Effect: Can only be used when by a pond/water source. As seen in Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, the user summons what is known as king Neptune. This Neptune is made of water and can create tidal waves, whirlpools, and drown enemies. Neptune can't talk, isn't effected by taijutsu at all or fire, lava, and earth type jutsu.

Description: The user grasps the wrist of one of their hands as cyclone of wind forms around them, the user barely able to stand straight as the wind becomes compressed down into their hand and spiraling downwards further to envelope the users arm completely. With a constant spinning trajectory it begins so twist at a blinding speed as the user chakra forward and delivers a humongous amount of damage to the opponent.

Requirements: Fire ball jutsu and a partner that can use the jutsu too.
Description: Both users use fire ball jutsu then go in a circle fast to form a tornado. It has one weakness. Everything else will just get absorbed and make the tornado grow.

Requires the user to be fire natured and wind natured.
"It has one weakness", it must be water...

Your jutsu needs to have a weakness, like turn for a limited period, or damaged/drained of chakra after use, can use in moonlight, gets stronger as face of moon increases. something like that.

Since it's an animal of Canines, wouldn't you want it to have a good smell? That would make it possible to hunt in the darkness as well.
