But anyway, I'm open minded. I guess we can add a competor to Gentle Fist style.
But I think your S ranked finisher jutsu is too much: Little touch=You are dead. I would rather wanna see a bit more of ~ultimate~ type to S ranked and killer jutsus. The most devastating and with the most cost to the chakra amount and body health.
Otherwise, it could be approved with lesser rank.

Fair enough, mind you it is quite hard to pull off, considering I need to be able to hit you 110 times without you finding a way to stop me before I can use that last touch. But that's understandable, perhaps if I just lower it to an A rank like the other moves, as it is still quite devastating.

Name:The Blade of the wind technique {kaze sono bure-do no jutsu}
Type: Nin

Requirements:Weapon,Wind element/Sand Village only
Description:The user molds his chakra into his weapon and the blades chakra Grows from Blue to a pure white and the user must be a good distance from his enemy to use this so he doesn't hurt himself in the process.

Uses to my weapon

Katana - The chakra is enforced on the blade and the user does a slashing motion Sending a white aura of chakra at the enemy Cutting but also creating a wind in the process incase they try to dodge it still get a sting of wind that pushes them backwards.

Dual weapons - The user has his two weapons. Ready and the chakra flows off them and then does a slashing motion (similar to the kantana's Style but slightly diffrent)as he cross the blades creates an x motion of white aura of chakra going directly in the direction pointing.
(this style Cuts the skin)

Fan - Still the user channels chakra into the fan and swings it with a lot of strength throwing it while in the air
the fan splits up and will move a lot faster.At this state Kitsuke will clunch his fist and thousands of
senbons come out of the fan,attacking the opponent also for distracting.While the target dodges the
senbons the fan will attacking in all directions.




Name: HadouRyu Ken (Surging Dragon Fist)
Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu
requirements: Good amount of Stamina, speed, strength, and Chakra,
some sort of elemental affiliation.
Rank: A(Kinjutsu)
description: This jutsu has the user put a lot of his chakra into his/her arm, primarily his/her fist, while the rest is used to protect the user from dangerous side effects. The user uses their element in the chakra to create their own unique Dragon Head that would be shown on their fist, where most of the chakra is. From there, the user rushes at the enemy with a lot of speed, and go in for an uppercut.

Kitsuke style - Same procedure but not for an uppercut but a finishing blow.

Effect - At this rate kitsuke can blow out Cutting wind from his fist.
When succesfully hit the enemy the enemy gets dizzy with
the air.


Name: Frozen Touch
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Description: This uses the power of water and chakra to invert heat energy into freezing energy which freezes water at a mere touch. It creates a small circle around the point which can grow in all directions the longer its held. Greater chakra output can speed the process greatly as well. The jutsu is also limited due to the amount of heat a body can produce.

Description: Through extensive use of the heat inversion all moisture within the surrounding air is drained and frozen. Depending on the amount it may create small amounts of snow. The longer the jutsu is used and / or the more chakra output the area of effect grows. The jutsu is also limited due to the amount of heat a body can produce.




Name: Great Wind Missile
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Wind Element
Description: This jutsu sends highly long ranged, fast-paced wind "missiles" at the target. The user will send out a single or multiple burst(s) of wind highly concentrated to a point. These are extremely sharp, fast paced, piercing blasts capable of piecing various defenses, and even if they are dodged or blocked the shockwave they create is often enough to throw even the toughest of opponents off balance, if not off their feet entirely. The range is typically limited to the range in which the user can see and the chakra they exert with each blast. The user is able to guide these blasts slightly by holding the seal used to create them, however, they move so fast that often a slight turn in the "missile's" direction is all that can be made even at long distances. They are extremely hard to avoid because they are so fast, that and the range of this jutsu are the factors that make it so deadly.

Name: Hyou Bunshin no Jutsu (Ice Clone Technique)
Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Rank: A

Description: This is a highly-advanced version of the original Bunshin Jutsu. It requires one to have the Hyouton (Ice) Bloodline, and at least a medium supply of water in order to use. Using the Ram Handsign, the user concentrates their Chakra to mold a Clone of themself made completely of ice. Because it's made up of ice, it's very hard to destroy by normal means. Two main ways to destroy the Clone is to either use a Katon Jutsu on it, or a Jutsu that has a lot of power into it, or completely shatter it by some means.

Name: Straight line Kama Kaze
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The user performs the needed hand seals and focuses wind chakra to their palm. They then open the palm and a wall of wind spreading from the center of here palm goes forward at 90 MPH the wind not only pushes back the opponents, but creates exhaustion and causes minor do heavy cuts randomly across the targets body. This technique lasts for about 30 seconds, giving the user time to through in a fire technique if they desire to make the entire thing explode into a very hot and intense fire.



Reppushou - Gale Wind Palm

Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m)
Type: Attack, Supplementary
Description:Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Akira will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.

Name: Air Dash
Type: Nin

Requirements: Wind Release
Description: This is a simple manuever that helps aerial taijutsu users. It allows them to boost themselves whatever direction they are facing. This is done by using wind chakra to thrust them along in the air. While this doens't take a large amount of chakra, the forcing of chakra and wind out of your back can be exhausting. So it's highly suggested you uses this only once every few minutes, or you'll physically exhaust your self.

Description: The user channels wind chakra into two shuriken. When thrown, they will act like normal shuriken, but when they hit, they will release a small blast of wind chakra that causes a small amount of damage, and has a small chance of making a shallow cut.

Description: This technique causes the user to be able to "hear the wind". This is to say, they can hear things long distances off and can sense the presence of an invisible enemy of their rank or lower.

Description:the user jumps back /or throws smoke bombs creating a visabilty for themselves to run around and hear screams coming from direction but is able to see the enemy where hes moving except the sounds he isn't positive where his enemy will be coming from.

Description:the user slams a body part with chakra covering it into the ground (Foot,leg,Arm,elbow)creating a wind tunnel current around them which is very hard to get out of...and the user is also trapped inside of it,the chakra creates a wind type needles and fly up stabbing the enemy and user with piercing wind Needles from the ground of chakra.

Name: Seitoppa [Silent Breakthrough]

Effect: Developed solely from Daitoppa, however instead of focusing the wind release in one blast, the user channels the release into their palm. Now, the users palm must be at least inches to a foot away from the opponents chest, in which the user will release the wind release point blank range, the wind instead of blowing the other back, pierces the others chest and causes his inner organs and ribs to slightly crush.

Name: Fuuton: Teinami [Air Wave]
Rank: C Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user focuses the wind release within one of their hands, channeling it till the wind vibrates a bit around the forearm in circular motions. With a diagonal slash in front of the user, a invisible wave of Wind cuts through the air in the diagonal line, the wind forming almost as a blade. The wave stretches in 15 meters horizontally and vertically. On contact with foe, it lashes against them harshly, at least blowing them back a bit and leaving a few small cuts. Cannot be Blocked, However Dodged.

Name: Fuuton: Teikoumyaku [Air Streak]
Rank: B Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Similar to Teinami, however channeling more of the wind release till the wind is quite visible as it motions circularly around the users forearm and tip of fingers at a high speed. A swift slash of the users forearm in a horizontal fashion sends a wide streak of invisible air towards foes, the power enough to tear through clothes, slice at a considerable rate into flesh and send them falling backwards. The wave stretches in 30 meters horizontally and vertically. Cannot be Blocked, However Dodged.

Name: Fuuton: Nibaitoppa [Double Breakthrough]
Rank: A Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: As Daitoppa focuses releasing one release at a time, the user focuses the wind release within their palms, the air slightly visible as it swirls in a circle motion around the users forearm and hands. Depending on where the user wants to blast, it releases a wind release double the strength of Daitoppa, quite effective in leveling areas easily, the strength enough to destroy a small village at Jounin rank. However, there are many fashions one could use this technique, some being the Horizontal way, outstretching both hands out at your sides and releasing the blasts to destroy any incoming enemies or surrounding obstacles. Or the straight forth way, holding both hands in front of you releasing the jutsu, a large blast quickly devouring the area in front of the user.


Name:The Wind of a Thousand dragons
Type:Ninjutsu
Rank:B-A
Description:The user draws their weapon or weapons and Distance between the enemy and the felt of a current wind comes and the user pusts Chakra into the blade of the weapon and puts it behind them and stares at the enemy then brings it forth creating a hurricane of a wind that feels like a thousand dragons swooped down and pushed the enemy away,Cutting the enemy inside of his body unless hitting a object thats outside of his body example (a tree or a scrub)the damage isnt very Well put but it makes it enough to feel pain inside the body.










TAIJUTSU Fighting Style:


Name: Hagane Kobushi Levels 1, 2, and 3
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: C-Rank B-Rank A-Rank(Kinjutsu)
This is a powerful attack that rather dratically alters a person's strength to that far beyond their own. To use these attacks is costly because the neccesary chakra demand is high, but a master of this art is able to use the attack more effectively and not have to waste too much chakra. This jutsu only focuses on increasing the user's strength, speed and agility relies solely on the intended user. This jutsu is broken into three seperate parts for very specific reasons. The higher level you go, the more dangerous the reprecussions. To use this specific style, one must master absolute chakra control and precise timing.

The base of the jutsu has come from Saya's training in her father's style. The user surrounds his/her fists or legs with chakra and compress it around the intended . Then the user punches or kicks their intended target. At the precise time of impact, the user releases their chakra to create a devastating amplifying effect, dramatically increasing their attack power and damage.

The levels will be explain now:

Hagane Kobushi Level 1- This is a moderate form and the safest of the three levels. The user's strength is increased slightly, to the point where the user's punches become slightly stronger. A kick is also enhanced the same amount, depending on the user's chakra, the strength is increased to at least double their original capabilities. Using this style at this level, the user is able to punch through objects they normally would not be able to. Wood and rock would break and crumble beneath the pressure, and metals would more than likely bend from the strikes. This is either an imperfect form of the attack or a weaker form if one has mastered and wishes not to use that much chakra and strength, but it still takes a decent amount of chakra to preform even the basic of the three and to not be use lightly.

Hagane Kobushi Level 2- This is the true or rather, middle form of the levels. It would be the most used by a shinobi who is taught to use it and control the style. To achieve this level, one must go through Level 1 and master it fully. This level allows the user to use stronger and devastating attacks. A single punch could render a boulder to dust from a master of this style. With extra chakra, one could cause an upheaval of rock. This jutsu could technically be used for offense and defence, but the base of the jutsu is all about increasing offensive capabilities. If one is struck by one of these, the pure strength behind it would make it almost impossible to defend with just a body part. To really block these attacks are to dodge them and make sure one is not struck. This is the main of the three and the second most dangerous, but second most chakra conserving. This style can be used for a fight, but afterwards, a person's body would be exhausted from the strain and the demand for their chakra would render their system useless for a few days.

Hagane Kobushi Level 3 (Kinjutsu)- This is a forbidden and extremely dangerous form of the previous two. The destructive capabilities of this level are significantly increased. A single punch using this level of the Hagane Kobushi could easily shatter bones and cause extreme internal damage if connected. If punching the ground the strength behind the punch could create a massive earthquake which would cause boulders and rock to fly through the air and create a massive crater. The specifics rely solely on the level of chakra control, precision, and all around amount of chakra. This is forbidden because so much chakra is used that even if punching something that when making contact the chakra pushes back against the user's own arm. It is likely that the power behind the attack could break bones or even rip the muscles inside of the body. There is so much chakra needed with this jutsu that the user would be exhausted after fix or six punches. If their body can manage to hold out until then and their bones or muscles have not ripped. This level of the jutsu is so demanding that even if the muscles or bones are not shattered or ripped, the entire chakra system would be "overloaded" and the user would be unable to use jutsu of any kind for at least a week, and would be rendered bed ridden during that time. This jutsu is meant only for masters and not to be used lightly.

The genjutsu makes the target think that he is inside a large hourglas. Slowly the sand is falling down. To burry the target alive.

NOTE: These techniques are not Ice techniques, but snow techniques. I am trying to develop them, and you wouldn't need a special element for them. You may disapprove, but they aren't major GM techniques, so I don't see why.

However, there are many fashions one could use this technique, some being the Horizontal way, outstretching both hands out at your sides and releasing the blasts to destroy any incoming enemies or surrounding obstacles. Or the straight forth way, holding both hands in front of you releasing the jutsu, a large blast quickly devouring the area in front of the user.

Description:The user draws their weapon or weapons and Distance between the enemy and the felt of a current wind comes and the user pusts Chakra into the blade of the weapon and puts it behind them and stares at the enemy then brings it forth creating a hurricane of a wind that feels like a thousand dragons swooped down and pushed the enemy away,Cutting the enemy inside of his body unless hitting a object thats outside of his body example (a tree or a scrub)the damage isnt very Well put but it makes it enough to feel pain inside the body.
