Description: Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day

The dragon will launch toward the target in a slithery pattern, and on his path will exert circular flame balls at them, and then try to come in contact with them, burning this. After this is done, the dragon will burst into flames, disappearing.

The prism is like a jail, and has thin bars around it made up of flames, that blocks the user from leaving. Suddenly, the group will be collapsed in flames, and only Itachi will be safe, it is almost impossible for a user to escape this, unless they know a very powerful water ninjutsu. The only things that can stop these are water, or possibly something from the outside. The hottest part of this technique are the bars and the floors, one touch of the bars can burn a limb to the crisp, while the floor can kill the user if on it for a long period of time.

Description: Itachi Uchiha has made this jutsu, which utilizes the water and fire elements in ninjutsu traditional combat. Itachi has perfected this, by observing Pein's continuous rain jutsu, and stole some of the hand signals, and made this his own special jutsu. Itachi must focus while doing this, and if he gets hit, or distracted, the jutsu will stop, thus making him extremely vulnerable. Itachi commences with about 10 hand signals, and after this, he will close his eyes and focus, using his suiton element first. This is mostly Pein's part, and once focusing, he will use the water to produce rain in the skies, making the clouds drop numerous rain drops, making the day from sunny to rainy. Once the rain produces, Itachi will do a few more hand signals, and the fire element will mix in with the rain droplets, destroying the water, and thus making it drops of fire instead of water. The fire will drop into the streets, and ever touch of this will burn the targets, if 10 continuous fire drops fall in the same place where it hit, the skin will start to melt. Basic water ninjutsu can't stop this, and only distracting Itachi can.

Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
Used in conjunction with his Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his attacks.

Genjutsu
After utilizing many genjutsus, Itachi has found out that a lot of people have used "Kai" or mainly another method to dispel genjutsu; disabling Itachi from successfully use the technique. He has figured out how to stop people from using Kai fast enough to dispel the genjutsu. This method was based around the "Tsukuyomi" Mangekyou technique, and only Itachi has figured out this technique. These Genjutsus will stop people from using Kai, and the only way to dispel it is another method.

Currently, all of Itachi's Genjutsu besides a few [canon ones] have this "special" chakra substance. Because of this, the opponent trapped will not have enough time to dispel it. Basically, the genjutsu FEELS like a long time, but in reality, it takes up toe 2-4 seconds the max. Thus disabling their speed. While their trapped, even if they can move, they still can't use "Kai" giving Itachi a perfect method.

Description: Itachi Uchiha has made this jutsu himself, and this utilizes the basic genjutsu format. First, Itachi must dig into his pocket and take out weapons of any kinds, then the ninja will induce its chakra into it, thus surrounding it, and then, they will take it out, or throw it, depends. Sometimes, the user uses a kage shurkien jutsu, which multiples the weapon, and all of them will have that "genjutsu aura" IF the user even LOOKS at the weapon, they will be trapped inside a genjutsu. This is hard to dodge because many people need to see where they are going, and even if you don't look at them, they can still cut you.

Once trapped inside the genjutsu by looking at it, Itachi will disappear into black crows, and depending on Itachi, the temperature, area, and sky will change. Then, the ninja using it will project there force, making the target think they are everywhere. The foes body will then begin to split into atoms, and because this is S-ranked, the target will feel a FIFTH of the pain of a normal atom being destroyed. This feels painful, as all the atoms inside the individuals body will decay and rot, destroying all the atoms, as it becomes separated from the targets body. After it is over, the only thing left would be the head. If the user cannot dispell the genjutsu before or after this happens, the body will regenerate and keep on doing the process. Itachi based this on his "Tsy." jutsu.

Itachi will disappear into crows again, and the scenarios will change into the desert areas of Sunagakure, and in the middle of it, the users physiological sub conscience will tell them what is the foes worst nightmare, worst memory, or worst fear. This will appear and torment the user until they dispell the jutsu. If the target doesn't have any nightmares, memories, or fears, then the genjutsu will show his own death. The target can run away from it also.

Description: Itachi Uchiha has made this jutsu himself, and this utilizes the basic genjutsu format. Itachi will catch the user in the regular methods, eyes, weapons, jutsus, and much more. But this is sort of different, because Itachi will use sound frequency to make the user believe they are in a large CUBE. The cube is in the center of four large crows, with there mouth open, and guarding the cube. The cube cannot be destroyed, but the main reason for this jutsu is the REALITY bodies are left vulnerable for outside attack, and possibly the foe can be killed if used extremely correctly. The bad thing is, if one bad sound tune happens, it messes it up, AND it only lasts for a minute at the maximum. Itachi, if uses right, can use this to appear in reality, and stab, or possibly kill the body and foe.

Description: Using this technique Itachi will send out Lightning Pulse at an extremely high frequency. This is the ultimate defense against any Sound Technique. Not only that, but if used in conjunction with a technique like Chidori, it can disrupt any technique requiring Chakra, Specially Rasengan. This happens to be only the first of its many uses. The main thing Itachi uses it for is something very scientifical. Itachi will begin this technique in conjunction to his fast movements. By using this technique, Itachi will use the Earths Magnetic Field to alter a person's brainwaves, making it more difficult for them to react. basically, it puts, nearly a halt, to the Nerve Impulses. This slows down reaction time to such a low extent that for the person who is affected, its like Itachi is moving at god speed, while he is just moving at reguler speed. This jutsu also has a downside. This jutsu being a Ninjutsu, requires a constant flow of chakra to keep it going, which is why it is ranked B, even though it is very strong.

Description- The ninja who uses this must have decent chakra control. The user makes the wind push the opponent into the air, wind racing by their ears and making whistling noises to stop them from hearing other things. I thought that too....But it takes a slightly complex control of chakra to continue and change the reflection of light to keep you invisible as you escape.

With this technique, Masahiro's been able to destroy entire villages.

i don't think anybody is allowed to have sage techniques yet, and even so, you must go through the training before doing so
