1. The first justsu is fine except for you would be extra vulnerable to attacks of all kinds.
2. The "Flower Flash" doesn't make sense to me.
3. You need to explain how it makes you fly.

if a bijuu becomes more violent, how can you control it easier

That word violent means in the battlefield when Kitsuke and Raijuu fought together,Raijuu becomes more powerful but kitsuke would have an easier job controlling Raijuu.

This is an advanced version of Empale. In this technique, Shinso glows white. His piercing power and damage creatly increase along with speed. This technique is difficult to dodge, and cannot be blocked by even S-Rank defenses as this Technique's is mainly about Piercing. This technique is Impossible to block. Can be dodged by high level Nin.

SenbonZakura [ Scatter ]

Type: Special
This technique Scatters the Sword into 1000 smaller blades, which after reflecting light, look like Sakura Petals. This Blades can be controlled by Kisuke upto 100m around him. If he uses his hands, he can triple the attack speed.

SenbonZakura Kageyoshi
Type: Special
This technique is one of the many bankai of Shinso. This technique has 3 Variations. On its own, SenbonZakura is just a command. It must be used by one of the following 3 Techs to be of any use.

Gokei

Type: Special
This creates over 100 million scattered petals which swirl around the opponent as like a cloud, which then collapses into them from every possible angle, leaving no blind spots and no possibility to escape. The resulting shockwave generated by the aftermath of the attack is so powerful that Byakuya himself has to Flash Step away from Gokei's blast area (he is normally immune to the cutting effects of his own Bankai, evident by the fact that he could wield the swords generated by its Senkei formation with bare hands without him getting cut himself). This tech can be used similiar to Gaara's Sand.

Senkei
Rank: A
Type: Special
This one unites the scattered petals into complete swords that form four rows around Kisuke and his opponent in a column-like array. While Kisuke can control these swords as he does his regular blades, he usually attacks with just one in hand. Byakuya claims that the purpose of the Senkei is not to attack from all sides but rather to concentrate his power into fewer blades. Lacking the flexibility of endless blades Kuchiki loses the defensive aspect of Senbonzakura but gains explosive attack power. It seems to take fewer blows from a Senkei blade to exhaust the enemy than the multiple cuts from the unfocused Bankai. The Senkei also seems to cage himself with his enemy, allowing neither combatant to move very far from each other. After immobilizing an opponent, he can call in the other blades to hit them while they're trapped. This can also be used to form a large shield around Kisuke to block strong attacks.

This condenses each and every single one of his blades into a single, potent sword, drastically increasing its cutting power. The blade appears bright white and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name Hakuteiken (白帝剣, White Imperial Sword; Viz: "white emperor sword"). Kisuke also grows pure white wings and a halo-like circle in the back, both made of spiritual power. It is unknown whether these wings are merely an aesthetic effect or if they can be used to fly. While in this form, speed and strength increase exponentially which is followed by a drastic drop in energy. This is sort of like a last resort.

Description- Hayai Kurohyou is a taijutsu utilized by the 'panther' Akugo. It is a martial arts style taught to him by his deceased father when they trained in the forest. This style focuses on keeping low the ground, and moving fast. The user will stand still unless provoked, to save energy. It relies on knocking the opponent to the ground, before finishing them off with deadly accurate attacks at pressure points and vital organs such as the jugular, eye, or kidney. The main stance for this style involves standing low to the ground, crouched and ready to pounce forward at any moment. The hands will make claw-like fists.
