Now i made this Jutsu since most people dislike akatsuki cause we kill their hard worked on characters.

Description: Itachi Being a peaceful person dislikes war. He specially dislikes killing. So to avoid being stained by anymore blood, he invented his own Jutsu. Seeing as his Right arm has become able to release chakra and materialize it/use it as he wills (( This is also yet to be approved. Approving this Jutsu, will mean approving his arm as well )), He will extract the Bijuu from the host, without killing them. The functioning of this technique is known to Itachi Alone. It is the same technique he used to remove Sasuke's Heaven Seal.

Name: Chaos Oblivion! -Ranmyaku Shitsunen 混乱忘却-
Rank: S
Description: This move is dealt with the highest order of attackers, Sending a powerful surge of White lightning to the opponent as the Words are Said to be, "Chaos Style; Chaos Oblivion." Once the Jutsu impacts onto the Target, the Target is Either Killed, Or severely Wounded at the least. This Jutsu Uses Half of the total Chakra of the user, sending the user into a small amount of unconsciousness after the usage, depending on the chakra, it may or may not do this, for the amount of chakra gained, lost, etc, and might fall unconscious or just fall into a deep exhaustion, maybe be unaffected by the Aftermath of the Jutsu. This move can also be used from the clouds to the ground, to the user itself, it can be Projected from the Fingers, Hand, foot, Ground, Heavens, Etc. So watch out for the usage of this attack.

Kyousei Raikou Tentei no Jutsu - Great Lighting God Technique is used in the utmost important situations of battle, because of it's devastating effects and Aftermath. Once Active, utilizing the Bear, Ox, Rat, Dragon, Monkey, and Dog hand seals, the user is instantly "Supercharged" with inhuman amounts of chakra within the chakra network, "Only" to be used within the usage of the fifth gate of power being opened, or certain death will be approached. Upon Opening of the Jutsu, the chakra network will be in the state of "Overload", sending all chakra through the system, leaving almost none to the Aftermath. Like the name, All Lightning element jutsu will be instantly amplified to almost a bikou's sense of strength, making this a deadly to both the target(s) and the user. Upon closing of the jutsu, the muscles begin to tear around the arms and legs, taking most. The heart and organ muscles will follow in it's tearing, thus killing the user and the target within moments.

What if i change it to A rank and take a few of the Stuff out of it? To make it a bit less....Deadly?

That would work fine. But you would have to change it a bunch.

Effect- The user must have Wold Enhancement in effect. This genjutsu is sound based. First the user manipulates their chakra in their vocal chords. Then, releasing this chakra, they can put the opponent under the genjutsu that they have been transformed into a wolf, making them unable to weave handseal while under the effect. In this genjutsu they see the user as the Alpha male. This means that they will either attack the opponent or see it as their leader and obey, 50/50 chance. It is up to opponent's personality.

Description: Light of Oblivion is Utilized by the missing ninja, Toshiro Kazura. Within toshiro's right eye, with his clan's third state Boukyakugan, He is able to call forth a white flame, similar to the Amaterasu. Within the white flame, an array of Chakra is built within the heat, sending off waves of it's own accord, messing up the senses in the body, conjuring a Genjutsu similar to the "Darkness of Oblivion" but with a small effect. The genjutsu will feel, smell, and even look real to the target, causing the afflicted to see their own deaths, their worst fears degrading their very soul and will, until they have nothing left to defend themselves with. With the massive Chakra usage, this can cause the user, Toshiro, to make it's way further to blindness, if used too much.

Itachi I don't really understand the whole arm thing. Or what it has to do with the jutsu at all.

Genjutsu clone diversion - Rank C - Genjutsu/taijutsu - Custom - Hinata dashes toward the opponent and suddenly splits in to 2. The other one is a genjutsu clone, being there of the purpose of to confuse the opponent. The 2 Hinatas split up, the other one going left and the other one to the right. Making the opponent unsure of which side to defend him/herself.

Hoping that the left side of the opponent is unprotected at the moment, Hinata almost throws herself forward with both gentle fists, aiming at the belly.

Effect-This jutsu requires two puppets, Death and Rider. Rider will sit astride of Death as death circles the enemy, launching chakra sickles on occasion. The circle will get smaller fast, as soon as they are within range, Rider will charge in with his "Poison Lance". Striking and poisoning the opponent.

I haven't decided about this jutsu Toshiro. If you explained the point of it it might be approved. What is the point?

Kugutsu Kanchiki no jutsu- Puppet Sensor Technique

Type-Ninjutsu/Supplementary

Effect- This jutsu is utilized by the ninja Kugutsu Kokuo. He developed this jutsu so that he could fight without eyes. He sends chakra strings into the ground using his feet. These strings will make a web underground in a 20 ft. radius from Kugo. This web acts as a sensor, It shows Kugo the positions and chakra levels of every in a 20 ft. radius from him as long as he is touching the ground. If he uses the puppet "Rider" This web will extend 10 more feet from wherever the puppet is, using the chakra reflecting hole within the puppet.

Chakra Transfer Technique - Rank C - Ninjutsu - Custom - The user with Byakugan, which allows the user to see the chakra circulation in smaller detail, puts his/her palm on the source of the chakra production, the chakra-fire in the center of the body. The user then sends his/her own chakra to it, making a transfer of chakra complete.

Chakra Vein Creation - Rank B - Ninjutsu - Custom - Hinata studied hard on the chakra circulation and invented a technique to heal and create chakra veins. She is now able to create chakra veins out of nowhere with the help of her chakra. However, it takes quite some time to create one. Even a 10cm (4inches) long chakra vein requires a couple of minutes.

No one can create chakra viens unless you have a bloodline or something to that affect.

Description: On the efficiency of the Kazura Clan's chakra manipulation, a member can create a small or large kunai made of pure chakra, the kunai can be as tough as steel, and sharp as a normal kunai. The kunai can only travel up to 50 meters, no matter the distance, it will disappear after a certain amount of time. The density of the kunai depends on the amount of the chakra used.

Within the Blade, a member can slash a large amount of chakra with the blade, causing a slash made of pure chakra, and can be cut through a small density steel, but travels in a straight line, making it easy to dodge. The length of the Slash depends on the amount of chakra within the body.

Chakra Kunai Explosion - Chakra Kunai Bakuhatsu 宮内爆発

Description: With the efficiency of the Kazura Clan's Chakra manipulation, a member can use this along with the chakra kunai Technique. Within the kunai, a small mass of chakra can be condensed within the tip or the middle of the handle of the kunai. Once impacted on something, the kunai will explode immensely with the condensed chakra inside being pushed towards the impacted point, blasting away at anything in it's path. The blast is only a small diameter, so it can be easily avoided in a small term.

With the intense amounts of chakra being given off, the user may feel a bit worn out with the slash if used alot of chakra beforehand.

Description: With the efficiency of the Kazura Clan's Chakra manipulation, a member can use this along with the Chakra Kunai technique. With the kunai in the member's hand, they can charge a large portion of condensed chakra into the handle of the kunai, so if the kunai impacts on something or is caught by the opponent, a massive explosion of the kunai would cause major damage to the target. The Explosion erupts as soon as the Condensed chakra touches the target, on the contact of anything too. With the condensed chakra, it may feel a bit too much for an inexperienced member of the clan to use this type of jutsu.

Ultra Chakra Sword Slash - Urutora Chakra Tou Tateru 超中心輪剣斜線〔カット〕

Description: On the basis of the Kazura clan's Chakra manipulation, this is a deadly jutsu to use against any adversary. Condensing a large portion of chakra into the tip of the blade of the Chakra Sword, Swinging the sword even once will release the condensed chakra into a massive explosion around the member, creating a large wave of the chakra around the edges of the member, cutting back mostly any substance and raging forward in a sphere like formation, making it a tough Ninjutsu to beat. With the intense amount of chakra usage, the member may feel drained by the use of the Jutsu, if inexperienced, maybe worse.

Ultra Kunai Explosion - Urutora Kunai Bakuhatsu 宮内爆発

Description: On the basis of the Chakra Manipulation of the Kazura clan, this is a deadly jutsu against any adversary. Condensing a large portion of chakra into the tip and handle of the kunai, once impacted onto something or someone, a deadly blast of chakra will be released, blasting through even the toughest of steel, and maybe backfire is impacted on something close to the member. The member would either feel exhausted, tired, or maybe nothing if experienced enough on the use of the Ninjutsu or worse if inexperienced on the use.

[Note: My clan, the Kazura, have a specialty ability to manipulate chakra to a state that it can be formed into weapons, armor, etc. But I'll just keep with the weapons.]
