Gaara quickly retracted his stream of sand. Gaara performed a few hand sings "Suna Shigure" Gaara called out. After he began a few more hand sings as 2 larger streams of sand took off at the man in the distance.

Appearing on the other end of the battlefield once again, where he planted the chakra from before, he began to move into a series of hand seals, only close enough to the opponent where he would be able to conjure this with great damage. "I have more chakra than most of the ninja in the world, and i wouldn't expect this to be so easy with the Shukaku demon inside of you either..." he said in a small, dark voice, moving his left palm forwards, moving it to a formation of his left index finger and thumb, the chakra beginning to swirl around it with ease.

Gaara spung around as he noticed the mans means of transportaion. Gaara threw up 2 hand sings as sand began to pour from the sky above the man. Earlier Gaara had used Suna Shigure to send sand up into the air. Not clumped together so its not noticable. The sand pourd down from the sky and began to collect at the feet of the man. Quickly Gaara sent a stream of sand at the man to connect the sand at his feet to the stream. Once they reach each other Gaara had more controle over the sand at the feet of the man. He began to tighten the sand aroud his feet so he could escape so easily.

The chakra being built into the index and middle finger of his palm began to turn into a large sphere, about 120' across, and 50' in length, it began to condense, the charging state of the Technique complete. A large wave of power swept through the area around him, shattering the earth around him as he added a small amount of chakra into the sphere, making it turn a large blackish color, making another wave of power sweep through under his feet, shattering the tightened sand around his feet, "Kage Raikou!!" he shouted, a large spark of lightning ripped itself from his left arm, sending itself into the sphere, ready to go in moments, keeping it on himself as it continued to charge.

The air was still filled with much sand as Gaara pondered what to do. Unsure of what his intentions were Gaara turned his focuse to somthing else...A plan he was forming and setting up.

A blast of power sent the sphere of chakra from Toshiro's fingertips, shattering the ground under it's movements as it aimed itself towards gaara with great speed and power, the chakra around it giving it's great power. Toshiro quickly moved his palms down to his side to stop himself from utilizing any more chakra in the technique.

Utilizing the lightning element, it can be almost matched with Ranmyaku Shitsunen. The Kage Raikou takes a large amount of users' chakra, making it only necessary to use in a battle.
