Rainbow Chakra-This chakra is nearly 4x more powerful than any other chakra out there. It makes any attack 5x stronger than before. After it's use, it wares the user out so much, the user faints.

Rainbow Eye: Once a user has mastered the Rainbow Chakra, he/she gains this ability. This eye has the ability has the power to negate and reflect any kekei genkai, including any sharingan or and bakugan.

History/Background Story: When he was a boy, he was loved by his family and everybody. He was a good student and ninja. He trained hard to become the best he could be. He especially loved training with his summonings.He graduated from the acadamy at the age of 7 1/2 years old. As a genin, he went on 2 a-rank missions and 3 b-rank missions. he also became chuunin at the age of 11 years ol and jounin at 16 years old. He always did his best and it eventually paid off when he became the youngest Mizukage at the age of 28 years old. Even up to today, he is still respected by everybody and always shows his gratitude towards others. After the past couple of years as the Mizukage, he has become the greatest Mizukage the Mist Country has ever known. After his retirement of being Mizukage, he went on a world-wide tour to study and learn the elements of the shinobi. He eventually mastered the elements and chakra control and learned 2 new characteristics, Rainbow Chakra and the Rainbow Eye. Now, he has returned and is ready to dominate the shinobi world and defeat anyone/anything that crosses his path. He then traveled around everywhere, but soon met up with the Sand Villiage. He is currently now the Kazekage.

Effect: The user shoots thousands of poisonous pine-needles at the foe. If hit, they inject poison into the enemy that can paralyze them for as long as the poison is in them, but if not extracted after 2 days, the enemy dies.

Effect: The user makes a mud dragon after performing a series of handsigns. Then, he can release the others at anytime. These dragond are 125 m. tall. They can also shoot 15 ft. in diameter mud bombs and cannonballs made of mud out of their mouths. No weapons or lightning jutsu can effect them. If you throw a shurikan or kunai or sword etc... it will be absorbed by the dragons. If you use any lightning jutsu, it will also be absorbed and make the dragons more powerful. Takes a serious amount of chakra.

Effect: The user can only make 5 copies of himself with this jutsu. It's a level more advanced than the shadow clone jutsu. When the user creates this clone, it's the same exact as the user. It can takes hit, kill others, etc... and not disappear. The only way to make it disappear is if the user let's their chakra stop and end the jutsu.

Hidden Mist Jutsu-

Effect: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, causing anyone within it to lose the advantage of sight. Then the user attacks while the opponent is helpless.

Water Style: Water Vortex Jutsu-

Effect: The user makes a vortex made of water, surrounding the foe. Anything within its grasp, it will pull under. It rises up and can also surround the foe, trapping him/her in a barrier.

Ice Seal of the Demon Summonings-

Element: Ice
Effect: A seal that can trap any demon within a summoning scroll. It uses 95% of all the users remaining chakra. Whenever ready and trapped, it, from now on, will summon that demon and if u summon it for the 1st time, you'll have to prove to it that you have the control. If you prove it to that demon that you can control it, it will obey you. If severely low on chakra, this move can kill the user. Even though it will obey you, u still need to learn to control it.
Range: Must make contact with demon.
Requires: Must and only be used against a demon. A jounin or higher ranked move, and must need an empty summoning scroll.

Name: Summoning of the Water god; neptune's arise.
Rank: A
Element: Water
Effect: Can only be used when by a pond/water source. As seen in Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, the user summons what is known as king Neptune. This Neptune is made of water and can create tidal waves, whirlpools, and drown enemies. Neptune can't talk, isn't effected by taijutsu at all or fire, lava, and earth type jutsu.

Element: Lightning/Fire
Effect: Fires a ball of a black substance between fire and lightning that eats whatever it touches.

Effect: Turns the users fist into a lightning ball that can punch through nearly any substance.

Name: Summoning of the God of Lightning: Zeus' Arise
Rank: S
Element: Lightning
Effect: Summons a great figure in the shape of Zeus, except it is made of lightning and it can't talk. On the user's signal, the summoning can do nearly anything that lightning can do. He controls all lightning. He isn't effected by fire, water, earth, or lightning jutsu. This Zeus rises to a towering 150 m high. Everything can be hit, except for the user. takes a serious amount of chakra to perform.

Effects: Summons about 250 Lightning Swords around the user. When commanded, they strike the target. They can attack in any amount in each group. They can speed at about 75 mph and are nearly impossible to dodge.

Effect: The user can launch heat-seeking missiles, that are made from lightning, from his fingers. They get bigger the longer they are out.

Fire Jutsu-

Name: Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique
Rank: A
Element: Fire
Effect: The ninja does the necessary hand seals; draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire, which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Name: Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique
Rank: A
Element: Fire
Effect: The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs. The ninja can also hurl a projectile, which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Name: Fire Style: Burning Ash Accumulation

Effect: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begins to envelope his foe and when the user clicks his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.

Effect: The person uses the jets of fire to form a swirling ring of fire around his opponent. The ring then begins to spin rapidly forming a tornado of fire around his opponent trapping them and burning them slowly. This jutsu can be boosted through wind techniques.

Name: Whirlwind of Flames

Effect: This begins by forming a series of hand signs, then placing his right arm in front of him with his left gripping the forearm. His right hand begins to glow a bright orange colour, before slamming his flaming fist down onto the ground releasing 6 lines of fire 5 metres outwards. The entire area 5 metres around him blast outwards into a flaming tornado burning anyone in or near it. This can range from second-degree burns near the outside and certainty of third-degree in the tornado. However Kensei himself can utilise his scale manipulation to avoid most of the damage leaving only mild redness on his skin.

Effect: Modorokie uses his wind element to create a wind shield that deflects nearly all attacks that are targetted toward Sanji.

Name: Wind Slicing Lance Jutsu

Element: Wind
Effect: Modorokie uses the combination of the Wind Element and his swordsman Skills. He creates a double edged lance with his katanas and twirls it in a spiral form. From the prepellur-like attack, a slicing wind comes from it and rips apart near anything in it's path.

Name: Wind Blade
Rank: A
Element: Wind
Effect: Once this jutsu is used, it's an unstoppable blade of winds that slice anything in it's path.

Name: Earth's Wound, Wind's Cure
Rank: S
Element: Wind
Effect: Modorokie stabs the ground with his katana, then, writes a certain code on his metal blade from his own blood. He then punches the ground, which, from the katana, a giant wind vortex opens, sucking in anything, besides the user, from a 15m range.

Name: Wind Rescue: Tornado Alley

Effect: Modorokie does a couple of handsigns and creates a tornado, totally under Sanji's control. He can move it anywhere, make it pick stuff up, drop stuff, throw, and sucks in anything. it takes up a bit of chakra in order to use it. Also, you can only use it in a state of emergency.

Effect: Modorokie creates a storm that consists of 7 winds.
First Wind: It's strong enough push a person.
Second Wind: It's strong enough to blow the leaves off of trees.
Third Wind: It's strong enough to redirect shuriken/kunai.
Fourth Wind: it's strong enough to equal up to a Tropical Storm
Fifth Wind: It's strong enough to create tornadoes that rotate at 200 mph. and suck up anything.
Sixth Wind: It's strong enough to create a Stage 5 Hurricane.
Seventh Wind: It's strong enough to slice concrete, trees, and anything in it's path.
It's side effects consist of massive chakra loss, fainting, even near-death.

Name: Swordsman Skill: 1000-to-1 Katanas

Element: None
Effect: Modorokie throws a katana at the foe with a wire and summoning symbol tags tied to the wire. Sanji then sends chakra up the wire, creating an additional 1000 katanas to the one.

Name: X-Scissor Division
Rank: B
Element: None
Effect: Modorokie crosses his katanas and make each one slide off the other, which creates an "X" shaped wind that can reach a distance of 20m. It travels at about 60-75 mph, depending on how hard they rolled off of each other. This jutsu is useful for disengaging wired traps, paperbombs, etc...

Name: Katana Tornado Top

Effect: Modorokie spins with his katana pointed outward. The fast he spins, the stronger the wind and blade. As he spins, a wind tornado will form around Modorokie. After a minute or two. Modorokie will release his katana, which are tied to wire, and twirl around by a wire. This helps him with his long distance attacks.

Effect: The user covers his katana in chakra, and once it makes contact with another blade or katana, it'll slice it in 1/2.

can you explain how your clan got the abilty to have all chakra natures and the ranibow stuff. Thrid you history is wierd so why don't you take a look at that.

I might also like to mention alot of your jutsu use a name other then your own in your description. It's not necessary, but I'd rather they all say Modorokie.

Other then that, rather impressive and lengthy profile, as a request, I'd be enjoyed if you could help train me, the Kazekage, and act as my advisor. The choice is always yours of course.

1. Lee, i know u are a great RPer, but u can't have those Jutsu. U can have only a limited no. of high lvl jutsu seeing as ur are just a Jounin.

I may not be a mod, but all those chakra techniques...are a total rip-off of the Kazura manipulation techniques. Which is an absolute NO in my book. Sorry dude, but NO.

Hold up now...first off, I'm a Kage again, secondly, what jutsu are you talking about? And thirdly, AKL, I've had those jutsu since I first joined the site...almost a year ago.

It's the new system of the site. We relook at older jutsus. Jutsus which got approved a year ago, might not be as approvable today. We didn't bother to care about jutsus as much as we do today.

What jutsus does Wes talk about? I don't know, I'll leave that answer to another mod/admin.
