Yeah Ryuku you can't just take existing jutsu and name them something else to learn them. If you want to learn that jutsu ask someone who knows it.

Soon, Ryu's robotic arm gets covered in static electricity and will electricute anyone who touches it. Fire, and earth jutsu can stop Ryu's arm from causing more static. The user can form all the static electricity into a soundwave of electricity, and turn it into a sheild. This will also wear it out.
