Nothing is Left - [Ryu and Eiichiro] - [PM to Join]

Eiichiro's eyes flicked at the sound of Saruno sighing and his eyes moved to the extra blood bags Kamoku had tossed him. Of course this was his fault, even if he hadn't meant to...When she woke up, he promised himself he would make it up to her...somehow. There was a small ringing noise in his pocket getting louder and louder. A swift tap and the sound stopped. He had to go, but he couldn't leave without, at the very least, saying sorry to her face, the ringing started again, again Eiichiro stopped it, his families problems could wait a while.

kamoku began making coffee and tea, passing out food as the pleasant smells calmed some people, but not much. kamoku was getting ready for the apitite of a human teenager so he had to be prepared.
he stared at how they hoverd over her and looked worried, he wonderd if that was a neccisary feeling when your body produced blood cells. he shiverd. ' horomones suck.' he thought and went back to his bag.
he kracked his knuckles out of being in the same position for more than an hour. he moved out of the firelight and plainly watched the people who were worried for the girls well-being like it was a tv after he coverd the food he made.

"Mmmhh. Ugh.." Ryu coughed a little, feeling a small breeze fall over her, heat, and the scent of blood. Ryu flicked her ears slowly trying to stand with her eyes closed, Ryu put her hand down onto Saruno's, not even knowing it was his, Ryu stumbled on her feet, then she fell back to her knees, "What the heck's wrong with me!" Ryu yelled, feeling spurts of purple chakra come out of her once again.

Saruno let up a small bit of red on his cheeks, feeling her palm against his. It was, a bit unexpected for him, but intentionally, his Shy-state kicked in all so suddenly. A small bit of his hair began to shift to a small bit of brown, covering the hairline of his being. "Um, you felt a bit sick and you passed out, i tried to help you, and Eiichiro too" he said within his softer, yet dark kind of voice, a soft smile showing to Ryu. A small bit of his 'Neko' like ears popped up from his hair, folding back to try and hide them. Saruno was unusual alright, in more ways than one.

Eiichiro looked like he was going to say something but thought better of it...instead he walked over to Saruno and helped him pick Ryu up. " You should go sit by the fire..." his skin was almost as white as the snow as his eyes flicked curiously to Sarun's new ears.

A few seconds passed and he blinked a few times before going and sitting by the fire, gesturing for the others to come as well. From his bag he took a few fillets of fish and a handfull of vegtables which he began to roast over the crackling flames.

kamoku gave ryu a plate of fresh food and stayed out of the light of the flames. his ears still rining from the chakra she sent out. his blue eye stared at the heartwarming scene of several guys falling over a chick. he didnt understand why any of them would want to be with her, or if they would even stay. he sat back and listend to the noises of eating cooked food and watching them comfort the human girl. he was glad that he couldnt feel love, or he would probrably be falling over her too. he began to pack some of the stuff that wasnt being used and was putting the large bag into a small metal box to get ready to leave.

Ryu lifted her palm off of Saruno's smiling back to him, "Why help me? I'm only a problem to you guys, and especially the Mist and Konoha.." Ryu replied, her red eyes blinking as she faced back to Eiichiro then back to Saruno. Feeling her chakra drain out, she blinked lighty as she felt a little drowsy one again, she felt the warmth of the fire against her skin, she found Eiichiro's appearence actually quite eerie, but all at once, quite cool. Ryu then felt her wolf ears begin to flick from the powdery snow hitting them, Ryu then looked around her, then to the food. "Vegetables? And fish?" Ryu asked, smiling gently, "It sounds good to me.."

Saruno sat by the fire, his ears folding back with an easy motion. He simply took out a large stick and poked at the fire, thinking a bit as he did so, "Well, I'm not exactly a person to leave someone behind, no matter who they are" he said within his dark kind of voice, placing the stick down onto the fire, watching it burn. His eyes lowered as he saw the stick burn, but just reached into his cloak and touched the smooth wood of an instrument he had hidden away. It was a Violin. Sliding it out from his black cloak, it showed to be about the size of a normal violin, the strings, base of it, and the neck were all the normal standards a violin had. Taking out the stick in which to play the violin, he placed it on the strings, moving it back and forth as beautiful music began to play, his eyes closing all so gently.

"I just don't like people in pain, it reminds me too much of my past..." he let down a small sigh as he continued to play the violin in his hands, the music being as calm and beautiful as when he started to play. He's been playing the violin for some time, and usually never got a chance anymore.

The smooth and mournful sound of a violin caught Eiichiro's ear above the pitter-patter of the rain, he flicked his head back, illuminated by the firelight were the silhouettes of Kamuko, Ryu and Saruno...and in Saruno's hand the shimmering shape of his instrument. The bow sliding over the tauntened strings, filling the midnight air with its lancid notes. A sharp memory of home filled Eiichiro's mind; his mother sitting by the pool in the garden staring, almost crying at a golden object in her hand. The same object that was sitting in Eiichiro's pocket.
As fast as it had appeared the scene was gone and instead he looking at the faint outline of the rain, half-heartedly lit up by the flickering firelight. Saruno's tune continued, if possible growing even more surrel and painful. Eiichiro blinked, dispelling a tear welling up in the corner of his eye. His grandfathers death had more significance than his mother was letting on. And it all had something to do with the objects he had given to his grandma...
Shaking the thoughts from his head Eiichiro paused a moment to look up at the hazy glow of the moon before hesitantly sauntering over to the somewhat pathetic huddle around the fire. He took a seat, cross-legged, in between Kamuko and Ryu, his eyes curiosly following the gracefull movements of the bow in Saruno's fingers whislt taking out his own instrument from his belt...a beautifully designed golden flute, and placing it gently to his lips. The sound that followed was the most sorrowful noise any of the ninja assembled had ever heard. Its notes laced with the sadness and despair of millions. It interwined itself with the sound of the violin, playing each and every note in perfect unison. The effect was heart-renching, almost as if the two sounds had merged and become one.

when the violin started kamokus ears felt like they were on fire. he hadnt heard such high-yet low tones and its made his ears sear. he packed up his stuff as quickly as he could and slipped into the now raining sky. glad for something cold instead of that stuffed hut.

The sounds of the violin hit both her wolf ears and her human ears. Ryu smiled gently and looked around, pulling her knees to her face as she felt the fire rise and get warmer. Ryu started to do a couple handseals as a cloud of smoke arised, summoning a small baby white tiger. The baby was no harm to the others, it was a gentle one, like all babies. Ryu patted the tiger as the small baby flipped around, getting tickled by her fingers. Helping the young tiger up, Ryu then snuggled her head on her knees, snugging onto Saruno's shoulder, not knowing it was him. She blushed feeling the shoulder against the side of her head, but the blush was layed on her knees, not showing the concealed blush to anyone or anything.

Saruno felt a small blush race across his cheeks as he felt Ryu snugging up on his shoulder, a bit of his violin playing stopping. He was a bit frozen in his timid-like nature, his eyes a bit open to see the roaring flame of the fire before them. But as he shifted his eyes to Ryu, burying her head in her knees, he didn't notice much about her face, but he smiled anyway, continuing to play the violin with a bit more of a different kind of tone. A certain kind. It was going along with the tone of the flute that Eiichiro was playing, so it would go in full tune with this note. He rubbed a bit of his shoulder against Ryu, not doing anything really, just to get a bit comfortable.

The ghost of a smile flashed across Eiichiro parted lips but his music did not falter, it just continued to spread its somewhat eerie tones around the hazy night sky. There were no stars visible above them and if they were there than the rain made it impossible to see them, blotting out their light and replacing it with a miserable drizzle...
On Ryu's other side Saruno had a sudden look of shyness on his face, it could even have been embarassment. Ryu own eye's were half closed, concentrating on the fire as she unkmowingly snuggled up against Saruno's shoulder. Her mouth slowly curved in a sort of tired smile as the adorable baby tiger wriggled around playfully on her lap...
Eiichiro's eyes descreetly took in every corner of the scene in front of him, for a breif moment his troubles came back to him before they floated into the back of his mind and he was almost happy again. Though the tune he was playing was filled with sadness, he liked it...the sound detached his mind from the real world and let it wander. The cub growled softly and padded over to him, nuzzling his foot affectionatly before returing to its owner and curling up into a tight ball in the heat of the fire. Nobody spoke. They were all transfixed by the music. Their eyes had a happy shine but at the same time were blank as if their bodies were empty and their minds were somewhere else...

Seeing Eichiro look to Saruno with a flash of a smile made her blush a little, her feet still in her knees as she quietly held the baby cub in the cup of her fragile hands. She listened to the soft, sad sort of music that Eiichiro and Saruno made together, quietly speaking up, she smiled gently, "Sorry to interrupt, but the food looks ready, guys." Ryu said softly, looking over to the fire and to Saruno, seeing her hand on his lap. Ryu closed her lips firmly, gently lifting her palm off of Saruno, trying not to let him notice her deep red blush. Hearing the tone of the flute match perfectly with Saruno's, Ryu smiled and closed her eyes again, pulling her knees to her forehead, looking at the pawing tiger cub with a smile, rubbing the cute little cub on the head. Another spurt of purple chakra shot out from her arm, making a large wound, with enough pain to fall on the ground, but still be awake. "Ah!" Ryu yelled, putting one of her hands over the wound, using the other to put the tigercub beside her, "I can handle it myself, after all, I have bandages.. but no medicine.." Ryu took a roll of soft bandages from her pocket, wrapping it around her arm, seeing the blood rise and stain the bandages with a spurt each second. "My body is charging of chakra again, every time I... Uhm, I shouldn't speak about this..." Ryu coughed a little, cupping the little tiger in her cupped arms, surrounded by bandages from her shoulder down, the shoulder was completely covered in blood, in the meantime, Ryu needed medical attention.

Saruno let his neko-like ear twitch all so slightly, hearing the chakra spurt from her arm. He shifted his gaze towards her as she began to wrap some bandages around the blood-flowing wound. He placed his instrument down on the ground as he took out the small bag of the chakra crystals, slowly beginning to open one of the ties to them. It wasn't much of a medical supply, but it was something at the least. "Here Ryu-ch-..San..." he stuttered a bit, trying not to embarrass himself in front of her. He picked up a small Narusu crystal from the bag, gently lifting it over her chakra-flowing wound. Some of the purple chakra began to flow into the crystal, making a small bit of a wind-like noise to it.

"This should help with the chakra flow, it will keep it stable as the wound heals..." Saruno said softly, a small bit of red appearing on his cheeks. It was his first time helping Ryu with an injury, other than the incident earlier. Now, she was awake, and knowing what he was doing. He was all so shy about that kind of thing. Looking over to the tiger cub, he smiled lightly to it, letting his hair shift a bit back to it's brownish shade. His neko-like ears twitched a bit back, focusing back on the wound. As the bandages began to soak up the blood from it, the crystal began to absorb a bit more of the chakra, seeing if anything of it would come out of it. He wondered, all so much. Yet, he was worried all the same.

Seeing the chakra spurt out of Ryu's arm Eiichiro laept fowards and crouched beside Saruno, gently stretching out Ryu's injured arm. Taking as much care as possible not the hurt it. " This doesn't look good..." he mumered softly running his fingers along her forearm. "Once the your chakra's stable I can heal the bleeding...If you want...". Her face moved slightly but there was no reponse. Worriedly Eiichiro moved his gaze to the wound. The bandage was already reddening steadily and the blood poured out. " Crap..." he coughed " I need another blood packet...". He barely gave himself time to finish his own sentance before he ripped open the plastic and swallowed the contents in less than a second. Saruno flashed him a concerned look before slowly turning back to the Narasu crystals in his hand, pressed up against Ryu's injury.

After a few seconds of sitting with his head buried in his hands Eiichiro shuffled back to his friends side and watched him carefully handling his crystals. The darkened stain on the bandage was growing larger. For a moment he just sat there with his hand on Ryu's arm before slicing the bandage and thrusting his hand into the freely bleeding wound. The sight that met his eye's hit him like a train, there was blood everywhere. Right there and then Eiichiro almost lost it but not quite. Managing to keep his mind he he hooked three fingers into the wound and whispered " Chisio...". Ryu's arm jerked and a sharp cry forced its way out of her lips. Eiichiro hunched his shoulders kept his eyes locked on the wound. Another scream came from Ryu. After two eternal minutes the last droplet of blood was withdrawn and the last skin cell reformed. Leaving only a small line to show the wound had ever been there.

Eiichiro fell backwards with a soft thud and stared at the sky unable to get back up. " Please say she's alright...you don't even know how painful that would have been...". Rain splashed onto his face washing away the tears that were starting to form. He hated hurting people like that, even when he knew he was helping them. " Thanks Saruno, if you hadn't have stopped the chakra she'd be dead no matter what I did...even if I shouldn't have done it".

Feeling a lunge of a deep pain and hearing herself scream out in pain, Ryu lunged out making the pain worse as it continued to spurt purple chakra, the Narasu crystal sucking out the chakra as Ryu lashed herpalm out to hold onto Saruno, screaming hard, she felt as if she was trying to pull a sword from her weak chest. Tears flooded from her eyes, hearing Eiichiro thud back not able to move just made her hurt even more. "W-why did.. y-you do that.. f-for me..? I'm u-usless, I-I would be better off I-if I was with Pain.." Ryu said to herself, crying and feeling flooding tears fall from her weak eyes, patting against the ground.

[Pain was here earlier in Ryu's life, Eiichiro would know all about it. ;P]

Saruno gently lifted the crystal from her wound, letting it absorb a bit more of the chakra. He felt the crystal full on, being as charged as it was. As Ryu held out her palm to hold onto him, he grabbed her palm, letting her cry over him, the tears patting slowly against the ground. A small sigh came from Saruno once more as he held out a tissue to her, wiping it against her tearing eyes. He smiled all so gently as he looked to her eyes, "Because Ryu-chan...your something special to Eiichiro and I, i wouldn't let any harm come to you...i would protect you to the day i die" he said softly in his dark kind of voice. When he spoke as soft as he did, he meant every word.

Eiichiro simply lay their staring upwards at the blurred stars. Hearing tears come from Ryu's eyes and Saruno's voice comforting her. He just stared...at the moment its all that he could do. " Don't hurt yourself even more...your not useless...." he mumered, he meant what he said but his voice was unsure...of himself more than Ryu. The sound of sobbing continued and he blinked a few times, his eyes had their usual dreamlike glaze buried deep inside them, though there was also a tinge of uncertainity. Eiichiro blinked again straining his eyes to try and get a glimpser of Ryu...tears welled up inside him, but he held them as he'd done so many times before. The stars were beginning to come out and fill the sky, illuminating his face and his eyes looked upwards and just stared...

Her white, snowy hair fell over her face, hearing Saruno and Eiichiro comfort her just made her feel a little worse, "E-everyone.. E-everyone cared for m-me.. I-I.. l-let everyone die.. S-so how come everyone c-cares about me?" Ryu studdered at her sentence, meaning every word she said as well. Sobbing every second, and feeling Saruno's palm against hers made her cry a little softer, but she was still in immense pain, then feeling the tissue against her face made her blush, but still sob at her own. She used her other palm to hold Eiichiro lightly, she was in need of medical attention, she knew it might be healed, but soon it could happen again in the wrong area and hurt her too much..

Saruno let down yet another small sigh, continuing to wipe her tears with the tissue, a soft smile on his expression. "Well Ryu-chan...your precious to me, and everyone else, we care for you, no matter what will happen..." he said softly in his dark kind of voice, his smile shifting a bit bigger. He took out a wad of special bandages, used to heal chakra injuries and other types of wound. He began to shift it around her arm, more near the top to help with the chakra spewing. After so, Saruno gently set a small crystal shard of Narusu into the bandage, seeing if that would help any. "Ryu-chan, i'll help any way i can until i can get you back to the base...i have special tools there to help...i don't want to lose you" he smiled lightly, trying not to further his blush.

Beginning to chew his lip in confusion, Eiichiro looked to the side as best he could. Barely discernable was a blurry figure that must have been Saruno and beside him the fuzzy outline of Ryu. " Ugh...my visions starting to go..." he coughed fumbling for his bag...eventually he found what he was looking for and squeezed another packet of blood into his mouth. " Saruno's right he said shakily...we care for you and neither of us want to lose you..." he voice trailed off and he coughed again and added in a quieter tone " Even though I can't help you right now...all becuase I'm just too weak..".
The sound pf Saruno and Ryu faded a little as he closed his eyes and slowly opened them again. He was still on his back, still staring at the early moring sky. With cry of pain he pulled himself up so he was resting on his hands...with another softer cry he manged to sit himself up, cross-legged with the fire warming his searing back. The feeling came back to his arm and he could feel Ryu's hand gently holding his wrist. He sighed, his warm breath appearing in a hazy cloud in the cold air. Her fingers were curled loosley as if relaxed but her face bore a pained expression. Another sorrowful sigh parted from Eiichiro's lips as he moved his arm so that he was holding her hand...to comfort himself as well as her.

Hearing words come from both, Ryu sniffed gently, feeling another tissue gently swab against her face, wiping the tears off as she sighed softly, her face stained with gentle tears. Ryu felt Eiichiro grip onto her hand, making her gently squeeze the two in pain, finally clogging her tears and blinking her flesh red eyes gently, sighing again and wiping her face with the back of her hand. "I-I'm sorry... It's just, I forgot my past, all I can remember is killing someone from the snow, and leaving Konoha and Kirigakure to Akatsuki. I-I'm a foul traitor, I can't fix my past anymore.." Ryu then lifted her face from looking to her knees, looking to Eiichiro with a gentle smile, "Y-Your not weak Eiichiro, your just.. just.. low on strength because you guys saved me from dieing, I must get you guys something in return.. I really do appreciate it.." Ryu said gently, "We should get some rest, before it gets too dark. If I had chakra, I could put some kind of protection around us like a tiger, but I can't."

Saruno smiled all so gently, swaying his free palm around the area, a large barrier of chakra beginning to form around them all, a surge of the chakra beginning to shift to a dark crimson color, the color of a true blooded Kazura, like his father. "Your welcome...and I can take care of the protection Ryu-chan..." he began to say, letting his palm sway down all so gently to his lap. "I don't remember much of my past either, and, Your not a traitor Ryu, you simply are misunderstood...Like i am...I've killed over hundreds of people, on my mission, to kill the clan who murdered mine, that is my goal, and i have fulfilled it..." Saruno said, drifting his gaze elsewhere, "My father died while the clan was attacked, wiping out half the army with a single blow of his sword, and yet-" he stopped, closing his eyes all so softly, "I don't like to talk about it..." sighing lightly. He wanted to focus more on Ryu and Eiichiro, seeing as they have a connection to each other somehow. Yet, he wanted to be a connection too, an important connection. "And we should really get you back to the base, i have enough stamina to get there in a heartbeat, no worry..."

Eiichiro shook his head... "I don't want to waste your energy" he said to Saruno, then turning to Ryu " I don't want to waste anymore of your time either, go back with Saruno you can repay me some other time, we all need to go back" He pulled his eyes back and focussed on both of them. I'll let you two go...I'll find my own way back to the road". He stood up and walked backwards a few paces shifting his eye's from Ryu to Saruno " I hope we'll see each other again sometime soon...Saruno-kun and Ryu.....Ryu-chan?". Making a small bow to each the wind ruffled his hair, blowing it across his face and he finally turned and began to walk off across the broken and water-logged scrubland. Rain and darkness quickly obscured his figure but the two could still make out his face as he turnes around every so often and looked back at them fondly. His dark clothes merged him with his surroundings so all that was visible was the blurry paleness of his skin and the piercing blue of his eyes...his mouth whispered something that was inaudible and impossible to make out. Black trees and grey fog enveloped him completly hiding him from view and leaving his two friends to make their own departure...
