Not to mention, the jutsu appears to be strong, but has several weaknesses. take for example, explode a stink bomb around it. With that sense of smell, you'de be out of it for a few days. Mention that as well

A Mangekyou Jutsu
Black Lightning: Minato summons a Lightning of a Black Color. This Lightning can cut through any material, be it a metal or a mineral or even cloth, including the shield of Susanoo. This is as fast as natural lightning so it moves quicker than any ninja can dodge. This lightning can travel thorugh any media. It can also be used as a coating on a weapon or the hand of the user to increase its power. Thiis lightning also causes internal damage or instant paralysis( Choice of the user) to any living thing it comes in contact with, the intensity and longetivity of which depends upon the chakra of the target and the user.

well dude, have you read the description of Chidori blade jutsu. It has the same effect. and as i said. its a special mangekyou jutsu.

No I have not read it, and it can't be impossible to dodge or paralyse on the spot. Also, if it's this powerful, it should take up a lot of chakra to perform. Fix those and it should be good to go.

well duh...
its hi sfinal move. and its a mangekyou jutsu so ofcourse it uses al ot of chakra. using it to attack nomrally uses less chakra than amaterasu. adding the internal damage clauss or paralysis clauss makes it an expensive jutsu.
