Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique.

The ninja forms their hands into the seal of the tiger, and then jabs their fingers into the nether regions of their target. The result is shocking violation of the targets sanctity and often their launching in the air to stop the awkward feeling.

a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.

Obtained: Tenshin obtained this scroll when he was traveling and fell apon a secret tunnel that lead to a room with a scroll in it to summon a beast named Tenzashi The Black Flame Dragon. Tenshin seen that there was only one name on it witch was his fathers name. Tenshin then signed his name on to the scroll and when he was done he felt that his left shoulder was burnng. When he seen what it was it was a simble to summon the beast the same mark that was on his fathers shoulder. Tenshin then felt something building inside of him more power. Description: Tenshin well first take a kunia and poke himself on his thumb. Then Tenshin well slide his bleeding thump down his left arm witch has a Black Flame Dragon summoning mark on it. Tenshin well do the needed hand signs and then place his hand on the floor. A big puff of smoke well appear and then the opponent well then see a gaint black flame rise out of the smoke and Tenshin on top of it. Tenshin well then move so fast in the air that the black flames will desappear and the opponent well see a gaint dragon in the air with Tenshin on top of it.

Isn't black flames an S rank technique which only can be created with mange sharingan? Also, you need to add the size of the summoning. It's all about the size when it comes to summonings.

Also it's good if you add the english names to the techniques as well, so we know its a proper name.
Utakata, is like the Itachi's cannon technique. Hence it is approved.

The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time.

The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Description: A basic skill of the Iwa tsuchi soujuu jutsus. By focusing chakra on a pile soil/sand or any earthen material held in one’s hand, the user is able to compress the soil so tightly a simple rock is created. The rock is just like any regular rock, and this technique works almost instantaneously. Simply grabbing a pile of soil and immediately using the technique would allow one to create small rocks instantly. The limitation is of course the fact that the size of the rock would be the size of the user’s hand. With greater mastery of this technique i.e. chuunin level, rock can be moulded off the ground, which means that bigger rocks can be created. Jounins can create a few rocks off the soil around him by releasing chakra into the ground.

Doton: Tamaishi Danmaku [Earth element: Pebble barrage]

Description: Another basic technique. The user releases a surge of chakra that is capable of lifting small stones and pebbles off the ground and sending them flying towards the enemy. Only small stones up to the size of a grape can be sent flying, and objects too small such as sand will not be carried by the chakra. The force of this attack is not really damaging. It’s only something like having many pebbles thrown at you. It’s more of a distraction and annoyance than to actually damage. Yet, it’s pretty useful to distract an enemy while one makes an escape.

Doton: Rikujou Douyou no jutsu [Earth element: Ground shaking technique]
Rank: C
Using this technique, the user sends chakra into the ground to cause the ground to shake. The spot of the ground to affect can be controlled. The magnitude of shaking is rather minor though, only capable of probably slightly unbalancing the opponent. If done while the opponent is not on firm ground, it may cause him/her to fall. Usually used for distraction as well.

Surrounding Formation - Ninjutsu - Rank C - Custom
With bug communication, the user orders the bugs to surround the target in a formation. The bugs will surround the target in nice lines on the ground and keep a distance and wait for the next order.

Air Attack - Ninjutsu - Rank C - Custom
The bugs requires to be above the target. When the user orders the bugs to attack the target from above, the bugs will start to move themself toward the target by letting the wings float through the air which makes it a soundless attack. If they would start flying, they would cause a buzzing sound and spoil the suprise attack.

Hungry Swarm - Ninjutsu - Rank C - Cannon
The bugs cover themself over the whole target and starts immidiatly to eat up it's chakra. It takes between 30 to 60 seconds to suck all the chakra from the target. The time depends on the chakra level of the target.

Agile bug - Ninjutsu - Rank D - Custom
If a bug is close to the target, it can be really quick. It will plant itself on the target, without him/her being able to avoid it.

Descrption: Tenshin well start by sitting on the ground and meditate. This well alow Tenshin to gain chakra from all living things around him and use it to his well. Tenshin mostly use this jutsu to gain chakra during a fight for he did it so much he can do it in a blink of an eye. If Tenshin has some one around him as he do this he has the choice to drain there chakra or let them be.(1 post)
