"Hey Shion" come here Ayami ran up with a giant smile
"I have great news for you."
" What whats going on" Shion asked.
"Just come" she insisted.
"I cant I have to train im about to be a gennin soon i can feel it" Shion said.
"maybe later k baby" he gave her the thumbs up and started walking away.
"Ow ow ow" he said as Ayami grabbed onto his ear.
"What are you doing" he asked
"Ur coming home right now" she said pulling him towards their house. Its been exacly 1 month since Shion was permitted to stay with her family and during this time they had been doing a pretty good job of showing there not together so for her to get real girlfriendy was out of the normal"
"Why are you" he asked in pain then figured ah this must be important.
She pushed him into the house,"now sit here" she demanded.
Shion laughed and complied sitting on the couch in the living room.
"Now" she said putting a blindfold on him "ur gonna sit here and ill be back in a minute" "ok" he said and sat there.
i wonder whats going on did i forget her birthday it is our annaversery hah its only been a month he thought laughing in his head.
"SURPRISE" her and her family said holding out a puppy in her arms and ripping off the blind fold.
he looked so cool shion couldn't help loving this little thing right away when he started crawling around his lap his heart broke
and he teared up. "His names Akina she said ull be taking care of him from now on". "As a member of the inuzuka clan we think you deserve this not to mention how much ur ninja skills have improved". Ayamis mom said smiling and her dad nodded in agreement.
Shion held his head down and said"thank you so much but i i i i just need a minute"
Shion ran out of the house and disappeared
"Where are you going" Ayami yelled after him

LATER THAT DAY

"There you are" Ayami said sitting down at Shions table.He had been sitting at the leafs tea house thinking about what hes going to do trying to process what just happened.
"I have been looking all over for you" she said
"Do you not like him" she asked
"no thats not it at all" Shion barked
"i actually love him but thats the problem"
"How so" she asked
And shion let loose with his whole story he had been trying to keep it quiet that since he used the yeulyangdoe to save her that night that hes been seeing his old bullys soul following him
"Im slowly losing my mind" he told her.
"You know im from the village hidden in the moonlight right."she nodded in aggreance.
"Well what you dont know is we are the ones who introduced the concept of the ninja hounds"
"what, you mean!"
"thats right the elder man your father told you who came to konaha was actually my great grandfather.
Realizing he was going to completly lose it soon, he decided to teach another clan to take care of these little guys. And so he left long ago in search of a worthy family to teach his travels eventually lead him to konaha, where he met Kira Inuzuka"
"My great grandfather" she yelled getting into his story
"Yea anyway he taught him how to maintain and also the summoning technique to bring them here, They are different dogs ones that live here and become attached to their master. And ones that only come from a summoning" He said
"Ok so if what your saying is true than your the perfect person for the job" she said
"Im not done yet after he taught them and gave away his best friend he returned to the village, and told the elders what was happening.They didnt listen and the villages generation went crazy eventually abusing and neglecting the dogs that depend on them. Needless to say the dogs died with noone to take care of them the ones that didnt ran away and noone knows what happened to them" he said starting to tear up.
"They were there responsibility and they let them down" he yelled. "I promised myself when i heard this story that this will never be me and how ill act if i was lucky enough to get one id protect him with my life however im starting to lose it i can feel my sanity slipping away from me"
"I see" she said
"If i was to let thhat little guy down i dont think i could live with myself" he cried
"He loves you Shion" when you left he just scratched on the door till he fell asleep" she explained.
"And u love him too theres noway id ever believe even with ur stupid technique you could ever hurt him" she held his hand. "Besides ill be there to help you and keep you out of trouble". she said giving him the thumbs up Shion smiled and they went home.
The little puppy followed Shion around for the rest of the day barking at him eventually he held him close face to face and said.
"Ur my new best friend now and ill protect you with my life"
"RUFF" the puppy barked.
