I was trying to get a S-rank lightning jutsu i putted on but since i switched character, i chosed Fire and earth. Lol.

Sora can break up it's body into the breeze and travel that way. While this doesn't increase it's speed at all, it makes it so that physical attacks won't harm it.

Kaze:
Kaze is the second strongest known, a B-ranked summoning. He takes the form of a massive snake made of green wind. Kaze has the ability to use any wind/poison-based jutsu he sees. This ability is extremely useful against wind shinobi and medical ninja. However, the jutsu is about 25% weaker than the original would be.

Kumo: Kumo is the weakest known. He is a C-ranked summoning. Taking the form of a blue squirrel, he is extremely fast. His ability lies in his eyes. While he can't mimic jutsu, he can see through genjutsu, and even cancel them for Kidate. He will also give Kidate advice on the opponent, being able to read the opponent a little better than a shinobi could.

The fourth and final summoning is unknown to Kidate. It is presumably an S-ranked summoning, and extremely powerful. According to legend, he would take the form of a dragon. While the size, and abilities are unknown, Kidate does know that it would be a force he couldn't even think of controlling unless he had full mastery over his own power first. Kidate must grow a lot more before he can summon this beast.

Even when the people are fighting the user can easily make a cut on the enemy, even they thought they didn't get hit. Everything moves normally for the user of the jutsu and everything moves slower for the nemies and the enemies have a disadvange for getting hit.

The First one because you already have Sharingan which allows you to predict movements.
The second one because it does a direct Knockout which is not allowed.

Now, although these are well written, their a little too advanced to be C ranks.

Firstly, the ranking and chakra consumption of any summon is directly proportionate to it's size, so if the dragon is a C rank summon, it's not going to be very big, in fact, it would probably be smaller then you are.

Secondly, fusion techniques are very high ranking, especially all the assimilation techniques, so I can't allow that to be a C rank.

The rest of the jutsu are fine and make sense that they're C ranks, but as you need to use the first two first, and gennins aren't allowed to learn higher then a C, you might want to save this technique until you rank up.

Before a summoning can be performed, the user signs a contract with their own blood, each contract differing depending on what creature is to be summoned. Once this is done, the summoner need only perform the proper hand seals and offer a few additional drops of blood with the same hand they signed the contract with to perform the summon. The amount of chakra offered at this time is directly proportionate to the size of the summoned creature. Summons have their own abilities that they can use by themselves or in conjunction with the summoner. Some summons are so powerful that they may even challenge the summoner, or will demand something in order to contribute to the battle.

Size: 30 feet long and is about high up to Itazuk's hips, can ride on its back. Nantsu can be very dangerous when used in furious battles. Nantsu has very strong attacks with fangs and claws.

That sounds more like a large wiener dog... maybe fix the size...

And Summonings aren't pets, and there already is a section for animal companions, so you didn't have to go and make that one Akinori...
