Kitsuke stood in the woods waiting for someone to appear and fight him

Metaru was taking a slow walk in the woods, where he ran into a mysterious nin. He watched him for a few moments, then noticed how agitated he was, it seemed he really wanted a fight. Appearing in front of him, he yelled.

"Alright, I will be your opponent!"

"Then lets start go first"

Metaru made three hand seals, then stood still as the steel disk on his back molded it's way around his body, forming a perfect iron coating.

"Sure." THe sound of his voice was even tinny.

Charing straight forward, Masahiro took three powerful steps, then lowered his head, aiming to ram his opponent.

Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru will mold his metal plate around his body, using a large majority of it. This coating makes it appear as if Metaru were simply a statue, however he can still move by using his control over the metal. This creates an armor for him that is not only quite resistant and a good defensive tactic, the armor also aids in hand to hand, and allows Metaru to charge through practically anything given enough momentum. Though useful, this technique has many weaknesses.

Style: Ninjutsu/ Taijutsu
Description: The user concentrates a huge amount of wind chakra to completely cover their body in slashing wind, this stopping the opponents strikes from hardly doing anything for 5 turns unless a Katon (fire) jutsu. The taijutsu aspect is that this wind is sharp enough to increase the strikes of the user quite a bit, not only striking the opponent but cutting them at the same time.

Ramming his head into Kitsuke, Metaru glanced off and rolled to the side.

"So you have armor too? Let's see who's is stronger."

He then leapt back to his feet, throwing a slow yet very weighty punch straight for his opponent.

"Now I get a chance to use this..."

Kitsuke just closed his eyes waiting for the punch to hit him,
but just when it's about to hit him...the wind fused with his palm and just dodge the hand of the man...
"Thats not gonna hit me..."

Description: The Makaze user when they close their eyes and let their chakra flow around them is able to sense incoming attack which break through the wind and most likely dodge them.

Metaru missed and rolled out of the hit, getting up and turning in his armor.

"Well, that's simple, I'm slow with all this weight on. But no matter how early you sense this, good luck dodging it!"

Holding out two fingers, Metaru gathered a quick sum of chakra, then blasted it off in Kitsuke's direction as a lightning bolt.

Lightning Release: Lightning Blast [Raiton: Raikou Bakuha]
Type: Rank C, Offensive
Description: Raikou Bakuha is a Ninjutsu Technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals then gather chakra in his first and middle fingertips on either hand. He can then fire a thin bolt of lightning with enough power to shortly stun an enemy. The amount of times he can fire this bolt is unlimited, but he needs time to gather chakra between blasts.

"That wont do"

Now Wind murmured to him and said move out...
And Kitsuke bended his head as the lightning passed...
"now its my turn"
Hyou Bunshin no Jutsu (Ice Clone Technique)!
Kitsuke made to clones and started attacking the Man while Kitsuke is still not looking

After a few glancing hits to his armor, the metal seemed to lash back, latching onto and holding them still. This however, meant that Metaru's armor was now gone, and he was exposed.

"That was nice, but I've one more trick up my sleeve!"

Lifting his arm towards Kitsuke, Metaru let out a magnetic pulse that raced towards his opponent. Because this pulse affected nothing but what Metaru intended it to, the wind wouldn't be able to feel it, and because Kitsuke still had his eyes closed, he wouldn't realize what was coming until it actually hit him. Not that it would do alot of damage anyways, but it would probably throw him back intoa tree or something.

Magnetic Release: Pulse Technique [Kinzokuton: Purusu no Jutsu]
Type: Rank C, Offensive
Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru will push his hand forward and release a small condensed pulse of magnetic energy. This energy will force objects back whether they are metal or not as it naturally gives them a charge, letting Metaru decide what to charge. He can control the direction of this pulse and where he generates it from, all by changing his hand motion, i.e. Push objects towards him, pull hand towards him. Throw objects upwards, throw hand upwards.

The magnetic pulse connected to Kitsuke and throw him back wards...

Metaru grinned as the pulse worked, but then he was hit in the sides, two ice shards, dug into his ribs. He pulled then out, shouting in pain, then glared evilly at the clones. Flexing his hands in their directions, the metal on Metaru's back shifted slightly, then two bullets fired off to either side of him, piercing and killing the clones quite easily.

"Now, about these wounds."

One of the vials on Metaru's back, below his large metal disk opened up. Out of it, floated a silvery liquid, that rubbed up against his sides before evaporating. When the liquid was gone, his sides were completely healed. Metaru then looked up, seeing Kitsuke had been pushed back quite a distance.

"Heh, you want to play catch?"

Holding his hand out like one would do for the rasengan, metal surged from his disk, forming a small spiked orb in the palm of Metaru's hand. He then winded up, throwing the metal spiked device in Kitsuke's direction. When it got closer, he snapped his fingers, attempting to detonate it.

Magnetic Release: Steel Bullets [Kinzokuton: Hagane Tama]
Type: B rank, Offensive
Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru will mold small inch long cylinders from a nearby metal source. He can then break the cylinders off and send them flying at a high velocity. These cylinders have been known to pierce solid rock walls.

Magnetic Release: Buckshot [Kinzokuton: Sandanjuu]
Type: B rank, Offensive
Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru will throw a spiked ball (roughly the size of a softball) at his opponent. Then, when he feels it is appropriate, he can detonate it, the spikes and shrapnel flying in all directions.

Kitsuke countered the attack of Metaru
A Breeze of wind circled Kitsuke protecting him from the sharpnels
Now its my turn would you like to fight in a hand to hand combat...?

Metaru smirked, "Eh, sorry, that's not really my style."

Bringing his hands together, the shrapnel around Kitsuke flew into the air and melded together. In a second they formed a large steel ball, roughly the size of a large medicine ball. It the dropped, straight towards kitsuke, too heavy to be affected by the wind.

Kitsuke jumps and the moves as fast as he can to intercept the steel ball...

Kitsuke and the steel ball clashed in the air...
but Kitsuke managed to destruct the ball
"ok...I understand that your not a Taijutsu user...
"Let's fight quietly..."
Seitoppa [Silent Breakthrough]!
In seconds Kitsuke moves fast in front of Metaru...
Inches away...
"Your armor wont protect you from this..."
Kitsuke releases the wind from his palm and channels it to Metaru's body...

Name: HadouRyu Ken (Surging Dragon Fist)
Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu
requirements: Good amount of Stamina, speed, strength, and Chakra,
some sort of elemental affiliation.
Rank: A(Kinjutsu)
description: This jutsu has the user put a lot of his chakra into his/her arm, primarily his/her fist, while the rest is used to protect the user from dangerous side effects. The user uses their element in the chakra to create their own unique Dragon Head that would be shown on their fist, where most of the chakra is. From there, the user rushes at the enemy with a lot of speed, and go in for an uppercut.

Kitsuke style - Same procedure but not for an uppercut but a finishing blow.

Effect - At this rate kitsuke can blow out Cutting wind from his fist.
When succesfully hit the enemy the enemy gets dizzy with
the air.



Name: Seitoppa [Silent Breakthrough]
Rank: B Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Developed solely from Daitoppa, however instead of focusing the wind release in one blast, the user channels the release into their palm. Now, the users palm must be at least inches to a foot away from the opponents chest, in which the user will release the wind release point blank range, the wind instead of blowing the other back, pierces the others chest and causes his inner organs and ribs to slightly crush.

The attack was too fast for Metaru to block, and it dug straight into his chest, blood spilling out. Dipping to one knee, he held onto Kitsuke's arm, coughing up a bit of blood. He then looks up at Kitsuke, noticing his own fingers are pointed right at the man's chest. He twitched them lightly, and ten steel bullets fired off from his metal supply, which was now behind his opponent.

Not only did his opponent have his back to the technique, he was too close. This was going to hit.

"Hmmm.."
"Sorry Metaru that wont pass my armor..."
After saying that he clunched his fist...
And the Wind that he had force to enter Metaru's body is now stopping the circulation of air into Metaru...
Choking him and might kill him if he does not take any action...
Now..Fuuton: Teikoumyaku [Air Streak]!
Kitsuke moves a little meters away from Metaru who is now choking...
While moving away he is circling wind from his arm....
IN the right time he slashed the invisible wind into the chest of Metaru...

Name: Fuuton: Teikoumyaku [Air Streak]
Rank: B Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Similar to Teinami, however channeling more of the wind release till the wind is quite visible as it motions circularly around the users forearm and tip of fingers at a high speed. A swift slash of the users forearm in a horizontal fashion sends a wide streak of invisible air towards foes, the power enough to tear through clothes, slice at a considerable rate into flesh and send them falling backwards. The wave stretches in 30 meters horizontally and vertically. Cannot be Blocked, However Dodged.

Metaru started coughing, sputtering as his wind pipe closed off. Or at least that's what it looked like, he was really coughing up mud, most of it landing on the ground between him and Kitsuke. The mud then shot up into a large rock wall, cutting off Kitsuke's wind hold on the akatsuki. As Kitsuke's windslash hit the wall, it sliced right through it, the wall tumbling in half, but Metaru was already gone.

Hidden by his stealth technique, Metaru withdrew more francium from his vial, healing his wounds, then standing strong on his feet before dropping his invisibility. He then shouted out to Kitsuke. "Fine, you want to play hardball?" Using some of his gallium reserve, Metaru then formed a large lens in front of him, charging his fingers with electricity. He then pointed them forward, through the lens in Kitsuke's direction, firing off ten strong bolts of electricity that spread in a cone pattern, almost like a shotgun going off. The technique was quick, and even if it did hit Kitsuke's wind armor, as it was simply energy and not solid material, it would go straight through until it hit him. With the power increase from the lens, the bolts would not only stun him, they'd create some very nasty burns.

Earth Release: Earth Style Wall [Doton: Doryuu Heki]
Type: Rank B, Defensive
Description: Doryuu Heki is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and then spew a line of mud onto the ground. The mud will then grow into a large mud wall to help defend against incoming attacks.

Magnetic Release: Stealth Technique [Kinzokuton: Suterusu no Jutsu]
Type: B rank, Supplementary
Description: Using his magnetic chakra, Metaru creates a very specific magnetic field around himself. This field bends light, and will bend light right around Metaru from multiple angles, making him completely invisible to the naked eye.

Lightning Release: Lightning Scatter Shot Skill [Raiton: Raikou Gorogoro Tama no Jutsu]
Type: Rank B, Offensive
Description: Raikou Gorogoro Tama no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element, and is the older brother to the Raikou Bakuha technique. After doing the necessary hand seals, the ninja will charge chakra to his fingertips, individually. Then, he can release this chakra to fire multiple bolts of arc lightning, up to ten at once. These bolts will not only stun they will cause drastic burn marks at entry points, additionally, if they hit the ground, because of the higher amount of electricity in them, they’ll stun anything with a two foot radius of where they hit.

Kitsuke disappeared and dodged the lightning bolts...
But he he did come out fast...
"Hmmm you cant hide from me...Metaru"
Kitsuke blinked after blinking he activated his Bloodline Limit
Maybe Kitsuke doesn't see Metaru but he feels him...
Kaze no Yaiba!
A wind breeze passed Metaru...but not a normal wind but a wind blade...
And started cutting the skin of Metaru...

Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique

ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This
can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to
