I mean like chakra but no hand signs to create sheilds/weapons.

Ok that makes sense. Now the only thing is you need to change it to "Summons suits of armor onto me" instead of "Turns me into" because you can't just turn into something else.

This would also effect you. Also it needs a range. Otherwise it looks good.

yes it would effect me but i have trained with it so i act has i normly would but i must take of my wieghts and range would be 100M

No matter what it has to effect you. Maybe not as much but it still has to. Post the jutsu again with the add ons. I'm not doing it for you :P.

Rank depends on the distance. If the range of the effective area is as large as the technique: Kaiten. Then it should be A rank.

Ryuku she means that the rank is higher the bigger it gets. So small distance is E then larger for D then larger for C and so on. This is the distances I would say.

E = 10 yards (30ft)
D = 20 yards (60ft)
C = 40 yards (120ft)
B = 50 yards (150ft)
A = 75 yards (225ft)
S = 100 yards (300ft)

Of course those are all the radius from your body when the jutsu starts.

besides that, i could understand how it would make it hard to breath, but how would it make it difficult to move

well if the air is denser its harder to movembcause the bonds between moulcules will be stronger so its harder to push them away it would just be like the diffrance betwwen walking and swimming in densty sence
