creates a staff made of lightning chakra similar to the chakra used to create chidori this staff makes all jutsu increase in range and power and gives all jutsu a lightning air

Lava disks
Effect dae makes thin disks of lava and launches them into the air wich than they heat seek to the target

Explianation: a tornado that travels at top speed at 140 mph and can destroy any nature things. Making it too fast for the enemy to see the tornado had went, blinding his/her vision by strong winds of the tornado.

same as naruto rendan, but with a a small touch of Ura renge. or the other way around. Anyways, NR is a B rank and Ura renge is forbidden
