| Wes walked into the office this was his second, and he could still not see why people saw him fit to be a a leader, but Wes went with the flow of the universe on towards the future. The flow had brought him here in the office of yet another kage, and again it seemed he would be the one sitting at the desk directing ninja to do as he whims again. Maybe he was only made these positions in villages with low ninja numbers because nobody really saw his capacity to lead. That must be the flow of the universe though for him to be a leader, but never a large leader with some real duties. | |

| A slow, clapping sound resonated through the office. Standing in a corner, Senki glared at the man, clapping ever three seconds. She nodded toward the kage, and then to his desk, and continued to glare. Snapping her fingers, she formed the word "Congratulations" out of flame in mid-air. Senki had heard that this man, who had worked with the akatsuki in the past, had become a kage. She came here strictly on business, hoping that the man could provide her and her colleagues with shelter and supplies when needed. Though she hated talking, she knew that negotiating was inevitable, and she was prepared to verbally 'dance' with her opponent if she had to. |
