Garaa stood on a branch above the forrest ground over looking much more of the forrest. His gord would seem to way many many pounds to any one normal but after having carried it for most his life it seemed to be weightless. 'Where is he?' Garaa thought as he waited.

A dark wind began to overflow the darkened forest of the night, a small presence of his immense chakra being sensed over a half-mile. Toshiro was standing atop a large branch on the edge of the tallest tree in the forest, looking down to the male named Gaara with his left eye, looking down to him with a small glare, "I am right here..." he said in his dark voice, his cloak seemingly showing in the moonlight overhead.

"What keept you?" Garaa questioned in his raspy voice. Slowly his gourd began to open as Garaa lept from his branch to the ground below. When he did this sasnd began to pour out in cirling him on the ground. A small stream slammed into the ground creating a small hole. Garaa then looked up at the man.

"I've heard rumors about you..." he said within his dark voice, looking to the crawling sand on the ground, "About Sabaku no Gaara, Gaara of the Desert..." he continued, moving his left palm to the tree below him as he secretly placed a small amount of his chakra within the branches, making it move slightly to the ground, so he would utilize it later.

"Rumors are nothing. The sins from my past cannot be washed away, wrongs I've commited can never be for gotten. Ive soght forgivness and I've been denyed. I may have my freedom but I am and forever will be. Unforgiven. I have turned from that path. Im the former Kazekage. I have surpassed all levels. I stepped down to find and eliminate any and all wrong doers." Garaa called out to the man.

Toshiro stepped down from the tree, setting lightly on the ground with a small movement of his palm against the tree behind him. "Sins cannot be forgiven that easily i know..." he began to say, keeping his palm against the tree as he looked to the male before him, a slight emotionless expression showing. A small breeze swept past the area, rustling leaves about the forest.

The small breeze made Garaa's air flow in the wind. "Sins aside ,know this freind. Your life will end to day." Gaara said in his raspy voice as he crossed his arms in await.

Toshiro let down his emotionless gaze, moving his palms to the ground, then to the opposite arms, crossing them as he did so, the seal was set, and he was going to make sure he wasn't going to go down without a fight. "Ready when you are..." he said in his dark, unrelenting voice, keeping his flow of chakra to a minimal until he needed high amounts when he needed them.

Gaara pondered how strong this jounin would be. It had been a while since he faced a jounin. Sand began to rise up around Gaara and began to flow around him like a wave. Gaara slowly to his hat off and threw it at the man. His round hat was lined with a blade. This blade was able to cut through several trees befor being stopped. Quickly the hat travled tword Toshiro

"Never underestimate me..." he said within his dark voice, smashing his left palm into the ground as a massive wave of chakra imploded from under the ground, smashing a large crater into the earth as he vanished from the spot, appearing over 50 meters away from the male, a large seal built up around him, the shape of a dark seal, making the swirling hat crackle into dust, watching it fall to the ground, he had used up a small portion of his chakra, and had more than the male new. "I was once the strongest missing ninja in the continent, don't expect and easy kill from me.." he continued, the scar on his right arm begins to glow with a eerie crimson light, the seal below him glowing the exact same color.

"You may have been the strongest missing ninja, but the moment I stepped down from kazekage to travel. I became the strongest missing ninja. I dont expect a easy kill...but I do excpect a kill." Gaara said as a stream a sand took off at Toshiro. The sand was the size of a large man's arm. The sand began to move quickly through the air like a snake.

Toshiro saw this coming, to the user of sand, Sabaku no Gaara. The stream of sand coming towards him was at a fast pace as he could see, but kept his stance at his spot, the seal below him glowing with a large amount of light, beginning to shatter through to the ground, "Natsuin Ranmyaku!" he shouted, the seal growing to a diameter of 10 meters. Moving his left palm in front of him, a blast of his chakra swept into his left arm, beginning to strengthen his power over his normal limit. He vanished along with the seal below him, appearing behind the male about 75 meters away from him, "It's not going to be that easy..."
