Wes sucks in all the oxgen for a 100 yard radius with out oxgen the target dan't breath

One hit kill kind-of move.

plus, do you know the wind element?

not really im sure you could run far enough if you were fast and ill usally stop once they faint plus check my app i do half my jutsu's are air and all those i posted are wind

Song of Blades (N) (String): While playing music, the player strokes the strings with his fingers and a blades fly out at amazing speed, capable of completely cutting through a opponent. the blade can easily be deflected but for every blade the user touches or gets hit by 2 fly out till they are all dodged without contact to the blades (this information is hidden from the enemy).

Sonic Song (G-N) (String): The User Makes a Sonic-Inducing Note with his Instrument, forcing enemies to their knee's in pain. this also breaks glass and anything else fragile

Song of Force (N) (Strings) The user creates a
force from the music they play. Effect: Damage and stun effect is
reduced to 50% rate of success for Three turns.

The Black Song (G) (String): This song induces creating nightmares from the opponents own mind. its effect varies, for example if the opponent is afraid of snakes he will be bitten and poisoned. This is one of the cruelest music jutsu.

Inspiring Music (G) (String): Everyone under the affect of this jutsu will be inspired of life, they will be happy and glad. They will see life in new eyes, this jutsu is usually used to turn enemies against each other or to make allies more inspired to fight.

Lullaby (G) (String): Makes the target or targets fall asleep instantly or get tired, depending on the intensity. this song is usually used non lethal but it has been known to put people in a eternal coma.

Song of Impending Doom (G-N) (String or Drums): creates a song on which the target will be killed, every turn the target takes about 35% of his current in damage, but if the song is interupted the target in healed to full health nomatter what health he started at.

Song of Life (G-N) (Strings or Drums): This Song Heals Everything around and imbues everything full of life. this is capable of raising the dead if the body has not decayed.

Song of the Flow of Time (Strings or Drums): Again, a non offensive song. This Song fixes anything brocken, even the flows of time and tanquillity. this is difficult to perform and easy to mess up, but it can return anything brocken to its original state.

Song of Fire (N) (Drums): This song while played gives the user complete control over fire, including uses such as a fire wall or anything else. this jutsu is very terrifieng to experience

Song of Death (N) (Drums): This songs takes Five turns to cast (or "One Hour") and is easily interupted, if cast this song will kill any and all targets within a 10 mile radius.

Song of Storms (N) (Drums): This Jutsu is a 2 turn cast, first turn it floods the whole area, second turn it uses lightning.



Sleeping Dragon :The user sneaks past the opponent's defenses and uses a specialized needle and stabs a specific vein in the opponent's neck that puts the opponent into a deep trance and sleeping state. (Must have Neo-Rinnengan activated)

Stun Time: 1 turn

Touch of the Dragon :The user runs towards the enemy and sneaks behind the enemys defenses, he attacks with his palm foward into the chest of the opponent causing the heart to skip beats and his lungs to collapse. The attack damages the inside organs causing massive internal bleeding and almost instant death.



Kiss of the Dragon): The user places a specialized needle in his mouth and sneaks behind the opponent and grabs onto the opponent's arms and legs to immobilize the opponent and uses his mouth to apply a needle into a vein on the back of the opponents neck. The needle blocks off all blood flow from the head causing the opponent to bleed from his eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and eyes and causes the opponent a slow and painful death. (Must have Neo-Rinnengan activated)

Stun time: 2 turns



Needles: Simple needles, unlike senbon, they cannot be thrown because they have no balance, the are about 3 inches long and very thin. The needles are normally used to attack the veins of the opponent and only a very specialized fighter with years of practice could master.



All justu need to have Neo-rineggan activated to be used

a secret type of kekkai genkai towashin learned when he was a boy it has both abilites as byakugan and sharigan but not as good as them

Shooting Star Jutsu

User of this jutsu makes multiple shuriken using their chakra and sends them down using a string of chakra attached to them to tear through their foe. The user then pulls on the string and the shuriken tear through the opponent the other way (lame, i know but i need some new jutsu's)

This is more of a C-rank jutsu. change it to that and ur approved.

Name: Second Oblivion.
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: In the state of Toshiro's First state, his normal state, he can immediately shift into his second state, black markings appearing under his eyes, releasing his built in chakra within a mark on his left shoulder, which he has been building chakra since his fight with the clan about ten years ago. The chakra release is immense in Toshiro's standards, which are pretty high, so this is to be used in a last resort measure, because once released, the benefits are high, but the cost is higher. All muscle tissue is healed to it's greatest type of strength, amplifying speed to it's greatest standards, reflexes double to the highest possible, and his chakra is released to almost more than a Bijuu itself. This state only lasts so long, and Toshiro dies after the usage, due to the immense amounts of chakra being blasted through his chakra network.

If I understood it right: Allows the user, at his next hit, make 8 times more damage.
If we compare it to Curse seal L.2 which makes the user 10 times stronger, we can say that Lion Limb isn't overpowered.
Hence it is APPROVED

I don't want to approve this. Even if gravity is a force, they have never mentioned it in the manga/anime. All they talk about is chakra. Chakra is the only force in Naruto.

"expand" as in growth? Why do you want to increase the size of your opponent?

As said earlier, I don't like the gravity force. Otherwise this technique is okay.

Controls all enemies, isn't that a little overpowered technique? Then again, I didn't understand much of the description.

I will approve it. However, creating shadows haven't happend in cannon (I think). Shikamaru could stretch his shadow to make it longer, but I don't think he created any. I will approve it on 1 condition, it will be rank B: APPROVED
