a chill through the area. Because of the many slices in Revy's clothing, it easily made Revy cold.

"S...sorry.."

Revy said beneath the shivering, with her face hidden in the scarf. She figured he might be mad at her, or disappointed, but she was telling the truth, and theirs nothing about it she can change.

Boom…Boom…Boom

A steady sound was heard, as the seconds went on in the world and in one area stood two shinobi of the rain village, but this sound could only be heard in one place. The mindscape of Raigen Kumori-Fuuma; His hands made no movements as his fingers began to make up and down motion merging and detaching from the palm of the hand. His head stayed in a downward position as his body stayed perfectly still. No words were said from this Doujutsu Wielder – You would think that the comments she made would make him feel even the slightest bit better but in reality his spirit to reply or to think about her words were already broken. His eyes closed, this was no ordinary emotion or ‘simple feeling’, this was well ever it was changing and making something inside of Raigen. This boy got more then his feelings hurt, he couldn’t feel anything but disappointment, pain, and sorrow as he dared not to show his face in front of this girl he thought he knew so much about. It felt like a click of anger, then back to sadness and the clicks came in switching and his heart was beating so fast he just couldn’t keep up with anything. He opened his eyes up just slightly, for the moment then he opened his eyes just a bit more and noticed his eye sight was getting blurry ‘what’s happening to me, I can’t tell what’s left from right, I feel so stepped on’ was the thought that went through his head as a gust of wind moves through the area as this boy was having a complete attack of the emotions. The first thing that came to mind was that he had to plan this, but his emotions got in the way and he was far from calm, he was just quiet and not wanting to show his face and to him it felt like he can’t catch himself as his heart keeps a abnormal beat of flowing beats in which slowly began to scare him. Then…..


‘Destroy her’


Instant thought came through Raigen head as he stood there, the thought of him attacking her made him hold his chest with his right hand as he tried to suppress these horrible thoughts. He couldn’t understand it, he didn’t get a urge to attack her and he couldn’t anyway because his body was in shock and the only thing moving was his fingers on his left hand and that he couldn’t for the moment get it to stop. But this thought was no ordinary thought; it was more of a passage of a mysterious voice which felt like it could be him but the voice was much more evil. He could barely hear what’s on the outside of his body so he could hear it clearly but he knew this was no time for mind games. Then once again the voice he heard once again and this time he realized it was in his mind and no one else could hear it.

‘You have thought of her for years and you come back and she doesn’t even remember who you really are, do you deserve to get treated like that. Take her head off and explode it with your bear hands’


As this voice came into his head he felt a rush of fear, for Revy. He was still not in the right mind and these thoughts or was it a person? Were able to talk to Raigen but Raigen then had to focus and try to sum up strength. But his efforts failed and his eyes automatically shut and that is when his mindscape moved into play, his whole body dropped to his knees. Meaning Revy still couldn’t see his face but it was her choice to be concerned the fact that he was just holding his chest and his fingers and now him on his knees. But he spoke one last thing as the emotion of his face died and it felt like it was no color on his skin in which showed a change in Raigen, this boy head faced forward no longer at the ground – His arms stayed at his side and this time they stopped moving and he then spoke clearly but his voice was different, more…cold.

As the moment got silent, Revy stood with her head hung a little, not quite knowing what to do. She could feel the feeling's twisting within the boy in front of her, his eyes, and face became rather pale. She said all she could, but at this point she really didn't know what to say to him anymore. She apologized, but it didn't seem as if he had cared for an apology, or anything else. Holding his chest as if he was in pain, the boy was obviously hurt by her not remembering him to clearly. Only moments later, he had dropped to his knees, which made Revy worry. Revy immediately reacted by running forward a little, to help him, but as soon as she had reached her arm out, Zero and Roku suddenly appeared, Zero of which grabbed Revy, and held her back, and Roku, who approached Raigen. Revy watched, only worrying she hadn't just broken him completely.

Both Roku and Zero have been around the village, until just recently, where they remained out of sight, waiting for Revy to finish her business. They had watched the play that was put on between the 2 shinobi, but hadn't bothered to interfere until now. They know something strange is going on, for the presence of the man standing before them had suddenly changed, the moment he dropped to the ground. A move such as that could easily be the act of grabbing the targets attention, and landing a surprise attack, if the target had tried to comfort them, would be easier then stealing candy from a baby. They simply couldn't let that happen to their master, now could they?

Roku, who approached the man, had stopped a few feet in front of him, and knealed down, making himself nearly eye to eye with Raigen. "Yo...don't beat yourself up so much. Revy's a klutz, she forgets things easily. She's been through a lot in those days she left Amegakure....A lot of her past is still kinda fuzzy to her, even if she is still just a child" Roku spoke to Raigen. Whether Raigen still be himself or not, ROku's words he spoke were honest and true, and he could only hope Raigen wouldn't act rashly, or get over dramatic about the situation. Revy's been through a lot recently, and both Roku and Zero didn't want her to be stressed out even more.
