Sorry, it's just that i sorta can't fight without these gates at hand, makes me feel, not me... :P

And i MAY have edited a few of them to make sure they aren't OP and such a way, if you see anything that is too OP, just say....I'll fix it.

Gates


The Six Gates of Power:
The power of the Six inner gates within the Eight Celestial gates, are extremely unlikely to open unless with extreme training within several types of Immense training on all parts of the body, strengthening them to withstand the terrors of the Pain and Suffering of the Drawbacks of opening the Gates of power, the simple line of complete death has fallen upon many who have tried to open the gates within proper training.

First Gate: Gate of Chaos -Seki Ronton 混乱のゲート-
Seki Ronton, the gate of Chaos is located in the frontal lobe, controlling the movement in the body. Once active, the user is able to move at a more faster and elite pace, chakra being doubled upon activation. Nothing really much more to say.

Second Gate: Gate Of Dislike -Seki Iyake 嫌悪のゲート-
The Second Gate, the Seki Iyake, is located within the upper part of the brain stem, near the edge of the Nervous system. Like to the Ninjutsu, 'Raikou Ba-suto', this is much more effective. Chakra blasts from the chakra network, through the bloodstream to clean out any source of poison in the blood, and blasts out at the skin layers, making types of metal, attacks, etc. be expelled from coming near the body any further and being able to stay that way for up to 10 minutes during the activation. Further chakra increase is on the next gate.

Third Gate: Gate Of Desire -Seki Nozomi 願望のゲート-
The Third gate, The Gate of Desire, Seki Nozomi, Is located on the base of the stomach. Once released, The calories and built of fat of the user is instantly rushed to chakra and muscular tissue in the arms and legs, making the Movements and strength of the user Triple in the usage of the gate. The skin may show to have a blood crimson or dark red appearance at the opening of the gate. Once closed, extreme exhaustion and unconsciousness is usually the case while closing the third gate of power.

Fourth Gate: Gate of Shadow -Seki Kumori 影のゲート-
The Fourth Gate, The gate of shadow, Seki Kumori, Located on the Center of the Lungs, Once released, The intake of the lungs is doubled, making the exhaustion of the user a bit less likely in the event of this, as like the other gates, this triples the normal chakra limit, and gives more oxygen to the muscles and bloodstream, making chakra flow faster and cleaner. The aftermath of the closing of the gate has the effect on the tearing of the muscles, tearing most of the Muscles in the body, not including the organ muscles. Depending on amount of muscles torn, this may take months to rebuild the necessary muscles in the body to regain the strength to even move.

Fifth Gate: Gate of Fire -Seki Kasai 火〔火災〕のゲート-
Seki Kasai, the gate of Fire, is located on the center of the heart, near the source of Chakra and Blood rotation. Once active, the power and strength of the user is automatically multiplied to inhuman standards, amplifying power to it's limit and to at least 20 fold over. Strength and Chakra is thirty fold over it's limits, making Ninjutsu and Taijutsu much more effective. After effects of the Gate being open include the smaller version of the 'Big Bang Effect' which tears through every muscle in the body, but only keeping the muscles to a lower state of mind, only enough to survive.

Sixth Gate: Gate of Sealing -Seki Chouin 封をすることのゲート-
Seki Chouin, the gate of sealing is located in the center of the Brain, near the emotional and movement lobes. The Emotions are the trigger to the power of this particular gate, which allows power to multiply in seconds. Muscle tissue, heart rate, even strength is increased to over it's limit, over 500x it's normal standards, chakra is overflown to a rank to a High-leveled Bijuu. Each emotion is targeted from the user's mind, releasing memories that might trigger the emotions, increasing power x900 per memory that is released, but only lasts so long. The time it takes for the gates to wear off would be around an hour to and hour and a half, killing the user within moments of it's close, leaving almost no trace of the body left behind of the extreme power usage.

Me and the other Admins are at this moment deciding policies for the six gates. I think they should count as another S ranked jutsu and since you already have two you can have no more. Once we figure out the rules for the gates you can re-post these jutsu.

A very useful skill as it lets the user carry a supply of water with him, it also functions as high grade armor, deflecting most weaponry attacks. The armor is still vulnerable to impact attacks, and of course lightning elements. The ninja must keep his face exposed, unless he has a method of breathing through the water.
Chakra Consumption: The technique consumes quite a bit of chakra, as it's very hard to keep the water compressed to a point to where it is durable, especially while utilizing the same chakra to keep the pressure of this compression from crushing the ninja.
Hand Seals:

These jutsu look fine except for the animal familiars can not do everything the actual animal could do. For instance there is no way a water bat could use echolocation. As long as the familiars are using plausible abilities this is fine. Approved.

Description: Similiar to the Sound Bullet Jutsu created by Oshiroku this jutsu fires bullets of a certain element at the opponent. These bullets can vary in size and the element of choice must be nearby to use.

The Coming of Rage
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Description: This jutsu makes the user vibrate at high speeds. These vibrations are controlled with the Roku family kekkegenkai and forced outwards. This results in a number of things. The user will become 10 times faster as the vibrations pushing of the ground will propel them in the direction they wish to go. This jutsu will also result in the users physical attacks being 10 times stronger, the vibrations hitting the target. The vibrations are so strong though that eventually they will deteriorate the user until he/she can not move. The user must have a large control over sound.

Although I think they are fine I can not approve my own jutsu so would someone approve them.

that means...from Kitsuke the tornado can go 500m away from him/...

Tenrai no Jutsu, would be okay if you skip the talking part. It could work like Pein's rain.
Dancing Wind Jutsu, I talk to other mods and they think the range is too long as well. The overpowering reason is that you could stand in safty while using a pretty powerful jutsu from distance.

Tsuki Yoshiki- Moon Style

Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Wangetsu Ya ~ Moon Style-Crecent Arrow

Effect- By using the Tsuki Yumi, Tsumi is able to use his chakra to enhance his arrows. These arrows now take the form of a crescent moon. The crescent moon can disrupt chakra, allowing the arrow to dispel genjutsu, or even block chakra-based techniques. The arrows are also a little more powerful, cutting through metal and wood easily.

Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Tsukimaru Ya ~ Moon Style- Full Moon Arrow

Effect- This technique is a more powerful version of the crescent moon technique. The only difference in the technique would be that the arrow becomes a disc. This disc will move in whatever way Tsuki wishes. Basically, he can control where his arrows go.

Effect-The user of this technique has to keep hold of the Tsuki Yumi the entire duration of the technique. The user of this technique will launch an arrow from the Tsuki Yumi into the air. The chakra within this arrow will then turn the area into a pitch black dome. Within the dome there is absolutely no light at all. The only way to see in this area is to use Yabun Me technique.

Name- Tsuki Yoshiki- Yabun Me ~ Moon Style- Night Eye

This technique allows the user to be able to see in darkness as if the area he were looking at were bathed in moonlight. This causes the user to see everything as a lot paler than it really is, hiding chakra and other such light-colored things.
