Kitsuke vs. Revy (OFFRPGDM)

Kitsuke came in a very large forest, covered with trees and in the middle a large body of water. " Someone just invited me to fight here.., might as well as try it..."


(Don't mind the shortness of the post I have problems starting threads.)

Revy instantly appears behind Kitsuka, she is wearing her akatsuki robe and a straw hat makeing only her feet, her eyes and her long black hair in the back noticeable, "So..your Kitsuke?"

" Well, I am Kitsuke so you're? " Kitsuke felt even the akatsuki was just approching her massive strength. " I'm here to test my strength against an akatsuki...we can start now, I don't hit girls unless they do something to me so you can attack first..."

Revy walked up directly to Kitsukes face, she looked up into his eyes and stared at him for a moment, "Your kinda cute..i hope you fight well, i dont want to harm that prety face of yours" Revy did a single handseal under her cloak and it began to poor down rain hard in the entire area.


Name: Kouuton • Jinkoukouu (Rain Release • Artificial Rain)

Element: Water
Description: Simply put, this jutsu makes it rain. The rain is normal and not increased in any way. Thus, it costs an unnoticeable portion of chakra. Rains for thirty Posts.

" Oh, Its fun to fight while raining..." Kitsuke silently spoke as the thousand raindrops cover the area..." Too bad its for my own advantage..." Kitsuke's body started to spark, lighting began to swirl around his body. But lightning is a moving object, it quickly run off the ground towards the akatsuki standing behind Kitsuke.

Revy jumped back to avoid the lightning, she did a few handseals so fast not even sharingan could copy them, she held her hand out and a pillar of rain began to form above Kitsuke, then slameing down at him.


Name: Pillar of Rain

Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shockwave of water

" Oh... this is gonna be really really fun.." Kitsuke maybe can't see the attack, but he has another mind working on other things. From his inside mind a voice shouted, " Kitsuke above you, it was Raijuu warning Kitsuke about the attack from the air..." Kitsuke quickly turned his head above, seeing the large pillar he quickly evaded the attack. Although its shockwave affected Kitsuke, and threw him off for a few meters. Although it did as much damage as it could, Kitsuke is a medical ninja, by focusing chakra on his right hand creating a bluiesh color and placing it on his chest where it made quite a damage, it quickly healed over time. " Now its my turn..." Kitsuke murmured, Kitsuke made fast handseals, as soon as the handseals ended, Kitsuke jumped in mid air focusing lighthing unto his left hand and sending it to the rain above. This channeled the lightning to the rain drops,
Raiton • Ribon Tegotae no Jutsu [Lightning Release • Ribbon Effect Skill] Kitsuke shouted. The rain drops started to turn into yellowish color, and made crackling sounds. The jutsu has changed the rain drops into small lightning bolts itself heading towards the akatsuki in a very fast speed.

Raiton • Ribon Tegotae no Jutsu [Lightning Release • Ribbon Effect Skill]
- A technique utilizing Lightning Chakra, Difusion, Burst, and Infuse
- Handseals: Dragon, Hare, Horse, Monkey
- Rank: B
- Effect: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will seperate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions

Revy quickly does a few handseals and places her hand above her head, a gravity like umbrella is made that keeps all liquid from touching her from above, she keeps her hand up and jumps back, she jumps in the air off the ground to keep it from hitting her from the water on the ground aswell, "So..you like to play with thunder..ill just have to fix that, Revy quickly does a few handseals and a medal pole grew out of the ground in the distant. Revy dissapeard and re-appeard behind Kitsuke doing a few more handseals, she held her hand at him and rain began to form bullets all around infront of her and shot directly at him.



Name: Umbrella Technique

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique.

Description: Only usable while raining, this jutsu causes the raindrops around it’s user to shoot at a designated target at high speed. Stops after a short period of time.

Name: Lightning Pillar
Rank: A
Element: Earth, lightning
Description: Revy will focus a large amount of chakra into her hands, she will then push it into the earth feeding it, after 1 post a giant 40 ft tall, 20 ft wide medal pole will grow out of the ground in the distance, it absorbs eny lightning attacks from Revy and the opponent, it is impossible to break and will only stay for 10 posts, after 10 posts it will sink back into the ground slowly.

" Be careful Kitsuke, that metal pole right there would absorb all lightning attacks from you and that akatsuki, all that isn't a real problem you control lightning you could just take off the lightning on that pillar..." Raijuu silently spoke on Kitsuke's mind. " Eh, lets make this a little bit interesting..." Kitsuke murmured to Raijuu. Kitsuke's opponent isn't really aware that he can feel chakra and life forms around him, so backstabbing Kitsuke would be a little be stupid. " So this akatsuki likes attacking from the back, well lets take care of that " Maybe the lightning pillar can absorb lightning but not inside Kitsuke's body, it has a AOE or area of effect limiting its effect on the battlefield. Kitsuke's static charge body shot out lightning to the ground in a 10 meter distance, this would prevent the akatsuki from getting anynear to Kitsuke, although the attack that is coming is still working on, but sooner or later the akatsuki would have to leave her area on Kitsuke's back. With his extreme mastery over wind, Kitsuke can utilized an wind attack or defense as fast as wind. To counter the attack of his oppponent which are the bullets heading towards Kitsuke, Kitsuke released a large gust of wind with a flicker of his arm, change the direction of the bullet in to another direction. Kitsuke just laughed, " is that all you got?.."

Name: Hijutsu: Fuuton Hakkei (Secret Art: Wind Release)

Description: This is less of a technique than it is a mass of experience, allowing Kitsuke to achieve certain results with wind with few or no handseals. The A-Rank isn’t allotted to the amount of chakra needed, but rather to the time and skill needed to master it. Using this style is only achievable by those who can manipulate wind and wind chakra with ease and authority. This would allow for the ninja to use the wind around his as he pleased, for attack or defense. A few examples would include making bullets out of air and firing them off rapidly, making large gusts of wind, using wind as an orb of defense, and even taking the oxygen out of the air to negate fire attacks. The technique ultimately lets Kitsuke keep any wind within a certain radius of him under his absolute control. Thus, this becomes one of Kitsuke’s most practical jutsu, since it can be utilized in almost any situation.

In the middle of the fight,an Akatsuki with umbrella was watching them a kilometer away form the battle. He was holdong his stone kitten and said "Ohh.. little pussy-pussy,don't be afraid..I have a mbrella to protect you from Revy-chan's raindrops". The stone kitten meows and the Akatsuki smiled like he understand,"Revy-Chan can handle herself,pussy-pussy..don't worry bout her.". The stone kitten meows and the Akatsuki replied a moment, "Yah..I'm sure she is okay..I can see her with my Shinzuigan.". A violent eyes showed up with five dots namely Shinzuigan.

Revy rose up a water dome to block it, the dome broke immediatly and Revy was blown back with a few of the bullets pierced by her leaveing cuts on her and ripping up her clothing, but none pierced her since they never changed direction when they shot out. Revy hit the ground on her back anf fliped back on her feet, she stood up and threw off her lower clothing, the tan tipped up skirt leaveing on the brown pants under it, she did a few handseals and the rain began to come down and soak into theyre clothing, the more it absorbes the heavier it is for them to move.



Name: Water Dome (Mizu Tengai)

Description: As long as the ground wet, or theres some sorce of water to use (steam, mist, etc.
) Revy will creat a dome around her made of water, the outside of the dome hardens. Only B rank and higher attacks can penetrate this some but no fire attack can penetrate it at all. This dome can not block C rank and higher Lightning jutsus.


Name: Heavy Rain
Rank: B
Element: Water
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water, the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment. (Lasts as long as the rain does)

The heavy rain continues and the battle continues as water covers the area. Kitsuke's body if full of static charge, if he was a normal ninja, he would have conducted electricity with his soaked body, but with Raijuu's effect, lightning just continues to run around Kitsuke's body just like blood. With water covering the area, lightning can conduct and jump on the small bodies of water on the battlefield to get near the akatsuki. And that is what's happening right now. The lightning that is coming out of Kitsuke's body starts to jump step by step in the little ponds on the ground to come near the akatsuki. While Kitsuke made a couple of fast handseal, the water on the feet of Revy started to crumble, and a head in form of water emerge covering the akatsuki's vision, and is ready to swallow the akatsuki with Kitsuke's command. While the akatsuki would be a very bit busy finding the way out of the water jutsu, Kitsuke raised his hand and a disk in form of wind formed. Kitsuke then threw it into the direction of the akatsuki, the akatsuki may escape the water jutsu but not this one...

Name: Controlled Chaos Disk

Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This attack is rather basic but very effective. The ninja first will have to focus wind chakra into the form of a disk about 3 feet in diameter. Then, with one hand they must continue placing chakra into it. However, from that point they can fight as they choose but as they move their hand the disk will follow without question. So, in essence the ninja creates a violent partner to add them. This disk can easily slice into the enemy and is very dangerous. However it requires constant chakra to upkeep so it is hard to use for long periods of time and the amount of focus placed into it can affect the value of the disk created



Suiton • Mizu Oni Kuike [Water Release • Water Demon's Appetite]
- A technique utilizing Water Chakra, Materialize, and Focus
- Handseals: Dog, Ram, Serpent
- Rank: C
- Effect: A skill which utilizing the water around the opponent for it to work. Below the opponent, a head made of water emerges and tries to swallow up the opponent, having sharp dagger like teeth. If the initial chomp misses the opponent, a tongue will emerge to wrap around the opponent to try and pull them back under for a second attempt.

Revy jumps back faw away from the head avoiding it, as the disk came to her she droped back on the ground letting it go over her, she quickly fliped back on her hands and jumped high up to avoid the second grab attempt from the head, as she was in the air she did a few handseals, the rain that fell began to felt like mini 2cm bombs to whoever it touched except Revy, as soon as she finished her first row of handseals she began on a second one as she fell to the ground, she landed and finished at the same time, the rain grew realy big with very big raindrops that come down and add onto Explosive Rains affect makeing even bigger ecplosive raindrops


Name: Explosive Rain

Description: This can only be used when its raining. Each time a raindrop hits the enemy it causes a very small explosion, 2 cm wide explosion for every raindrop that hits them, lasts 2 posts. The explosions cant take off a piece of the enemys body, all it does is sting. Revy will remain un-affected by this Jutsu.


Name: Rain Enlarge

Element: Water
Description: If it is raining, this jutsu will make big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting. (Lasts 10 posts)

Kitsuke seeing at what this akatsuki is about to do, he quickly planted his foot on the ground, and spinned in a 360degrees radius. It caused the wind to stir around Kitsuke creating somewhat a wind shield around his body. While spinning he is able to control the disk that the akatsuki was able to dodge, he made it attack at the back of the akatsuki where she is really really vulnerable. " This is getting interesting as it looks.."

Name: Tornado Deflection Jutsu

Range: 5ft radius around user
Type: Defensive Ninjutsu
Affinity: Wind
The user makes a series of handseals, then plants their foot, spinning gracefully on the spot. When the 360 is complete, winds stir around the user, then suddenly whip up. A large tornado type defense is set up around the user, whirling in fury. The user is hard to see past the furious wind that surround them, and it goes the same for the user; they cannot see the opponent well. While the outside of the tornado is vicious for anything that comes near it, the inside is calm, since a layer of chakra separates the user and the tornado. Any ninjutsu, excluding fire, of the same rank will be sucked in and thrown in a random direction. Fire jutsu of the same rank or higher will dissipate the tornado, while anything lower than B will slow the winds down, causing the fire to die, but not get whipped away. At jounin, the user can control where the attacks get whipped back to, and can send them back at the opponent. The user, so close to the whirling winds, may get dizzy during the jutsu.

Revy backfliped over the disk comeing, she heard it cutting through the wind, Revy did a few handseals realy quick and clouds from the sky began to form around Revy giveing her a unlimited suply of water and cutting lightning damage done in half, Revy did a faw more handseals ans the rain falling began to spin clockwise around the entire area fast, as if they were in the center of a rain tornado, revy did a few more handseals immediatly after she had finished her first few for the rain to make it look like it was 1 long row of seals, a giant spear of rain began to form above the clouds out of sight from enyone, it simply stayed there out of sight waiting on Revys command to attack. Since the rain changed direction, the stop in the rain for the spear would almost be impossible to notice.

Name: Rotating Rain

Description: If it is raining on the battle field, the rain will begin to spin around clockwise, it will begin to rotate around the entire battle field as if they were in the center of a rain tornado. This will not do much but simply allow the user more abilitys and tactics.

Name: Rain Spear
Rank: B
Element: Water
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for until it is sent down to attack. If the spear is not used, it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a pause in the rain for about 3 seconds.

The rain attacks has stopped, but Kitsuke's enemy just finished a full set of handseals, therefore another attack is about to come out. Kitsuke's spinning body has just stopped, and started to observe the battlefield, " Nothing suspicious.." Kitsuke silently murmured. But he felt a large amount of chakra in the sky, he may not be able to see it, but Kitsuke is sure, something is going on behind this rain. But nothing will stop him from defeating the akatsuki. He quickly made set of handseals, the wind above the akatsuki formed into a giant metal form, and fell towards the akatsuki ready to immobilize her immediately. While Kitsuke disappeared from where he stood, but his cloak was too soaked that it felt heavy, so Kitsuke decided to remove it, exposing his left arm covered with bandage, and the rest of his body except his right arm. Moving was now easy for Kitsuke, again with his advance wind control, he was able shot a couple of fast moving wind orbs towards the akatsuki. " I cannot use lightning while that pillar is standing, better stick to wind while its around.." with the final blow of wind orbs which is totaled 7 Kitsuke jumped high in the air, releasing a much bigger wind orb 5 times bigger than his ground attack.

User uses a series of hand seals, then produced high velocity wind chakra over the enemy, which crashed down upon the enemy with impressive force. This jutsu lasts for half a minute, forcing the enemy to the ground and keeping them immobile during the duration. This jutsu is also very hard to dodge, since it comes down from directly above at high speeds.

Revy avoided the orbs and just managed to dodge the last one, she did a row of handseals and dragons made of water formed high up in the air, they blocked eny chakra sences from higher above and acted as if the chakra from the rain spear was actualy the dragons forming slowly, they shot down 3 very large and powerful spirald rainspears directly at Kutsuke at a small angle, as the spears flyd to him with great speed, she did a few more handseals, nothing changed as if they were pointless, but the raindrops actualy connected to Revys sences so she knows everything that goes on in the entire area its raining exactly when it happens. Revy followed that with a few more handseals and a giant demon made of water stood behind her, it was currently no threat and all it did was sit there harmless. (S Rank Demon Summoned)


Name: Flight of the Rain Dragons
Rank: A
Element: Water
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals,they raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's chakra raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting a spiral rain spear every turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain. (Lasts 5 Revy posts)

Name: Ukojizai no Jutsu
Rank: B
Element: Water
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with Revy's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to Revy's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of the village, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until Revy uses the seal to cancel it. It will continue to rain when Revy is not in the area or left the rain. This is a rain diffrent from Revys Artificial Rain jutsu and will last until canceld.

Name: Water Kappa of the Deep

Element: Water
Description: This technique summons a water demon that lives in the depths of a ocean, there are 3 diffrent demons that can be summoned, they each vary in size. The rank B demon can be summoned and is 30 ft tall made completly of water, rank A demon is 60 ft tall and completly made of water, rank S demon is 100 ft tall and completly made of water. The demons can be used to defend Revy, attack the opponent, or add on to Revys water attacks makeing them huge and powerful. (Each demon will only be summoned for 5 posts, or will be destroyed by fuseing with Revys water attacks)
