Again you can't draw chakra from the air unless you are part of the Japna clan (Kitaro's clan). Also if this jutsu was plausible it would be way more than a C ranked. Not approved.

All Approved Accept the last two. Tremendous speed is unapproved because you can't ensure an oponent's death with one jutsu. Cyclonic Wind Strike cuz I don't trust my opinion on it.

That is why Tremendous speed is a Forbidden technique it can kill an opponent in one strike...The user suffers also fracture...And it does not says that it is unblockable or undodgeble

About cyclone wind strike it is like LOTUS...why it is not approved?

Once hit, the chakra quickly disrupts the victim’s pleasure and sensorial systems, temporarily altering them to make the caster the victim’s primary object of desire.
