Fumito passes by Waterfall country

"Fumito. Let us see how strong you are." Tsumi said this as the man disappeared, he turned and jumped forward, his feet barely on the ground as he pushed himself forward. When he was near he spiraled upward into an uppercut.

"Awh! He was my target! You!" Fumito points at the newly incommen ninja.
"You made him get away!" Fumito gathers himself and does a sigh of relief.
"I guess it was better this way."

((I will give you a second chance to dodge since that was all dialog.)

"Idiot, fight me!" The uppercut was a fake, coming in not close enough. He spun around, using his momentum to strengthen a kick coming toward Fumi's neck.

Fumito who is really good at Taijutsu too, dodge the kick by bending his upperbody down.
Rolling a small distance away to get some free space to get up standing.

Tsumi didn't stop at all. His kick kept going, allowing him to land on the ground. He sped forward, throwing a punch at Fumi's gut.

Fumito pushes the attacking fist downward and attempts to strike with counter attack toward the chest level of the opponent with fists. While trying to move his position closer to the opponents arm, in a goal to grip it.

Tsumi spiraled in a reverse motion, moving his arm away from Fumito and dodging the attacks. He jumped back and revealed his staff.

(Luckily, taijutsu doesn't require as much chakra. I can keep going on this level for some more time. But the more time I spend here, the more risky it will get that this building will be ambushed. I gotta find an escape.)

"Hmph!" Fumito takes out a small scroll with a seal on it and releases it. He equips himself with 2 tanto. One to each hand.
Fumito runs toward his opponent and stops right at the distance of the range of the staff. He starts swing around with his weapons while carefully moving forward.

Tsumi took a ready stance, his skin gleaming. His eyes glowed emerald. Tsumi began humming a tune. The sound waves caused fumito to believe that snakes were filling the room.
"I am not a taijutsu specialist." Tsumi said, then kept up the humming.

Oto Hebi-Sound Snakes

Oto Hebi is a Genjutsu utilized by the missin-nin Tsumi. By using his sound he can cast any form of genjutsu he desires, though they all revolve around snakes. The most deadly of his genjutsu involves the enemy believing that Tsumi had summoned them into the belly of a snake.

"Eh, so you are gonna let your pets fight for you?" Fumito looks around seeing lots of poisoness snakes.
Fumito looks at Tsumi again and throws one of his tanto at him.

Tsumi continued his humming, the tanto bounced off of his metallic skin. He flinched a bit, but continued the tune. The snakes began jumping at him and biting.

((Mmh, jumping snakes, ey? *Looks at Tsumi with half opened eyes*))

"As long as I don't let them bite me, I will be fine!" (But even one bite could be devastating.) With his one tanto left, he tryes to counter the jumping snakes with his best speed.
Turning around, checking and slashing, hoping that he doesn't miss a single one. (But something feels strange about this.)

Tsumi chuckled as the snakes attacked. He then began humming a new tune, more snakes came in and they changed their pattern, standing back. One snake would attack at a time, another attacking right after, aiming for different spots of the body.

(Yes, there is definitily something wrong this snakes. They don't look right, when I cut them in peaces. It must be genjutsu!)
Fumito casts a genjutsu of his own on himself and the surroundings.
Suddenly it appears that all snakes are dead. The floor is covered with tons of dead snakes.
Fumito is breathing heavily, he already lost lots of chakra by battling Waterfall ninjas earlier.

The target notices that his/her hands are soaked in blood. He/she also sees dead bodies on the ground everywhere around him/her. He/she may also see familiar faces among the dead.

"Ever heard of a Hebi clone? I can turn the bodies of dead snakes into clones." Tsumi said, he hummed again and the snakes turned into him, attacking all at once now.

Fumito looks at his hand. It is shaking quite some of exhaustion. He knows that he will be doomed very easily now unless he, somehow, manages to escape.
Fumito looks up. The cieling is high in the room. And there are some couple of windows up there. He starts to climb the wall, to escape the quick snakes. While he is looking for the equipment bag, he suddenly remembers that he already left it to the guard.
(I must use it!) Fumito uses his new technique, which allows him to jump all the way up to the window.

Tsumi's staff shot upward, extending and breaking because of the chains it held. If it were to catch up to him it would warp around him and trap him, then pulling him back down.

Fumito sees that the chains is starting to wrap around him. (Crap! This will be my doom!)
Fumito looks around, seeing the chains completly surrounding him and starting to move toward him to tighten the grip of his body. (I'm was so close! No! I can still make it!) Fumito puts his hands togheter once again to cast a handseal to complete a jutsu.
The technique he just casted, changed the form of Fumito's body and allowing him to slip through the grasping chains. And reaching up to the window.

"Ok, he is good." Tsumi admitted. He threw a scroll up to Fumito. "Contact my if you are interested!" Tsumi said, walking away. His genjutsu disappeared.

"Good? For what?" Fumito was gasping for air. He turned his head to look down to see what this strange ninja was talking about and a scroll hit him on the arm and bounced down again.
He noticed that the ninja had already left and there were no snakes in sight anymore. So he keeps staring at the scroll for some time before he says:
"I'm not going down again!"

Fumito leaves the scroll inside the building and walks stumbling at the roof in a goal to leave this place. What a disaster.
"Anyway, I gotta become stronger to be able to defeat that guy!" Fumito is thinking about the scroll bringing ninja. I think I will let the leader of this country go... for now.
